Analisis Pengaruh Customer Bonding Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Matahari Department Store Johar Plaza Jember
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer bonding terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Matahari Department Store Johar Plaza Jember. Bagaimana perusahaan untuk tetap memuaskan dan menjaga pelanggan supaya tidak berpaling ke perusahaan ritel lain ditengah persaingan bisnis di Kabupaten Jember. Manfaat penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan manajer perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan yang berkaitan dengan hal pengembangan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan perusahaan. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, dengan kriteria konsumen dengan intensitas pembelian minimal 5 kali dalam setahun terakhir. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Jember khususnya pelanggan Matahari Department Store Johar Plaza. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada variabel community bonding dan advocacy bonding terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Matahari Department Store Johar Plaza Jember.

ANALISIS KESALAHAN EJAAN DAN KALIMAT DALAM SKRIPSI MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS BRAWIJAYA SEBAGAI DASAR PENENTUAN STRATEGI, TUJUAN, DAN BAHAN AJAR MATA KULIAH BAHASA INDONESIA DI UNIVERSITAS BRAWIJAYA
Abstrak. Menulis merupakan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh mahasiswa. Keterampilan berbahasa ini berguna untuk menulis skripsi sebagai tugas akhir mahasiswa dalam meraih gelar sarjana (magister dan atau doktor). Dalam penulisan skripsi, ejaan, dan kalimat yang digunakan merupakan kalimat yang baku dan efektif agar pembaca mudah memahami maksud penulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan menulis ejaan, peristilahan, dan kesalahan menulis kalimat pada skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Brwijaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualiatif dengan rancangan studi kasus untuk memperoleh deskripsi data. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kesalahan berbahasa yang paling banyak ditemukan, yaitu kesalahan ejaan yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam skripsi. Kesalahan ejaan tersebut berupa pemakaian tanda baca sebanyak 52,03%, penulisan kata 39,53%, dan penulisan huruf 0,08%. Sedangkan kesalahan penulisan kalimat ditemukan pada aspek ketidaksepadanan struktur, ketidakhematan, ketidakcermatan, ketidakpaduan, ketidakparalelan, dan ketidaklogisan dalam kalimat.Kata kunci: Kesalahan kalimat, kesalahan ejaan, kalimat bakuAbstract. Writing is a skill that must be mastered by students. This language skill is useful for writing a thesis as a student's final project in obtaining a bachelor's degree (master and / or doctoral degree). In writing thesis, spelling, and sentences used are standard and effective sentences so that readers easily understand the intent of the author. This study aims to describe errors in spelling, terminology, and error writing sentences in the thesis of students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, University of Brwijaya. This study uses qualitative research with a case study design to obtain data descriptions. The results of this study revealed that the most common language errors were found, namely the spelling errors used by students in the thesis. The spelling errors were in the form of using punctuation as many as 52.03%, word writing 39.53%, and letter writing 0.08%. While writing errors found in aspects of structural incompatibility, imprecision, disobedience, non-alignment, incongruity, and irrationality in sentences.Keywords: Sentence errors, spelling errors, standard sentence
Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Al-Qur’an-Hadis Melalui Metode Demonstrasi pada Siswa Madrasah Aliyah
This article aims to describe the results of a classroom action research on the learning process using demonstration method and how this method improves students’ learning achievement in Al-Qur'an-Hadith subject. The participants of this study were students of class XI. Data collection techniques used observation, learning outcomes tests and documentation. Data was analized qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of data analysis showed that demonstration method could trigger students' responses to better learning so that they become more active in the learning process. The results of data analysis indicate that the implementation of demonstration method could improve students’ achievement in Al-Quran-Hadith subject
Strategi Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat dengan Mengembangkan UMKM Keripik Jimpling Sebagai Antisipasi Terhadap Bank Emok di Kelurahan Sukamulya Tangerang
This article discusses the Religious Moderation Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities which were implemented using the Community Empowerment System (SISDAMAS) approach to optimize community empowerment through the development of micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Chip Jimpling in Sukamulya Village. This is because businesses owned by the Sukamulya Village community have not developed optimally. The limited amount of income has resulted in the development of Emok Bank, which is a form of money lending practice with high interest and has the potential to be detrimental to society. The service method is carried out using community empowerment-based steps (SISDAMAS). There are 4 cycles that must be carried out, in cycle 1 students carry out community outreach and consultation, cycle 2 carries out social mapping, and cycle 3 is participatory. planning and community organizing, and Cycle 4 is program implementation and evaluation. The aim of this program is expected to be able to improve the local economy and reduce dependence on loans from Bank Emok. The results of this program show an increase in MSME income and public awareness of the importance of economic independence, so it is hoped that it can become a model of sustainable community empowerment
