For the Ronal Group, which grew drastically on an international level in the last few years, employer branding is an important aspect in order to attract the most suitable employees, especially since the human resource, employees, is becoming more and more a critical factor for employers. Ronal’s competitive advantage regarding the labor market in Poland gets smaller, therefore the development of an Employer Value Proposition especially tailored for Poland is of high interest for the Ronal Group.!

No full textDie vorliegende Bachelor Thesis analysiert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Teams der RONAL Group, welche ursprünglich dem Bereich Organizational Development (OGD) angehörig waren. Sie soll darlegen, inwiefern eine weitere Zusammenarbeit nach Auflösung des Bereiches per April 2023 sinnvoll ist und wie diese gestaltet werden könnte. Zur Beantwortung der Fragestellungen bildet die Literatur zu Zusammenarbeit, Werten sowie Unternehmenswerte und dem Intergroup Relations Ansatz beziehungsweise Gruppenidentifikation die Grundlage. Mittels Fragebogen wurden alle Teams und mittels halbstandardisierten Leitfadeninterviews die Führungskräfte zu ihrer Wahrnehmung und Einschätzung der Kerndimensionen Zusammenarbeit, Unternehmenswerte und Gruppenidentifikation befragt. Die Ergebnisse werden in der Diskussion anhand der Theorie diskutiert und zeigen, dass die Zusammenarbeit auf persönlicher Ebene gut funktionierte, jedoch offensteht, ob aufgrund fehlender Ziele, Aufgaben und Berührungspunkte eine künftige längerfristige Zusammenarbeit sinnvoll ist

Na základě vypracované analýzy poté představí nový návrh technologie skladování. V závěru práce je uvedeno vyhodnocení jeho návrhu optimalizace.The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of current storage technology used in the company RONAL CR s.r.o. The author analyzes in detail each part of the storage technology. The new proposal for storage technology will be introduced based on the analysis. Prokázal schopnost samostatné práce. Odpovědi na připomínky měl velmi dobře připraveny.
