KONSEP KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PANDANGAN ABDUR RAUF AS-SINGKILI
Tarjuman Al-Mustafid is the first book of Tafsir 30 juz in the archipelago, which became a guide for the people of Aceh at that time. The Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam was founded in 1496-1903, ruling for 407 years. Of the royal leaders (sultans) there were four sultanates who led successively, and Abdur Rauf As-Singkili as Qadhi malik al'amin who was appointed by the first sultanah Sri Ratu Tajul Alam Safiatuddin johan sovereign in 1661. Abdur Rauf was appointed and give responsibility as Qadhi, advisor, and religious interpreter of the kingdom. What are his thoughts in his commentary book Tarjuman Al-Mustafid, is the interpretation of the verse about leadership influenced by royal politics? The author is interested in writing this theme to find out the interpretation of the verses of the Koran about leadership according to Abdur Rauf As-Singkili, and to know the concept of women's leadership according to Abdur Rauf As-Singkili. The results of the study prove that Abdurrauf's interpretation of the leader in QS. An-Nisa' verses: 19, 20, 34 and 58, are not influenced by royal politics. Abdurrauf does not interpret that a woman can be a leader. However, his activities in the kingdom with his position as Kadhi Malik Al 'Adil, Abdurrauf has the responsibility as an advisor to the Sultanah as well as the application of law in the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam. he allowed a woman to be the leader. This can be seen in several events and his work. Abdurrauf issued a fatwa to challenge the campaign of the embodiments who wished to overthrow Sultanah's position, and in his book Miraatul Thulab in his preamble there is a commendation of Sultanah Safiatuddin, "A very great sultan and a very noble king, namely your Majesty Seri Sulthanah Tajul Alam Safiatuddin Syah Sovereign Dhillullah fi NatureTarjuman Al-Mustafid merupakan kitab Tafsir 30 juz pertama di Nusantara, yang menjadi pedoman bagi rakyat Aceh pada masa itu.

Intellectual property laws and Islam in Malaysia.
PhDThis study is undertaken on the premise that Islam and Islamic law is to be taken into
serious consideration in any future legislative reform of laws in Malaysia. Islam being
the religion of the country and the strong religious sentiment of the Muslims (who
form the majority in Malaysia) cannot be overlooked or dismissed lightly by the
legislators in Malaysia. Reformation of intellectual property laws is timely, as we are
now approaching to the dateline set by GATF-Trips agreement which aim is to
improve our standard of intellectual property protection. This study seeks to analyze
and evaluate the current legislation pertaining to intellectual property in Malaysia in
terms of the philosophy and rules governing the existence, ownership and exercise of
these rights and their consistency and inconsistency with Islam and Islamic law. The
main objective of this study is to prove that a coherent and logical conceptual
framework of ownership of intellectual property can be derived from an Islamic
perspective which not only offers the basis of rights but also defines the scope of
these rights. From the point of ownership of rights, support can be obtained from the
normative framework of property rights within the traditional classification of 'mal'
(property) and 'haqq al-milkiyyah' (ownership rights) under Islamic law. From the
point of exercise of rights, the exact scope can be defined from the analysis of
fundamental concepts which have been developed by Muslim jurists. It has been
established that Islam and Islamic law offers a sound and systematic paradigm, which
in deeper analysis, can satisfy both our current obligations under international
treatises, as well as our responsibility to practise our religion to the fullest
Orientasi Tafsir Turjuman Al-Mustafid Karya Abdur Rauf Al-Singkili
This article discusses the study of the interpretation orientation (ittijah al-mufassir) of Tarjuman al-Mustafid, as a pioneer in the development of the 'fardi' (individual) interpretation of Nusantara in the Century. This article uses a qualitative approach and an exploratory-phenomenological approach. Al-Singkili's scientific odyssey to the Arabian Peninsula to the 'maqam' that has matured in various sciences. After returning to Aceh, al-Singkili was appointed mufti of the kingdom by contributing to the thought and administrative aspects. The lineage of thought of the sanad al-Singkili is directly related to the author of 'Tafsir al-Jalalain'. As a stream of practical Sufism (Tasawwuf Al-'Amali) and the depth of Shari'a knowledge that he controls, he always thinks moderately in making decisions and religious fatwas. This can be done in his response when faced with a mystical dispute that occurred between the thoughts of Hamzah al-Fanzhuri and Nuruddin al-Raniri. Al-Singkili tried to be moderate without making accusations, but did not agree with al-Raniri's position. This wasathiyyah thought can be found in the explanations presented in his commentary when faced with anthropopomorphic verses
محمد بن عبدالرحمٰن بخاریؒ کی کتاب "محاسن الاسلام والشرائع" کے منہج کا تحقیقی مطالعہ
Islam is a complete and comprehensive code of life. The teachings and rules (Ahkam) of Islam are unique and rational. Many scholars have described the philosophy of Islamic ahkam and have written books on the subject, one of these books is Mahasin-ul-Islam wa Shara-ul-Islam by Faqih Muhammad ibn Abdur Rahman Bukhari (546 A.H), in which the author has described the philosophy and Mahasin of Eman, Islam and Islamic Ahkam. Reading these Mahasin gives insight and heartfelt satisfaction in religion. The author was a great scholar of the Hanafi jurisprudence in sixth century (Hijri). He is known as Faqih Bukhari. The book Mahasin-ul-Islam wa Shara-ul-Islam is a great attempt at its subject. The book has arranged in the order of jurisprudential chapters. The first chapter of the book is Kitab-ul- Eman and the last chapter is kitab-ul-Shahdat. The total basic chapters which are mentioned in this book are twenty nine. The author has presented Quranic Verses, Ahadith, Hikayaat (anecdotes) and verses for support. This article presents a research study of the characterastics and methodology of the book Mahasin-ul-Islam wa Shara-ul-Islam
KREDIBILITAS PERIWAYAT SYI’AH DALAM KITAB SUNAN AL-TIRMIDZI
This study exists from the relationship between the Sunni and Shia who have different theological approaches, especially in the study of hadith. Among the Sunni and the Shia, they have their own classifications and both sides sharply criticize each other, until they disbelieve in each other. However, it is undeniable that in the authoritative book of Sunni hadith there are narrators who come from the Shia. In the most authentic books of Sunni hadith (such as Shahih Bukhari and Shahih Muslim), there are also some narrators who come from mubadda’un, especially the Shia narrators. As Imam Bukhari who became the teacher of Imam al-Tirmidhi, Imam al-Tirmidhi certainly also narrated the same thing. From here, the researcher is interested to study on the history of Shia found in the book of hadith of Sunan al-Tirmidhi, departing from two basic questions: (1) How the biography and jarh wa ta’dil narrative indicated as Shia in the book of Sunan al-Tirmidhi? (2) How is the narrative built by the narrator indicated as Shia in the book of Sunan al-Tirmidhi?
To answer these two questions, the researcher will use the methods of data reduction, data presentation, and giving conclusions offered by al-Mizzi in his book ‘Tahzib al-Kamal’ and Ibn Hajjar al-Asqalani in his book ‘Taqrib al-Tahzib’. The researcher is also uses the conceptual approach of Jarh wa Ta `dil and the critique of sanad, thus requiring biographical tracking of the books of Tabaqah. From this concept, it can detect the credibility of the narrator indicated as Shia, Tasyayyu’, Ghulat, and Rafidhi, as well as the researcher analyzes the narrative of the hadith brought by the narrator of Shia. The author take some steps to find the names of the Shia narrators in "Pelaku Bid'ah dan Pengaruhnya" by Dr Ahmad Isnaeni in book Jarh wa Ta'dil. In that book, there are data of heresy perpetrators listed in Sunni authoritative books. After that, the writer take a note for the hadith by the Shia narrator through the Mausuah al-hadith and other hadith applications. Then, the writer found some scholars' comments through a book entitled "Jarh wa Tadil". Last but not least, the author concludes about the quality from Shia narrators in the book "Sunan al-Tirmidhi" However, the researcher does not mention the whole related to the history of Shia in the book of Sunan al-Tirmidhi, the researcher only limits this analysis to ten narrators.
The conclusions of this research are: (1) The researcher limits the ten narrators, such as Abban bin Taghib, Hakim bin Jubair, Muhammad bin Fudlail, Tsuwair bin Abi Fakhitah Sa’id, Uthman bin Umair, Yahya bin Isa bin Abdur Rahman, Nuh bin Qais, Abad bin Yaqub, Ziyad bin Mundzir, and Umarah bin Juwain, (2) The comments of hadith scholars related to Jarh wa Ta’dil on the history of Shia are not all rejected, but most of hadith scholars reject the hadiths narrated by the Shia, (3) There are Shia narrators who disbelieve the companion of prophet Muhammad (PBUH), (4) There are narrators from Shia who are not so fanatical, Shia Rafidhi, and Shi'ah Ghulat, and (5) There are 42 hadiths from ten narrators of Shia in the book of Sunan al-Tirmidhi
Economic Reliability Acceptance Sampling Plans from Truncated Life Tests based on the Burr Type XII Percentiles
In this article, economic reliability acceptance sampling plan (ERASP) is developed for the Burr type XII distribution when the life test is truncated at pre-specified designed parameters. The minimum termination time is necessary to ensure that the specified life percentile is found under a given producer’s risk. The operating characteristic values of the proposed plan are presented for various parameters. A comparative study of proposedplan and existing plan developed by Lio et al. (2010) is also discussed. The result is illustrated by a real dataset example
The Influence of Mullah in Atiq Rahimi's the Patience Sone
This study pictures the society in Afghanistan under the regime of Taliban which is poured by the author in his literary work. The picture is the influence of the Mullah to the main character representing the whole society in the novel, the Patience Stone. Using sociology as the method by which the researcher connects the literary work with the society where the author lives that the Mullah in real life gives much influence to the society through the understanding of the Koran, the researcher finds that the Mullah creates patriarchal society in general and betrayal in specific society.

Clozapine and Pharmacogenomics Testing: Opportunities and Challenges for Personalized Treatment in Schizophrenia
Clozapine remains the gold standard for treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS), offering unparalleled efficacy but accompanied by significant interindividual variability in response and risk of severe adverse effects. Pharmacogenomics (PGx), the study of how genetic variations influence drug response, has transformed treatment for other medications like warfarin but remains underutilized in clozapine prescribing. This review synthesizes current evidence on the potential of PGx to enhance clozapine treatment by improving the prediction of therapeutic response, metabolism, and adverse drug reactions. Key genetic markers, such as variants in serotonin receptor genes (e.g., HTR2A, HTR3A), metabolism-related enzymes (CYP1A2), and immunerelated genes (HLA-DQB1, HLA-B*59:01), show promise in guiding personalized clozapine prescribing. However, economic, educational, and systemic challenges, particularly in Canada, hinder broader implementation. PGx testing in psychiatry is available but lacks standardization in cost, accessibility, and test panels. Additionally, PGx research remains Eurocentric, with limited data on Indigenous and diverse populations. In Canada, initiatives like Go-PGx reflect growing national interest, but mental health applications remain minimal. Bridging research with practice through inclusive research, clinician education, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and cost-effectiveness analyses may help unlock PGx's full potential for over 200,000 Canadians living with schizophrenia. The presentation of the authors' names and (or) special characters in the title of the pdf file of the accepted manuscript may differ slightly from what is displayed on the item page. Chemical characterization and evaluation of the neuroprotective potential of Indigofera sessiliflora through in-silico studies and behavioral tests in scopolamine-induced memory compromised rats
In the current study, we investigated the phytochemical and neuropharmacological potential of Indigofera sessiliflora, an indigenous least characterized plant widely distributed in deserted areas of Pakistan. The crude extract of the whole plant Indigofera sessiliflora (IS.CR) was preliminary tested in-vitro for the existence of polyphenol content, antioxidant and anticholinesterase potential followed by detailed chemical characterization through UHPLC-MS. Rats administered with different doses of IS.CR (100–300 mg/kg) for the duration of 4-weeks were behaviorally tested for anxiety and cognition followed by biochemical evaluation of dissected brain. The in-silico studies were employed to predict the blood–brain barrier crossing tendencies of secondary metabolites with the elucidation of the target binding site. The in-vitro assays revealed ample phenols and flavonoids content in IS.CR with adequate anti-oxidant and anticholinesterase potential. The dose-dependent anxiolytic potential of IS.CR was demonstrated in open field (OFT), light/dark (L/D) and elevated plus maze (EPM) tests as animals spent more time in open, illuminated and elevated zones (P < 0.05). In the behavioral tests for learning/memory, the IS.CR reversed the scopolamine-induced cognitive deficits, as animals showed better (P < 0.05) spontaneous alternation and discrimination index in y-maze and novel object recognition (NOR) tests. Similarly, as compared to amnesic rats, the step-through latencies were increased (P < 0.05) and escape latencies were decreased (P < 0.05) in passive avoidance (PAT) and Morris water maze (MWM) tests, respectively. Biochemical analysis of rat brains showed significant reduction in malondialdehyde and acetylcholinesterase levels, alongwith preservation of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity. The docking studies further portrayed a possible interaction of detected phytoconstituents with acetylcholinesterase target. The results of the study show valuable therapeutic potential of phytoconstituents present in IS.CR to correct the neurological disarrays which might be through antioxidant activity or via modulation of GABAergic and cholinergic systems by artocommunol, 1,9-dideoxyforskolin and 6E,9E-octadecadienoic acid. © 2021 The Author(s)King Saud University, KSU, (RSP-2020/131
