    ANALISIS STRATEGI BISNIS SOCIAL ENTERPRISE RIZKA HIJAB

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Gambaran strategi bisnis yang diterapkan saat ini pada social enterprise Rizka Hijab; 2) Identifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman perusahaan pada social enterprise Rizka Hijab; dan 3) Alternatif formulasi strategi bisnis terbaru social enterprise Rizka Hijab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pra penelitian, diketahui bahwa social enterprise Rizka Hijab mengalami penurunan pendapatan yang disebabkan oleh menurunnya penjualan karena tidak adanya strategi bisnis yang digunakan oleh perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran strategi bisnis yang diterapkan oleh social enterprise Rizka Hijab saat ini. Selain itu, juga didapatkan hasil identifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada perusahaan social enterprise Rizka Hijab berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil dari identifikasi tersebut adalah social enterprise Rizka Hijab memiliki delapan kekuatan, delapan kelemahan, enam peluang, dan empat ancaman. Hasil identifikasi tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan matriks IFE EFE dan didapatkan total skor pada matriks IFE adalah 2,90 sedangkan untuk matriks EFE adalah 2,84. Sehingga, social enterprise Rizka Hijab berada di sel V pada matriks IE yang berarti hold and maintain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada matriks IE maka formulasi strategi bisnis terbaru untuk social enterprise Rizka Hijab adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. The purpose of this study was to finding 1) an overview of the business strategy that is currently being applied to Rizka Hijab's social enterprise; 2) Identification of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Rizka Hijab's social enterprise; and 3) Alternative formulation of the latest social enterprise business strategy, Rizka Hijab. The research method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection tools used consisted of observation, interviews, and literature study. Based on the results of the pre-research interviews, it is known that Rizka Hijab's social enterprise has experienced a decrease in revenue due to decreased sales due to the absence of a business strategy used by the company. The results of this study ware the overview of the business strategy currently implemented by Rizka Hijab's social enterprise. In addition, the results of the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the social enterprise company Rizka Hijab were also obtained based on the data obtained by researchers. The results of this identification ware social enterprise Rizka Hijab had eight strengths, eight weaknesses, six opportunities and four threats. The identification results were then analyzed using the IFE EFE matrix and the total score for the IFE matrix was 2.90 while for the EFE matrix it was 2.84. Therefore, Rizka Hijab’s social enterprise was there in cell V in the IE matrix, which means hold and maintain. Based on the results of the analysis on the IE matrix, the latest business strategy formulation for Rizka Hijab's social enterprise is market penetration and product development. As I said previously RIZKA sell ladies’s footwear which is FLAT, SANDAL, WEDGES, HEELS, PUMP SHOES, PUMP WEDGES. Those are types of footwear that were sold in RIZKA. The target market is the potential customer is ladies who likes to wear fashionable or comfortable footwear. By the way, RIZKA's products also suitable to be present especially husbands who want to prepare a gift for his wife and also for sons and daughters who wants to make it as a gift for their mom. RIZKA's marketing strategy is that they offer the great quality and affordable price for our product and service. Besides, the price that they offer are also affordable even by a student. Therefore RIZKA would like to make the affordable price with the value of the footwear and satisfy the customers when they purchase our product. Customers who buys from dropshjp agent need to state their name, phone number and address. It is so that the courier company can to send it. Do not worry because the courier company that RIZKA work with is J&T Express and Ninja Van which is mostly known by people in Malaysia. We really hope that RIZKA’s product will be able to satisfy our customers especially in quality and good service

    Penelitian pada usaha Kue Kering Rizka bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal, faktor eksternal, posisi usaha kue kering Rizka, dan strategi pemasaran. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 96 responden dan 15 responden merupakan pemilik usaha dan kayawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor internal kuat pada usaha kue kering rizka antara lain adalah lokasi distribusi, kemasan produk, promosi penjualan, pemasaran langsung, dan saluran distribusi. Sedangkan faktor internal yang lemah terdiri dari daftar harga, potongan harga, variasi produk, dan rasa produk. Kemudian faktor eksternal yang dapat menjadi peluang adalah ekonomi Negara, pemasok tetap, informasi pemasok, dan produk baru dari pesaing. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang menjadi ancaman adalah produk dari perusahaan besar, perijinan industri, program pemerintah, dan daya beli. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, kedudukan usaha kue kering Rizka berada pada kedudukan kelima pada grafik SWOT. Agar kedudukannya tersebut semakin meningkat, maka pengusaha harus mengutamakan strategi pemasaran menggunakan strength-opportunity atau kekuatan dan kesempatan yang dimiliki

The technique used is literature study. The data source is the novel Ibu Selected God by Rizka Azizah, the research data is a manifestation of existing gender injustices, namely: marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence, workload, which reflects the feminism studynovel ibutuhan of Rizka Azizah\u27sTerbaikby Rizka Azizah.
