Penerapan Sistem Full Day School Di MA Ma’ahid Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020
No full textPenelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus. Sistem full day school diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah target pendidikan yang belum tercapai, yaitu penguatan dalam bidang Al-Qur’an dan penanaman karakter serta mengatasi masalah siswa yang pulangnya terlalu sore karena ada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan kesiswaan setelah KBM selesai.
Fokus penelitian ini diarahkan pada : 1) Alasan penerapan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus. 2) Pelaksanaan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus. 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan verification (conclusion drawing).
Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dan temuan-temuan sebagai berikut; 1) Alasan diterapkannya sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus adalah penguatan bidang Al-Qur’an dalam hal ini siswa bisa membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan fasih serta mempunyai banyak hafalan. Kemudian alasan selanjutnya adalah karakter-karakter yang ingin ditanamkan pada siswa. Penanaman karakter ini dilakukan tidak hanya pada saat KBM akan tetapi juga di luar KBM. Hal ini juga dilatar belakangi oleh siswa yang pulangnya kesorean karena ada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan kesiswaan setelah KBM. Sehingga, pihak yayasan Ma’ahid membuat program full day school. 2) Pelaksanaan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus baru dilakukan pada tahun 2019. Untuk KBM dimulai dari hari Ahad sampai hari Kamis mulai dari jam 7 pagi sampai jam 3 sore. Penambahan jam KBM ini dimaksimalkan untuk jam pelajaran Al-Qur’an dan penanaman karakter pada siswa. Setiap siswa juga diwajibkan untuk shalat dzuhur dan shalat ashar berjamaah. Setelah shalat dzuhur, ada kegiatan kultum yaitu ceramah dari siswa. Dan siswa diperbolehkan pulang setelah melakukan shalat ashar berjamaah. Adapun hari Sabtu untuk kegiatan pengembangan diri siswa meliputi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan kesiswaan, seperti upacara, pelatihan dakwah, kegiatan bina karakter bersama wali kelas meliputi kultum, problem solving, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan menerapkan sistem full day school yang demikian, maka dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap siswa, sehingga siswa dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik, fasih, lancar dan mempunyai banyak hafalan, karakter-karakter siswa dapat terbentuk serta siswa pulangnya tidak kesorean. 3) Faktor pendukung penerapan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid Kudus yaitu SDM meliputi guru, tenaga kependidikan. Kemudian sarana dan prasarana, semangat belajar peserta didik, dukungan dari orang tua peserta didik, serta kurikulum. Adapun faktor penghambat penerapan sistem full day school di MA Ma’ahid yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal ini adalah rasa malas baik dari peserta didik maupun guru. Solusinya adalah setiap kali pertemuan, pihak madrasah menyampaikan kepada guru bahwa sebenarnya di sini kita beramal. Untuk siswa, pihak madrasah mengingatkan dan menasehati agar para siswa melakukan perbuatan yang menyenangkan orang tua dengan semangat mengikuti pembelajaran dan tidak bermalas-malasan. Adapun faktor eksternalnya yaitu keterbatasan ruang kelas karena jumlah peserta didik barunya bertambah. Untuk mengatasinya yaitu sementara waktu sekolah mengubah fungsi beberapa ruangan seperti lab dan sebagainya digunakan untuk ruang kelas. Selanjutnya sekolah akan melakukan pembangunan untuk penambahan gedung. Kemudian sumber daya guru yang ada masih belum maksimal, sehingga satu guru merangkap beberapa mata pelajaran. Serta kondisi guru yang kelelahan karena penambahan jam dan penambahan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penambahan jumlah guru untuk mengampu mata pelajaran yang diperlukan. Kemudian pengalaman madrasah yang masih minim dalam memanage karena ini masih tahun pertama sehingga madrasah terus belajar untuk mengatur dan mengelola sistem full day school dengan baik
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
