VALIDATION OF TRICHOSANTHES KINABALUENSIS RUGAYAH (CUCURBITACEAE)
In the revision of the cucurbitaceous genus Trichosanthes in Malesiaby Rugayah & W.J.J.O. de Wilde {Reinwardtia 11(4): 262. 1999), thetype of the proposed new species T. kinabaluensis Rugayah waserroneously indicated as consisting of two collections, viz. Chew, Corner& Stainton 2830 and De Wilde & Duyfjes SAN 139472. This latterappeared to be contrary to art. 37.3 of the International Code ofBotanical Nomenclature (Tokyo Code, 1994), rendering the new speciesinvalid. RUGAYAH & SUNARTI, S. 2017. The genus Lasianthus (Rubiaceae) in Wawonii Island, Sountheast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Reinwardtia 16 (2): 97–101. — Recent botanical excursions carried out at Wawonii island, Southeast Sula-wesi yielded two Lasianthus novelties distinct from other Lasianthus species enumerated for Sulawesi. These two new species are described here as Lasianthus wawoniiensis Rugayah & Sunarti and L. macrobracteatus Rugayah & Sunarti. Descriptions and illustrations of the two new species are provided, including an identification key to all Lasianthus species occurring in the area.</jats:p

STUDI KOMPARATIF PERKEMBANGAN BUAH DUA JENIS BELIMBING HUTAN (Averrhoa dolichocarpa Rugayah & Sunarti dan A. leucopetala Rugayah & Sunarti)
Papua star-fruit (Averrhoa dolichocarpa Rugayah & Sunarti) and Gorontalo star fruit (A. leucopetala Rugayah & Sunarti), also known as belimbing hutan, are two wild species belong to the star fruit family (Oxalidaceae). Information about both species are very limited. The aim of this study is to document the fruits process from two wild Averrhoa species: A. dolichocarpa and A. leucopetala, and the impact of their environment such as edaphic factors. Research on the fruit Phenological observations of the two species was conducted through at Bogor Botanic Garden. It was started when the flower at the anthesis phase until the fruit was rippen. Observed factors included morphology and other external factors such as insects or animals. The result showed that differences in fruit development between the two species was the time they took to get their fruit ripen: fruit of A. dolichocarpa riped within 39 days after anthesis, while the fruit of A. leucopetala riped within 42 days after anthesis. The results of measurements of fruit length and weight during fruit formation showed similar patterns of development between the two types of forest starfruit observed. The length and weight measurement during the fruit development showed similar patterns. During the anthesis phase there were several insects visiting the flowers, such as Apis cerana, Amegilla sp., Xylocopa caerulea and Trigona sp. The Bogor Botanic Garden’s environment is still very good for the growth and breeding of both species, indicated by their high fruit production

The implementation of scout extracurricular activities is one of the mandatory activities to be carried out in every school with challenging and interesting activities in the system by guiding and every scout member has character. The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the implementation of the scout troop board program in order to form the ability to work together at SMAN 1 Babadan, 2) To find out the implementation of the routine program for enforcer scout members in order to form the ability to work together.
This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach at SMA Negeri 1 Babadan with 300 class x (ten) students and 43 Ambalan Council members. As for this study, in collecting data using interview procedures, questionnaires, observation, documentation.
The results of research on the implementation of the troop board program in the context of forming the ability to work together show that in terms of caring and sharing it has not been effective in terms of the process of planning and programming the activities of enforcer scout members. Meanwhile, the routine activities of scout scouts in order to form the ability to work together regarding aspects of collaboration, caring and sharing have been carried out well.

Social issues in ICT project implementation in the local authorities of Selangor, Malaysia / Rugayah Hashim
This paper seeks to provide insights of social issues in implementing ICT based projects in twelve local authorities of Selangor; Malaysia. It also describes a framework of social in hibitors of ICT project implementation. In the study, this framework mergeda number of sub-issues to construct a broader higher-level schema in information system planning, procurement and execution. Deploying a mixed method approach, the analyses highlighted eight sub-issues, which are, human resource, organizational environment, organizational culture. organizational directives, management process. interdepartmental coordination. organizational support and resistance to
change. The identification ofthese social inhibitors would provide a better path to successful implementation of ICT projects by local authorities. As the ICT implementation framework is relatively new. guidelines and examples
were also identified to manage the difficulties and profundities of executing ICT initiatives
