kota dalam mengimplementasikan peraturan dan kebijakan dalam pendidikan tingkat
dikecamatan. Pada upt dinas pendidikan kecamatan barumun kabupaten padang lawas. Penulis
melihat masih kurangnya disiplin kerja pegawai. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa
permasalahan yang terjadi dikantor upt dinas pendidikan antara lain; banyak pegawai yang tidak
masuk kerja sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku, saat jam kerja masih banyak pegawai yang tidak ada
dirungan saat kerja, masih banyak pegawai yang sering pulang kerja lebih awal dari waktu yang
ditentuka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja
pegawai dikantor UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas,
metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kualitatif.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan adalah Data Primer yaitu observasi, wawancara
dan sekunder yaitu berupa buku-buku, jurnal, makalah, artikel, dan berbagai tulisan lainnya.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai
dikantor Upt Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas, hal ini dapat
dilihat dari jawaban dan wawancara terhadap beberapa informan, staff dan pegawai mulai dari
berdasarkan pembahasan skripsi ini menjalankan bahwa peran kepala UPT Dinas Pendidikan
Kecamatan Barumum Padang Lawas dapat dikatakan baik. Kepala UPT Dinas Pendidikan
Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai,
maka peneliti mempunyai beberapa kesimpulan dan saran kepada Kepala kantor UPT Dinas
Pendidikan Kecamatan Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas yaitu 1.Peningkatan disiplin kerja
pegawai perlu di tingkatkan agar kapabilitas dan kredibilitas pegawai atau staff, 2. Menambah
fasilitas Kantor seperti internet, menambah komputer yang kurang, dan mengganti komputer
yang tidak layak dipakai lagi, 3. Pimpinan selalu mengkontrol pekerjaan pegawai sesuai dengan
bidang dan tugas masing-masing supaya memperoleh fungsinya dalam mencapai prestasi kerja
yang telah ditetapkan.This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline on the performance of
employees in the office of the District Education Office Barumun UPT Padang Lawas District,
the methods used by the author is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques that writers do
is Primary data is observation, interview and secondary in the form of books, journals, papers,
articles, and various other writings. Based on the results of the study show the influence of labor
discipline on the performance of employees in the office UPT Subdistrict Education Office
Barumun Padang Lawas District, this can be seen from the answers and interviews with several
informants, staff and employees from the head of Unit Department of Education District of
Barumum Padang Lawas can be said to be good. Head of the District Education Office Barumun
UPT Padang Lawas District in improving employee discipline, the researchers have some advice
role of the District Education Office Head of Unit Barumun namely Padang Lawas District
1.Peningkatan employee discipline needs to be improved so that the capability and credibility of
the employee or staff, 2. Adding Office facilities such as internet, adding a computer less, and
replace computers that are not feasible in use again. 3. Leaders always control work in
accordance with its employees and their respective duties in order to obtain its function in
achieving predetermined performance
Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Latihan Terhadap Kinerja Sipil Negara di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Padang Lawas
Get PDFPengembangan sumber daya manusia khususnya aparatur sipil Negara pada intinya adalah dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan organisasi pemerintah yang terutama ditekankan pada kebutuhan masyarakat secara luas. Upaya mendasar ini perlu dilakukan suatu organisasi agar aparatur sipil Negara mampu dalam melaksanakan tugas yang baik adalah melalui pendidikan dan latihan yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan akan tugas dan fungsinya. Sehingga dengan adanya bentuk pendidikan dan latihan yang diberikan kepada aparatur sipil Negara diharapkan akan tercipta Aparatur Sipil Negara yang berkualitas dan mempunyai perestasi kerja seperti yang diharapkan organisasi. Dengan demikian, pengembangan sumber daya Aparatur Sipil Negara harus dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan, justru itu langkah yang dilakukan pemerintah sangat tepat untuk melakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya aparatur yang diarahkan kepada peningkatan kemampuan melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan dan pembangunan yang semakin dinamis.
Dari uraian diatas penulis mengadakan penelitian mengenai pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan terhadap kinerja apartur sipil Negara pada kantor badan pendapatan pengeleloaan keuangan dan asset daerah Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Rumusan masalah yang menjadi acuan penelitian adalah apakah pendidikan dan latihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja apartur sipil Negara. Hipotesis yang diajukan bahwa pendidikan dan lathan memiliki peran untuk meningkatkan kinerja apartur sipil negara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan penelitian langsung dilapangan seperti menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu rumus korelasi product moment. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 37 aparatur sipil Negara yang bekerja pada kantor badan pendapatan pengeleloaan keuangan dan asset daerah Kabupaten Padang Lawas.
Hasil nilai r hitung dimasukkan dalam rumus uji t, yaitu dengan hasil nilai t hitung adalah 28,91sedangkan nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikan 25 yaitu sebesar 2,457. Dengan demikian keadaan hasil nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel, maka dapat dinyatakan keabsahan signifikan antara variabel bebas (X) yaitu pendidikan dan latitahan dengan variabel terkait (Y) yaitu kinerja pegawai terhadap pengaruh yang signifikan.Development of human resources, especially the civil apparatus of the State its core is in the framework of achieving the objectives of government organizations that are mainly emphasized on the needs of society at large. This fundamental effort needs to be done by an organization so that the civil apparatus of the State is able to perform a good task is through proper education and training in accordance with the needs of its duties and functions. So that with the form of education and training provided to the civil apparatus of the State is expected to create State Civil Apparatus quality and have performance work as expected by the organization. Thus, the development of the State Civil State Apparatus should be done gradually and continuously, precisely that the steps taken by the government is very appropriate to do the planning and development of apparatus resources directed to the enhancement of the ability to carry out the task of governance and development more dynamic.
From the above description the authors conducted a study on the influence of education and training on the performance of civilian state apartments on the office of financial management and asset management of Kabupaten Padang Lawas. The formulation of the problem that the study guides is whether education and training affect the performance of the state's civilian apartment. The hypothesis proposed that education and training have a role to improve the performance of the state's civilian apartment. The technique of collecting data is by using library method and direct research field like spreading questioner. Analysis of data used to determine the effect of relationship with quantitative methods is the formula of product moment correlation. The samples in this research are 37 civil servants of State working in the office of income management agency of finance and asset area of Kabupaten Padang Lawas.
The result of the calculated r value is included in the t test formula, that is, the result of t value is 28, 91 while t table value at significant level 25 is 2,457. Thus the state of the results of the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table, it can be stated significant validity between independent variables (X) namely education and training with related variables (Y) is the performance of employees to a significant influence
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
