Abstract
This study aims to examine the performance of academic staff through an evaluating model mediation of transformational leadership, career development, and job satisfaction. Recorded, eighty-five respondents have participated in this study to help institutional development. By the assistance of Smart-PLS software to the feedback data, result shows that transformational leadership isn’t significant to performance and job satisfaction, while career development was found significant effect on job satisfaction but not performance. Mediating contribution of job satisfaction stated partial effects on both, but only enhance relationship between career development and performance.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja staf akademik melalui mediasi model evaluasi kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja. Tercatat, delapan puluh lima responden telah berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini untuk membantu pengembangan kelembagaan. Dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS pada data umpan balik, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan pengembangan karir ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi tidak terhadap kinerja. Kontribusi mediasi kepuasan kerja menyatakan berpengaruh parsial terhadap keduanya, namun hanya meningkatkan hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan kinerja.

Transition of Rights Ownership over Land Based on Absolute Power of Attorney (A Study of Civil Case Number 90/PDT.G/2013/PN.PDG)
Get PDFBased on Article 39 paragraph (1) letter d PP No. 24 of 1997 stated that "PPAT refused to make a deed if one of the parties or parties acted on the basis of an absolute power of attorney which essentially contained the legal act of transferring rights" .In case number 90 / PDT.G / 2013 / PN.PDG between Bahar and Henky Sutanto CS, Hj. Elly Satria, S.H, H. Hendri Final, S.H, and the Land Agency of the City of Padang. The problem occurred because the power deed number 67 dated February 17, 1996 which was categorized as absolute power was made as the basis for the transfer of certified land rights without being preceded by the PPJB or any agreement, even though the Principal Agreement and this power cannot be separated. The formulation of the problem discussed in this thesis is how the process of transferring land rights is based on absolute power, how the legal consequences of transferring land rights are based on absolute power and how the responsibility of Notary / PPAT in making deeds that use absolute power as the basis of transfer of rights .The research method used is normative legal research. Based on what was investigated, the process of transferring land rights based on absolute power was carried out based on the usual judicial process, namely because the mediation failed, followed by the reading of the lawsuit, the respondent's reply, replication and duplication, verification, and the verdict was partially granted.The legal consequences with the use of absolute power in the case of transfer of ownership rights to land in this case resulted in the absolute deed of power being null and void. Based on the theory of accountability, the author argues that PPAT is responsible for making sale and purchase deeds based on absolute power. Losses to the parties for negligence of the PPAT are borne by the Official who, because of the negligence, has caused a loss
Optimisasi Infrastruktur Cloud: Memanfaatkan Keunggulan Serverless dan Blockchain

Serverless technology and blockchain offer the potential to enhance efficiency, security, and transparency in cloud infrastructure. However, in-depth research on how to optimize cloud infrastructure by leveraging the advantages of these two technologies remains limited. This study aims to explore the potential for optimizing cloud infrastructure by utilizing the benefits of serverless technology and blockchain. The author intends to analyze how the integration of these two technologies can improve the performance, security, and efficiency of cloud infrastructure. A qualitative literature review approach is employed in this research. The author analyzes various literature sources to understand the concepts, benefits, and challenges in optimizing cloud infrastructure by leveraging serverless technology and blockchain. The author's analysis indicates that the integration of serverless and blockchain in cloud infrastructure can enhance system scalability, security, and transparency. However, there are several technical and managerial challenges that need to be addressed to implement this integration effectively.Infrastruktur cloud telah menjadi fondasi utama dalam mendukung aplikasi modern. Teknologi serverless dan blockchain menawarkan potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan transparansi dalam infrastruktur cloud. Namun, penelitian yang mendalam tentang bagaimana mengoptimalkan infrastruktur cloud dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan kedua teknologi ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi pengoptimalan infrastruktur cloud dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan teknologi serverless dan blockchain. Penulis ingin menganalisis bagaimana integrasi kedua teknologi ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja, keamanan, dan efisiensi infrastruktur cloud. Pendekatan studi literatur kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Influences of Internal Service Quality, Employee Satisfaction, External Service Satisfaction And Customer Satisfaction Toward Customer Loyalty Of Gojek Service Users in Malang
Get PDFThis research aims to examine and analyze internal service quality influences toward external service quality and employee satisfaction; to examine and analyze employee satisfaction influences toward external service quality and customer satisfaction; to examine and analyze external service quality toward customer satisfaction; and to examine and analyze customer satisfaction influences toward customer loyalty of Gojek service users in Malang. The research type used is Explanatory Research. The investigation type in this research is determining causal relation. The population consists of samples of 150 employees [driver] and Gojek customers in Malang. The technique of taking samples in this research is using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM operated through AMOS 18. From the analysis results, it can be concluded that internal service quality has influences toward external service quality and employee satisfaction by the values of CR as respectively 2.794 and 5.436 and also p-value smaller than 0.05. Employee satisfaction does not have influences toward external service quality by the value of CR as 0.908 and p-value bigger than 0.05, but employee satisfaction has influences toward customer satisfaction by CR as 2.029 amd p-value smaller than 0.05. External service quality has influences toward customer satisfaction by CR as 2.739 and p-value smaller than 0.05. Then, customer satisfaction has influences toward service user loyalty by CR as 4.451 and p-value smaller than 0.05. Conclusions is Internal Service Quality has influences toward External Service Quality of Gojek service users in Malang, Internal Service Quality has influences toward Employee Satisfaction of Gojek service users in Malang, Employee Satisfaction does not have influences toward External Service Quality of Gojek service users in Malang, Employee Satisfaction has influences toward Customer Satisfaction of Gojek service users in Malang, External Service Quality has influences toward Customer Satisfaction of Gojek service users in Malang, Customer Satisfaction has influences toward Loyalty of Gojek service users in Malang
Perancangan Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat Berbasis Mobile (Studi Kasus : Kabupaten Banjarnegara)
Get PDFIn this digital era, public complaint services are very important to increase public participation in governance management. However, there are still many obstacles faced by the public in filing complaints, such as difficulty in finding information on complaint services, complicated complaint processes, or lack of transparency in complaint handling. To overcome these problems, the author developed a public complaint service application in Banjarnegara District which allows residents to file complaints online. This solution is expected to be able to connect the authorities with the community more effectively and efficiently. Preliminary results show this application is expected to increase public participation in governance management and improve the effectiveness of complaint services. The features provided include online reporting, easy to access and operate, as well as facilities for managing complaint data and reports that are useful for relevant agencies in handling complaints.Di era digital saat ini, layanan pengaduan masyarakat menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan partisipasi warga dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan. Namun demikian, masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi masyarakat ketika ingin menyampaikan pengaduan, seperti kesulitan mencari informasi tentang layanan pengaduan, proses pengaduan yang rumit, atau kurangnya transparansi dalam penanganan pengaduan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis mengembangkan aplikasi layanan pengaduan masyarakat di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang memungkinkan warga menyampaikan pengaduan secara daring. Dengan solusi ini diharapkan dapat menghubungkan instansi berwenang dengan masyarakat secara lebih efektif dan efisien. A Brigand’s Journey to Absolution as Depicted in Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman
Get PDFThis research aims to discover more about the hero’s journey/monomyth and the mythological aspect of a brigand’s journey to reach absolution in the novel Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman. The author aims to discover the stages of the hero’s journey that the hero of this novel experiences as a brigand/criminal. Because of this, the author applied the hero’s journey/monomyth approach proposed by Joseph Campbell to shed light on the significance of the hero’s journey to reach absolution. This novel also includes many allusions to the Holy Bible, the author also employed a theory by Sir James George Frazer which discusses the connection between myths and religions. The result of the research is that although the hero of the story does not experience some of the stages of the hero’s journey proposed by Joseph Campbell, the author succeeded in telling the protagonist’s hero’s journey to absolution. The Biblical allusions within the novel would resonate more with the Christians, but in the big picture, the hero’s struggle for absolution is a very universal experience

This article will explore the relationship between the author’s past with his works and the ways in which the author reflects his latent desires into his work. Recommendations of Service Quality Improvement for Grab Padang Services Using Quality Function Deployment
Get PDFGrab, as has been demonstrated by preliminary research conducted by the Author, as a Transportation Service Company in Padang still faces many challenges in regard to its services, such as customer dissatisfaction, declining number of users associated with several factors, and fierce competition with similar companies in Padang. In order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, Service Quality Improvement is necessary. This is because there is a strong relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. One way of service improvement is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. QFD is a process that includes input from customers at the product design or service improvement step. This paper aims to propose service quality improvements using Three-Phase Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Method with the basis of five service quality elements. This paper uses thirty service attributes which are derived from various other papers, journals, or references which have the same object as this paper. The First Phase of Quality Function Deployment, the House of Quality yields the priorities of the Service Characteristics, which is the proposed improvement of the service quality of Grab. The next Phase, the Process Control Characteristic Matrix yields the quantifiable elements of the service characteristics, and set the target that the Company wishes to achieve. The final Phase, the Action Plan Matrix, explain the activities with which the target set in the previous matrix can be achieved. The result of this paper is eight Voices of Customers (VOCs) that are identified from customers from younger demographic in Padang, and nine Service Characteristics which are identified from the discussion with Grab Padang Representative which are hoped to answer the needs and wants of the customers
Difficulty in Diagnosing Peritoneal Fluid Cytology in Ovarian Yolk Sac Tumor Cases
Get PDFObjective : This article objective is to describe cytology diagnosis difficulties of yolk sac tumors of the ovary.
Method : Case reports and literature review.
Case : The author reports the case of a 24 year old woman who complained of an enlarged stomach. Serum AFP increased to 16,519.7 U/mL. Ultrasound examination revealed solid and irregular mass of ovarian, so the conclusion was suspect ovarian carcinoma. Conclusion of CT scan examination was a solid ovarian tumor. The working diagnosis was suspect ovarian carcinoma. Optimal debulking was performed, accompanied by taking a sample from the peritoneal rinse fluid. Microscopic examination of peritoneal fluid showed the distribution and group of cells with pleomorphic nuclei, partly hyperchromatic, partly vesicular with coarse chromatin and prominent nucleoli. There were also cells with polygonal nuclei, small nuclei, basophilic and vacuole cytoplasm with a mucoid background. These cells formed a solid arrangement. Conclusion from these features was carcinoma metastases to the peritoneal fluid. Microscopic examination from tumor tissue sample showed an ovarian yolk sac tumor appearance.
Conclusion : Cytologic examination of peritoneal fluid in cases of ovarian yolk sac tumor is quite difficult to determine the diagnosis. This is due to the microscopic appearance of tumor cells which often looks like a carcinoma and limited literature about this tumors in the peritoneal fluid.
