    CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ANALYSIS OF VENA PLAZA CYBERCAFE, BOGOR Diki Rustaman The aim of this study are to analyze segmentation and customer profile, to measure customer satisfaction index, to analyze factors influencing customer satisfaction, and to formulate the managerial implications. Analysis being used in this study are cluster, biplot, structural equation model (SEM), and suharjo split. There are 27 attributes classified into eight latent variables. The variables are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, price, customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study showed that 75 percent customers visit Vena Plaza frequently. Majority of customer are students with range of age between 15-23 years old. Vena Plaza has three segments, i.e. believer, practical oriented and unconcern. Believer filled mostly by students, practical filled mostly by unemployed or jobseeker, and unconcern is minority segment. Based on overall satisfaction, 38 percent customers are satisfied. This study indicates that tangible, empathy and price are significant factors that influence Vena customer satisfaction. The result suggests that indicators of tangible, i.e. cleanliness, privacy and room interior, and operator performance should be of priority for service quality improvement

    Urinary miRNA Biomarkers of Drug-Induced Kidney Injury and Their Site Specificity Within the Nephron

Drug-induced kidney injury (DIKI) is a major concern in both drug development and clinical practice. There is an unmet need for biomarkers of glomerular damage and more distal renal injury in the loop of Henle and the collecting duct (CD). A cross-laboratory program to identify and characterize urinary microRNA (miRNA) patterns reflecting tissue- or pathology-specific DIKI was conducted. The overall goal was to propose miRNA biomarker candidates for DIKI that could supplement information provided by protein kidney biomarkers in urine. Rats were treated with nephrotoxicants causing injury to distinct nephron segments: the glomerulus, proximal tubule, thick ascending limb (TAL) of the loop of Henle and CD. Meta-analysis identified miR-192-5p as a potential proximal tubule-specific urinary miRNA candidate. This result was supported by data obtained in laser capture microdissection nephron segments showing that miR-192-5p expression was enriched in the proximal tubule. Discriminative miRNAs including miR-221-3p and -222-3p were increased in urine from rats treated with TAL versus proximal tubule toxicants in accordance with their expression localization in the kidney. Urinary miR-210-3p increased up to 40-fold upon treatment with TAL toxicants and was also enriched in laser capture microdissection samples containing TAL and/or CD versus proximal tubule. miR-23a-3p was enriched in the glomerulus and was increased in urine from rats treated with doxorubicin, a glomerular toxicant, but not with toxicants affecting other nephron segments. Taken together these results suggest that urinary miRNA panels sourced from specific nephron regions may be useful to discriminate the pathology of toxicant-induced lesions in the kidney, thereby contributing to DIKI biomarker development needs for industry, clinical, and regulatory use

The data analysis technique uses the stages of data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses data source triangulation.Based on research conducted by the author in the field, it can be found that the promotion strategy of the Bukitinggi City Tourism Office is to increase tourist visits through cart events. is to use the theory of Basu Swastha and Irawan. The results of the research show that the Bukittinggi City Tourism Office carries out advertising by placing billboards at every road intersection in Bukittinggi City and also using videotrons, for personal selling the Bukittinggi City Tourism Office makes visits to events outside the City of Bukittinggi, while for Publicity the Tourism Office Bukttinggi City invites Minang artists and influencers to attract tourists to come to the cart event. Not only advertising, personal selling and publicity, the Bukittinggi City Tourism Office also uses sales promotions as a sales promotion strategy by giving free tickets to visitors who will come to the event. cart. The results of the author's analysis regarding the promotion strategy carried out by the Bukittinggi city tourism office through a promotion mix, the strategy applied is almost the same. All of them provide results that are not yet effective in increasing the number of tourist visits, however, what is quite effective and contributes to attracting tourists to come to the cart event is the sales promotion they carry out through free tickets

    Tingginya tingkat kunjungan pariwisata di Indonesia berdampak terhadap sarana prasana pendukung seperti rumah makan yang semakin menjamur. Banyak nya rumah makan menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin luas sehingga diperlukan strategi pengembangan bisnis, Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan strategi bersaing yang tepat untuk diterapkan di Rumah Makan Mang Yeye. Tujuan dari penelitian (1) untuk mengetahui faktor internal (kekuatan & kelemahan) Rumah Makan Mang Yeye (2) untuk mengetahui faktor Eksternal (Peluang & Ancaman) (3) Bagaimana strategi yang paling tepat untuk Rumah Makan Mang Yeye tersebut kemudian dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk penetapan alternatif strategi pengembangan bisnis Rumah Makan Mang Yeye. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini diambil dari jumlah konsumen selama 1 minggu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Rumah Makan Mang Yeye sebanyak 85 orang. Sebagai acuan untuk menetapkan strategi pengembangan bisnis Rumah Makan Mang Yeye, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT terdiri dari matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan QSPM. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan matriks diagram analisis SWOT , Rumah Makan Mang Yeye berada dalam kuadran I. Posisi tersebut merupakan situasi dimana Perusahaan tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil olahan data terdapat 8 alternatif strategi untuk pengembangan usaha Rumah Makan Mang Yeye. melalui pengolahan data menggunakan QSPM, dapat diketahui bahwa alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha yang menjadi prioritas adalah Pengembangan manajemen operasional untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap konsumen. The high level of tourism visits in Indonesia has an impact on supporting infrastructure facilities such as restaurants that are increasingly mushrooming. Many restaurants create increasingly widespread competition so that a business development strategy is needed, this research is intended to provide the right competitive strategy to be applied at Mang Yeye Restaurant. The purpose of the study (1) to find out internal factors (strengths & weaknesses) of Mang Yeye Restaurant (2) to find out External factors (Opportunities & Threats) (3) How the most appropriate strategy for Mang Yeye Restaurant is then used as a reference for alternative determination of the business development strategy of Mang Yeye Restaurant. The method used is descriptive method. The population in this study was taken from the number of consumers for 1 week. The sample in this study were 85 consumers of Mang Yeye Restaurant. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires (google form) and interview methods for owners and employees Internal factors use assessments regarding human resource management, marketing, finance, and production or operations. External factors use assessments regarding the macro environment and industrial environment. As a reference for determining the business development strategy of Rumah Makan Mang Yeye, this study uses the SWOT analysis method. SWOT analysis consists of IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM. Based on data analysis using SWOT analysis matrix diagram, Mang Yeye Restaurant is in quadrant I. This position is a situation where the company has the opportunity and strength so that it can take advantage of opportunities. With this, the author recommends alternative strategies that maximize the power of Rumah Makan Mang Yeye in utilizing opportunities. Based on the results of processed data there are 8 alternative strategies for developing the business of Mang Yeye Restaurant. through processing data using QSPM, it can be seen that the alternative business development strategy that becomes a priority is operational management development to realize maximum service to consumers

    In Indonesia, there are various ways of doing inheritance, namely BW inheritance (western inheritance), adat and Islam. Some of these inheritances have different characteristics from one another. Inheritance law in Indonesia is always influenced by the development of three basic concepts of the inheritance system. The three legal systems are customary law, Islamic law and Dutch heritage law or civil law which is widely contained in Burgerlijk Wetboek. Customary inheritance law is the law that contains the systems and principles that will apply in it that arise from the previous ancestors and regulates the legal principles of inheritance, inheritance, heirs and inheritance as well as how to divide the inheritance that is inherited. transfer it to the heir. Customary inheritance law is actually a law that passes on assets from one generation to the next from generation to generation to their descendants. The implementation of Islamic inheritance law in general has not been applied in several regions in Indonesia, especially in the Ujungbatu District area, the community prioritizes inheritance with the customary inheritance system that applies there and also uses deliberation in its implementation. In this study, the author has the main problems discussed, namely, 1. How is the Implementation of the Distribution of Indigenous Inheritance In Malay Indigenous Peoples in Ujungbatu District according to the Perspective of Islamic Law. And what are the obstacles in the implementation of the distribution of customary inheritance in the Malay Indigenous Community in Ujungbatu District according to the perspective of Islamic law. And the purpose of the research itself is the same as the problem formulation, namely to find out the results of the research problem formulation. The research method that the author uses in this study is empirical legal research, namely researching directly into the field to find out the application of existing law in society. The results of the research that the authors obtained are the implementation of the distribution of customary inheritance in the Malay community in the Ujung Batu sub-district according to the perspective of Islamic law, namely the Malay customary system in the Ujung Batu area is not in accordance with its implementation / inversely proportional to Islamic inheritance law.     Based on Article 1 point 1 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability companies, which was later amended by Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation, it provides a different interpretation of limited liability companies. In the process, this law begins the procedure for establishing and changing a limited liability company for micro-small businesses without the parties having any form of agreement or agreement to form a business and without requiring authentic legality in the form of a notarial deed, as regulated in Government Regulation Number 8 of 2021 regarding the Company's Authorized Capital. This of course gives rise to legal consequences and consequences that are different from ordinary limited liability companies in general which are founded by more than one person. Regarding this problem, the author conducted research using a normative research type with a statutory and regulatory approach and a contextual approach. The legal materials used in this research are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research show that the arrangement of individual companies is simpler than the arrangement of ordinary limited companies with different capital between each type of company. The article analyzes the daily profitability of MICEX index from 2012 to 2017 by testing casual roaming in order to find out whether Russian stock exchange is a weak - efficient form. The empiric testing of the weak form of market efficiency is conducted through the extended Diki – Fuller test.     The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the development of an electronic module on multiple integral materials and students\u27 perceptions of the product being developed. The type of research conducted is R&D research with the chosen development model being the 4-D development model. The research sample used was two expert lecturers as product assessors and 25 students as samples whose perceptions were measured. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the instruments used were student needs questionnaires, material validation, media validation, and student perceptions. Data analysis for the questionnaire is descriptive statistics, while for instrument validation data using reliability and validity tests. The results of the data obtained indicate that the product is feasible to use and can be accessed using a mobile phone via the link provided by the author, while the perception of the electronic module obtained shows a very good perception. Thus, this module is considered feasible and ready to be used to assist students in understanding the multiple integral materials

    Skripsi ini berjudul Dinamika Komunitas Pedagang Besi Bekas Asal Panjalu di Pasar Jatayu Bandung Tahun 1957-2000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian historis mengenai dinamika yang terjadi pada komunitas pedagang besi bekas asal Panjalu yang berdagang di Pasar Jatayu Bandung pada kurun waktu 1957 hingga tahun 2000. Masih ditemukannya penelitian yang secara khusus mengkaji mengenai komunitas urban asal Panjalu yang bermata pencaharian sebagai pedagang besi bekas di Kota Bandung menjadi alasan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memperkaya khazanah penulisan sejarah lokal mengenai salah satu komunitas urban yang berasal dari Panjalu yang bergerak dalam usaha jual beli besi bekas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode historis yang memiliki tahapan heursitik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, eksistensi Pasar Jatayu sebagai pasar besi sejak diresmikannya pada tahun 1957 hingga masa kejayaannya pada tahun 2000 tidak terlepas dari peran komunitas pedagang besi bekas asal Panjalu selaku pihak yang ‘menghidupkan’ pasar. Pasar Jatayu juga di sisi lain telah menjadi wadah aktivitas ekonomi dan sumber penghidupan bagi para urbanisan asal Panjalu yang tergabung ke dalam komunitas pedagang besi bekas. Komunitas pedagang besi bekas asal Panjalu di Pasar Jatayu dalam perkembangannya telah membuktikan bahwa praktek jual-beli besi bekas yang seringkali dianggap kurang menarik bagi sebagian orang untuk dijadikan sebuah komoditas usaha, ternyata mampu mengantarkan komunitas ini ke tingkatan sosial yang lebih tinggi. Upaya pengembangan usaha besi bekas yang dilakukan komunitas ini secara terus menerus dan melibatkan beberapa generasi telah menjadi contoh sukses komunitas urban yang bermukim di kota Bandung.;--This research is entitled Dynamics of the Community of Used Iron Traders from Panjalu at Jatayu Market Bandung City in 1957-2000. This study aims to describe a historical study of the dynamics that occurred in the community of used iron traders from Panjalu who traded at Jatayu Market Bandung City in the period 1957 to 2000. It is still difficult to find research that specifically examines the urban community from Panjalu, whose livelihood as a scrap metal trader in the city of Bandung is the reason for the author to conduct this research. Through this research, it is hoped that it can enrich the treasures of local history writing about one of the urban communities originating from Panjalu, which is engaged in the business of buying and selling scrap metal. The research method used is a historical method that has heuritic stages, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the results of the study, the existence of the Jatayu Market as an iron market since its inauguration in 1957 until its heyday in 2000 was inseparable from the role of the community of scrap iron traders from Panjalu as a party that 'enlivens' the market. Jatayu Market, on the other hand, has become a place for economic activity and a source of livelihood for urbanists from Panjalu who are members of the scrap metal traders community. The community of scrap iron traders from Panjalu in Jatayu Market in its development has proven that the practice of buying and selling used iron, which is often considered to be less attractive to some people as a business commodity, turns out to deliver this community to a higher social level. The efforts to develop scrap metal business carried out by this community continuously and involving several generations have become successful examples of urban communities in the city of Bandung
