    PENGARUH LATIHAN INTERVAL TRAINING DENGAN RUNNING CIRCUIT TERHADAP PENINGKATAN VO2MAX

    ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence the interval training and running circuit training has on Vo2max improvement. Following the objectives of the study above, the authors use the method of pre-experiment with "Pre Test Post Test Experiment Design". The population of this research is the students of the Running Loka Ciamis Community, Totaling 20 participants. The research instrument used to collect data was a Bleep test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing as follows:1. There is a significant effect of the interval training process on increasing vo2max with a probability value (sig.) Of 0.000 <0.05, 2. There is a significant effect of the running circuit training process on increasing vo2max with a probability value (sig.) 0.015 <0.05, 3. There is a significant difference between the Interval Training group and the Running Circuit. Conclusions of the results of the study: 1. Interval training exercises have a significant effect on increasing vo2max in the running community of Ciamis, 2. Running circuit training has a significant influence on the increase of vo2max in the running community of Ciamis Regency, 3. There is a significant difference between interval training and running circuit training to increase vo2max in the running community of Ciamis. Suggestion: Expected as one of the considerations in the form of interval training with the running circuit. can be used as training material for physical conditions on the components of general/cardiovascular endurance. Keywords: Interval Training, Running Circuit, Vo2max. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan interval training dengan latihan running circuit terhadap peningkatan Vo2max.     ABSTRAK Hendra Rustiawan (2014) : Pengaruh Latihan Isotonik dan Isometrik Alternating Terhadap Jarak Hasil Tendangan Pada Cabang Olahraga Sepakbola. (Studi Eksperimen Pada Siswa Saint Prima Football Academy Usia 18-23 tahun) Tesis SPs. UPI. Latar belakang penelitian, rendahnya kemampuan melakukan tendangan long pass. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan pemahaman program latihan weight training dari pelatih dalam meningkatkan power tungkai, sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas terutama perlengkapan latihan beban, serta keterbatasan tingkat materi latihan yang ditentukan dari kualitas dan kreativitas pelatih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak latihan isotonik dan isometrik alternating menggunakan alat yaitu leg extention machine terhadap peningkatan power tungkai untuk meningkatkan jarak hasil dan akurasi tendangan long pass. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini adalah two group pre-post test design. Populasinya adalah siswa Saint Prima Football Academy usia 18-23 tahun, sampel berjumlah 30 orang, 15 orang kelompok latihan isotonik dan isometrik, 15 orang kelompok latihan isotonik, sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes jarak hasil tendangan dan akurasi tendangan long pass melalui perlakuan selama dua bulan. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan SPSS serie 19, uji yang digunakan : uji normalitas dengan Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas dengan Lavene statistic, uji paired samples t-test, dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan isotonik dan isometrik alternating terhadap jarak hasil tendangan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.000<0.05, akurasi nilai probabilitas (sig) 0.002< 0.05. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan isotonik terhadap jarak hasil tendangan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, akurasi nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.002 < 0.05. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian : 1. Latihan isotonik dan isometrik alternating memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jarak hasil dan akurasi tendangan long pass. 2. Latihan isotonik memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jarak hasil dan akurasi tendangan long pass. 3. Latihan isotonik dan isometrik alternating lebih besar pengaruhnya dibandingkan dengan latihan isotonik secara signifikan terhadap jarak hasil dan akurasi tendangan long pass. Saran : Latihan untuk meningkatkan tendangan jarak jauh dan akurasi sebaiknya menggunakan metode latihan isotonik dan isometrik alternating. Student population is Saint Prima Football Academy 18-23 years of age, the samples were 30, 15 isotonic and isometric alternating exercise group, 15 people isotonic exercise group, samples were taken by purposive sampling technique.The instrument used is the test distance and accuracy kick a long pass through the treatment for two months. Analysis of research data using SPSS serie 19 trials used : test for normality with the Shapiro - Wilk, with Lavene homogeneity test statistic, test paired samplest-test, and independent t-test. The results showed that 1). There is a significant effect of isotonic and isometric alternating exercises to distance kick with a probability value ( sig. ) 0.000 > 0.05, the accuracy of the probability value ( sig ) 0.002 0.05, the accuracy of the probability value ( sig. ) 0.002 > 0.05. Conclusion of the study: 1. Isotonic and isometric exercises alternating a significant influence on the result of distance and accuracy kick a long pass. 2. Isotonic exercises a significant influence on the distance and accuracy results kick a long pass. 3. Isotonic and isometric alternating exercise greater influence than with isotonic exercise significantly against ter-distance and accuracy results kick a long pass. Suggestion : Exercise for improving of distance and accuracy on long pass a better use of isotonic and isometric alternating training methods

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    IMPLEMENTASI KETAHANAN PANGAN PADA KANDUNGAN GIZI MAKANAN POKOK YANG DIKONSUMSI SETIAP HARI

    Upaya untuk menanamkan pengetahuan tentang gizi dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di wilayah Ciamis dengan memberikan penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan pada Komunitas Fitness Ciamis (KFC) berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dan keanggotaannya yang berjumlah 56 orang yang bertempat tinggal tersebar di berbagai daerah seperti daerah Ciamis kota, Baregbeg, Nagrak, Sadananya, Sukajadi, Rajadesa, Panawangan, Kawali, Pamalayan, Handap Herang, Benteng, Imbanagara dan masih banyak lagi anggota KFC yang berada di daerah yang termasuk Kabupaten Ciamis. Dengan demikian penulis berencana untuk melakukan pengabdian dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang kandungan gizi yang terdapat pada makanan yang dikonsumsi secara rutin. Alasannya bahwa hampir di setiap daerah Kabupaten ada anggota KFC sehingga dapat menjadi perwakilan setiap daerah dalam mentransfer pengetahuan tentang gizi dalam rangka meningkatkan strategi pencapaian ketahanan pangan. Tujuan pengabdian adalah informasi pengetahuan tentang kandungan gizi serta manfaat yang ada pada makanan pokok yang dimakan setiap hari sesuai dengan kemampuan anggota KFC. Karena pengetahuan yang selalu teringat dan kembali diberikan yang pada akhirnya mampu mengutamakan gizi yang seimbang dari hasil informasi yang didapat yaitu pengetahuan tentang gizi setelah mendapatkan berbagai cara dalam menyerap informasi yang sekiranya penting dari berbagai sumber. Urgensi penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pentingnya penelitian ini harus dilaksanakan dan memiliki manfaat yang besar hasil dari penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki urgensi yang sangat bermanfaat bagi anggota KFC khususnya dan masyarakat luas di sekitar Kabupaten Ciamis pada umumnya. Karena dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu menyerap informasi tentang kandungan gizi dalam upaya meningkatkan strategi ketahanan pangan dengan mengetahui informasi gizi yang terdapat dalam makanan

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    ABSTRACTThe Purpose of this research was to know the impact of box jump exercises with tuck jump against increased power limbs. The use of research methods was pre experimental design. The research design used was two group pretest-posttest design. The population were a joined in extracurricular of 3 High School Bolavoli, Ciamis, Indonesia. The totaling were 26 participants. Sampling techniques used a total sampling. The Instrument used was Sergeant Jump Test. Data analysis used the paired sample T-Test and Independent sample T-Test , the results of the studied were as follows: 1. There was a significant influence of box jump exercises against the enhancement of power limbs with a probability value (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, 2.     Perbandingan Hasil Latihan Lari Shuttle Run Dengan Latihan Shadow Terhadap Kelincahan Footwork Pada Cabang Olahraga Bulutangkis

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan shuttle run dan latihan shadow terhadap kelincahan footwork pada permainan bulutangkis (Eksperimen pada siswa ekstrakulikuler bulutangkis SMPNegeri 2 Ciawi - Tasikmalaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Kegiatan latihan ini dilakukan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakulikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Ciawi -Tasikmalaya. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang yang di ambil secara random melalui teknik undian. Sampel dibagi menjadi dua bagian masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan tes lari zig – zag Run yang dilakukan pada tes awal dan tes akhir. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa kedua bentuk latihan shuttle run dan shadow sama efektifnya terhadap kelincahan footwork pada permainan bulutangkis siswa ekstrakulikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Ciawi-Tasikmalaya. Untuk meningkatkan kelincahan footwork pada siswa ekstrakulikuler bulutangkis di SMP Negeri 2 Ciawi - Tasikmalaya disarankan agar menggunakan bentuk latihan shadow. Karena pengaruhnya lebih berarti dibandingkan dengan latihan shuttle run. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Shuttle Run and Shadow training on footwork agility in badminton (Experiments on badminton extracurricular students at Junior High School 2 Ciawi - Tasikmalaya). This research was used experimental method. This training activity was carried out for 16 meetings. The study population was the students of the badminton extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Ciawi-Tasikmalaya. The total population were 40 people. The research sample were 30 people who were taken randomly through a lottery technique. The sample was divided into two parts, each group totaling 15 people. The research instrument was carried out by the Zig-zag Run test which was carried out on the initial test and the final test. The results showed that the two forms of Shuttle Run and Shadow exercises were equally effective against the agility of footwork in badminton extracurricular games for students at SMP Negeri 2 Ciawi - Tasikmalaya. To improve footwork agility in badminton extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Ciawi - Tasikmalaya, it is suggested to use a form of shadow exercise. Because the effect is more meaningful than the Shuttle Run practice

    Proses belajar mengajar dilingkungan prodi PJKR tidak hanya di ruang kelas namun di luar kelas pun ada. Karena ada beberapa mata kuliah yang membutuhkan praktek di lapangan selain di kelas, seperti sepak bola, bola voli, bola basket dan PLS (Pendidikan Luar Sekolah). Karena sebagai calon guru penjas tidak hanya terbatas pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani namun lebih dari itu, karena di lingkungan sekolah biasanya yang dipercaya dalam kegiatan sekolah terutama kegiatan outdoor yang ditunjuk oleh kepala sekolah atau wakil kepala sekolah biasanya guru penjas, sehingga prodi PJKR Universitas Galuh berusaha mempersiapkan SDM (sumber daya manusia) yaitu calon guru penjas untuk senantiasa siap mengemban tugas dari sekolah salah satunya mampu memiliki pengetahuan dalam hal kegiatan outdoor seperti outbound. Kegiatan outbound ini terdiri dari catchen crawl, two line bridge, elvis travers, commando crawl, tarzan travers, dan hebee zebee dan hasil yang didapat dan dirasakan oleh para peserta outbound ini sangat terasa mulai dari kondisi fisik yang harus dipersiapkan seperti kekuatan, kecepatan, power, daya tahan otot, daya tahan kardiovaskular, fleksibilitas, keseimbangan, koordinasi, kelincahan, akurasi, dan reaksi, serta pengetahuan tentang outbound sehingga para mahasiswa memiliki wawasan keilmuan dan pengalaman tentang motor educability dan outbound yang kelak dapat digunakan ketika mereka menjadi guru penjas atau instruktur outbound.The teaching and learning process in the PJKR study program was not only in the classroom but also outside the classroom. Because there were several subjects that required practice in the field other than in the classroom, such as soccer, volleyball, basketball and PLS (Outside School Education). Because as a physical education teacher candidate it was not only limited to physical education subjects but more than that, because in the school environment usually those who were trusted in school activities, especially outdoor activities appointed by the principal or deputy principal of the school were usually physical education teachers, so the Galuh University PJKR study program tries preparing human resources (human resources), namely prospective physical education teachers to always be ready to carry out the duties of the school, one of which is being able to have knowledge in terms of outdoor activities such as outbound activities.     Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
