(ROA) cenderung mengalami penurunan dan Return ON Equity (ROE) pada
tahun 2015 sampai 2016 mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode deskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi.
Sementara teknik analisis data adalah metode deskriptif yang
merupakan metode yang digunakan dengan merumuskan perhatian terhadap
pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi, dimana data yang telah dikumpulkan dan
disusun serta dianalisis dapat memberikan suatu gambaran dan informasi
sehingga dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan dari pengelolahan data yang
dilakukan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini Return On Asset (ROA) cenderung
mengalami penurunan hal ini dikarenakan menurunnya penjualan penjualan
perusahaan sehingga laba perusahaan juga akan menurun dan nilai Return On
Asset (ROA) dari tahun 2012 sampai 2016 belum memenuhi standar penilaian
kementerian BUMN. Dan Return ON Equity (ROE) pada tahun 2015 sampai
2016 mengalami penurunan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mampu
menghasilkan laba atas ekuitas yang dimiliki, dan nilai Return ON Equity
(ROE) pada tahun 2015 sampai 2016 belum memenuhi standar penilaian
kementerian BUM

The title of this final report is "Analysis of Budget Calculation Method of Sales at CV Cahaya Maju Electronics". With the aim to analyze how companies calculate the sales budget against the budget realization of sales. These data were collected through interview, observation and library research. Then the data is analyzed by using the theory of interpretation developed by M. Nafarin (2007) and M. Munandar (2010). In preparing the budget of the company's sales have not been using the method of assessment in calculating the sales budget and the company also does not have an analysis of the irregularities that occurred between anggran and realization, but the company is only based on the previous year's sales. The author gives advice on the company should use the method of calculation of the sales budget, such as the least squares method, moment method or methods of calculating the square of the sales budget, other than that the company should further analyze deviations between budget and realized sales. Because it is clear that square method is a method that is suitable for use on CV Cahaya Maju Electronic Palembang

Teori himpunan fuzzy memberikan sarana untuk mempresentasikan ketidakpastian dan untuk pemodelan ketidakpastian yang berhubungan dengan kesamaran, ketidakpastian dan kekurangan informasi yang mengenai elemen - elemen tertentu dari problem yang dihadapi. Selisih antara persepsi dengan harapan disebut dengan “gap” atau kesenjangan kualitas layanan, yang artikan sebagai berikut: Jika gap positif (persepsi > harapan ) maka layanan dikatakan memuaskan, Jika gap nol (persepsi = harapan) maka layanan dikatakan berkualitas dan memuaskan, Jika gap negatif (persepsi expectation) then the service is said to be satisfactory, If the gap is zero (perception = expectation) then the service is said to be of high quality and satisfactory, If the gap is zero (perception = expectation) then the service is said to be of high quality and satisfactory. negative (perception < expectation) then the service is said to be unsatisfactory. This model analyzes the gap between two main variables, namely the expected service and the perceived service. Measurement of service quality in the servqual model is based on a multi-item scale to measure expectations and perceptions as well as the gap between them in the main dimensions of service quality. The main problem of this study is to determine the level of student satisfaction with service quality at the Medan Area University undergraduate program. The purpose of this research is to know the level of student satisfaction by using the Fuzzy Service Quality method. Want to know the gap between students by using the Fuzzy Service Quality method (tangible reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy). The research was conducted using the fuzzy method. The results achieved are the level of student satisfaction at the University of Medan Area, the lowest score is -28.74 with the question of the suitability of facilities with tuition fees and the highest value is -14.68 religious facilities that can be used by students at UMA and the gap value can be seen in students. Analisis Potensi Pengembangan Dry Port Untuk Menunjang Kegiatan Ekspor - Impor Di Sulawesi Selatan
No full textPemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memiliki rencana pembangunan dry port yang lebih dekat dengan industri untuk menekan biaya pengiriman barang yang ditanggung oleh eksportir ke Makassar New Port. Rencana pembangunan dry port ini memiliki dua lokasi yang berbeda yaitu pada Kabupaten Sidrap dan Kabupaten Janeponto. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan identifikasi kondisi eksisting ekspor – impor di Sulawesi Selatan. Setelah dilakukan analisis proyeksi pada komoditas ekspor dan impor menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda serta analisis perbandingan biaya transportasi darat dan laut, akan didapatkan potensi pengembangan dry port di Sulawesi Selatan. Setelah didapatkan potensi pengembangan pada masing – masing dry port, akan dilakukan perencanaan desain layout dry port. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi eksisting didapatkan jumlah industri dari 12 kabupaten yaitu Bulukumba, Takalar, Gowa, Maros, Pangkep, Bone, Wajo, Pinrang, Luwu Timur, Makassar, Pare-Pare, dan Palopo. Berdasarkan analisis perbandingan biaya transportasi, pembangunan Dry Port Sidrap dapat diupayakan dengan melihat potensi pengembangan ekspor yaitu Kabupaten Wajo memiliki biaya lebih murah sebesar Rp 0.42 Juta/Teus, Kabupaten Pinrang lebih murah sebesar Rp 0.09 Juta/Teus, Kabupaten Luwu Timur lebih murah sebesar Rp 0.4 Juta/Teus, Kota Parepare lebih murah sebesar Rp 0.28 Juta/Teus, dan Kota Palopo lebih murah sebesar Rp 0.31 Juta/Teus. Setelah melihat hasil analisis perbandingan biaya, dilakukan perencanan layout pada Dry port Sidrap dengan proyeksi muatan pada tahun 2031.

The South Sulawesi Provincial Government has plans to build a dry port that is closer to the industry to reduce the cost of shipping goods borne by exporters to the Makassar New Port. The dry port development plan has two different locations, namely in Sidrap Regency and Janeponto Regency. This research will identify the existing export-import conditions in South Sulawesi. After analyzing the projections of export and import commodities using the multiple linear regression method and a comparative analysis of land and sea transportation costs, the potential for dry port development in South Sulawesi will be obtained. After obtaining the development potential of each dry port, a dry port layout design plan will be carried out. Based on the analysis of existing conditions, the number of industries from 12 regencies, namely Bulukumba, Takalar, Gowa, Maros, Pangkep, Bone, Wajo, Pinrang, East Luwu, Makassar, Pare-Pare, and Palopo. Based on a comparative analysis of transportation costs, the construction of Sidrap Dry Port can be pursued by looking at the potential for export development, namely Wajo Regency has a cheaper cost of IDR 0.42 Million/Teus, Pinrang Regency is cheaper IDR 0.09 Million/Teus, East Luwu Regency is cheaper IDR 0.4 Million/Teus, the City of Parepare is cheaper by IDR 0.28 Million/Teus, and the City of Palopo is cheaper by IDR 0.31 Million/Teus. After seeing the results of a cost comparison analysis, calculations were carried out, layout planning was carried out at the Sidrap Dry port with a projected load in 2031

The voltage who obtained from Auto Buck-Boost Converter is saved in accumulator with the specification of 12 volt 32 Ah for the next using as energy source on Automatic Drinking Filler Machine. For the next upgrading author recommended for changing the chain with the gearbox so that the voltage who had missing be on the wane and author recommended to enlarge the diameter size of turbine so that the rotation of the turbine is more large and also the voltage who obtained is more large too

Get PDFArrangement is a planning process in an effort to improve orderliness, order and security, structuring becomes part of a government implementation process wherein the structuring process can guarantee the realization of planned goals such as harmonizing objectives, neatness, harmony, balance and utilization of space, things this is what will be examined by taking up the title of Fifty Market Arrangement by Pekanbaru City Government. As for the purpose of this study is to find out the structuring process carried out by the government of Pekanbaru City in the Fifty Market, and to find out what obstacles are experienced. The type of research that the author uses in carrying out this research is by way of Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool. Meanwhile the sampling technique used in determining sample individuals is the Census Technique for the employee population, and the accidental sampling technique for the Merchant population group, the type and data collection technique used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques, and data analysis techniques used are by using frequency table tools. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher found the answer that the results of the research with the title of Fifty Market Arrangement by Pekanbaru City Government which the authors did were categorized as "Sufficiently Implemented" with a percentage reaching 54% with the total number of respondents reaching people, while the inhibiting factors in this study were (1) Transparency of supervision in the field is still lacking, (2) Accountability, in the implementation of less sanctions, (3) Conditional, related to the time of collection of inappropriate retribution, (4) Participatory, lack of availability of traders, (5) Lack of equal rights in getting a trader, (6) Balance of Rights, where there is social jealousy that occurs in the field
