Peran Kebijakan Politik Dalam Perkembangan Keuangan Syariah Di Indonesia
Get PDFIndonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. The large number of Muslim population is a potential market share that is profitable for the development of Islamic economic practices in Indonesia. However, on the way there are various obstacles that stand in the way. Therefore, it needs support from various parties, namely the Government and the Community to overcome these obstacles. The purpose of this study is to examine the obstacles to the process of developing a sharia economy in Indonesia and the importance of political support from the government which is realized through various regulations and policies aimed at developing a sharia economy in Indonesia. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive writing method and uses library research. The results of this study and the conclusion of this study are that Islamic economics and finance practices in Indonesia have shown positive developments. Even though in the realization and the process there are still many obstacles. Support from the Government through regulations is needed as well as being a pioneer for national community movements and political support from the community with awareness of using halal products and carrying out economic activities that use sharia principles so that it is hoped that the sharia economy in Indonesia will develop in the future

Hubungan Pendayagunaan Zakat Produktif Dengan Kesejahteraan Mustahiq Laznas Yatim Mandiri Cabang Lamongan
Get PDFZakat is one of the instruments in Islamic economics that has the potential and benefits to overcome poverty and realize public welfare. In optimizing the potential and benefits, productive utilization of zakat is needed. This study aims to determine the relationship between the utilization of productive zakat with mustahiq welfare on laznas yatim mandiri Lamongan branch. This research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this study were 10 respondents from the mustahiq recipients of the assistance of the utilization of productive zakat in 2018 and using the Saturated Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of the utilization of productive zakat with the mustahiq welfare variable. A very strong relationship between the two variables is known through the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Based on the results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, the Pearson correlation value is 0.817. Then it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of the utilization of productive zakat with the welfare variable mustahiq Laznas Yatim Mandiri Lamongan branch. However, according to Islamic law, the practice of buying and selling has not been realized optimally by the Muslim community. There are even some of these Muslims who do not understand at all how to buy and sell that is correct according to Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of verses in the Qur'an and hadith regarding buying and selling. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive writing method and used library research. The results of the research and the conclusions of this study are that as a perfect religion, Islam certainly has provided guidelines through the Al-Qur'an and Hadith so that humans carry out buying and selling procedures that are mutually beneficial and mutually acceptable to both parties. In essence, buying and selling transactions from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith must follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad, which is done honestly

IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK PENGADAAN TRANSMISI 500KV SUMATERA
Get PDFPembangunan jaringan transmisi 500 kV Sumatera merupakan proyek utama sebagai penyangga jalur transmisi dibawahnya dan pertama di pulau Sumatera. Dengan skema proyek Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) dalam pelaksanaannya kontraktor utama mengalami beberapa kendala baik teknis maupun non teknis hingga mempengaruhi kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek tersebut mulai dari tahap pra-konstruksi (perijinan, pembasan lahan,dan perencanaan desain) hingga pelaksanaan konstruksinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey terhadap Project Implementation Unit dengan analisa menggunakan metode Relative Importance Index (RII). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor Permasalahan perijinan terkait dari pemerintah, data survey tidak akurat (Pra Desain), dan kelangkaan bahan baku merupakan tiga masalah utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan transmisi 500 kV Sumatera.The construction of the 500 kV Sumatra transmission network is the main project supporting the transmission line below and first on the island of Sumatra. With the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project scheme in its implementation the main contractor experienced several technical and non-technical constraints that affected the time performance of the project itself. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the performance of the project implementation time from the pre-construction stage (licensing, land clearing, and design planning) to the construction of the construction. The research method used is a survey method of the Project Implementation Unit with analysis using the Relative Importance Index (RII) method. The results showed that factors related to licensing problems from the government, inaccurate survey data (Pre-Design), and scarcity of raw materials are the three main problems that affect the performance time of the Sumatra 500 kV transmission development projec
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
