Keragaan Galur Padi Lahan Sawah Pasang Surut Type C Melalui Teknologi Ratun Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
Ritonga ES, Istina IN, Maizar M. 2019. The performance of the c type of swamp rice line through ratoon technology at Rokan Hilir Regency. Jurnal Lahan Suboptimal: Journal of Suboptimal Lands. 8(2):220-229.  To support food security, the government set a national rice production target of 10 million tons in 2014. Its a trigger in agricultural innovation. The utilization of sub-optimal lands such as tidal lowland for the purpose of increasing food production and self-sufficiency and making swamps as a national food barn continue to be pursued, both through innovation and excavation and the development of local wisdom. Various technological innovations have been produced by the IAARD on tidal lowland, including increasing crop intensity (IP), genetic improvement in rice, and ratoon planting systems. The aim of this research was to get the type C tidal rice lines through ratoon technology. The research has been conducted at Pematang Sikek Village, Rimbo Melintang sub District, Rokan Hilir Regency with C type of tidal lowland using a Randomized Group Design with 4 replications. The rice strains tested included 11 tidal rice were with 11 types of tidal rice lines (G1, G3, G4, G6, G7, G8, G17, G20, G23, G45 , G53). The results showed that the best vegetative growth were G3 (118.33 cm), G7 (15.00 stems) Number of productive tillers was G4 (15.33 stems) while for generative growth G4 (2.50 t / ha), G53 ratoon (35.33 cm) 238.00 gram), weight of a thousand grains of G53 ratoon was (26.77 gram). G4 gives the highest production and adapted to Rokan Hilir tidal lowland
TANGGAP PERTUMBUHAN JAMUR MERANG TERHADAP FORMULASI DAN KETEBALAN MEDIA
Paddy straw mushroom is high nutritious food matter, so it can be expected to be the best formulations of medium for optimizing growth. The objective of the research was to study the respon of Growth and Production of Paddy straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea Bull. Ex. Fr.) toward formulations and thickness of mediums. This research was conducted in Plantation Education Institute Green House at Pancing, starting from February to March 2010. The method of this research is completely randomized design factorial with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the formulation of medium (M) consist of five levels. The second factor was the thickness of medium (T) consisting of two levels, 15 cm and 20 cm. The results of research showed that the formulation of medium significantly increase the number of mushroom body and fresh weight, but unsignificantly at start harvest time, length of mushroom body, cap’s diameters. Thickness of medium treatment and its interaction with formulation of medium unsignificanly at all parameters
Kajian Adaptif Vub Padi Gogo Spesifik Lokasi di Provinsi Riau
Ritonga ES, Istina IN, Usman U, Giri Wibisono MG. 2020. Adaptive study of upland new high yielding paddy locations specific in Riau province. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-8 Tahun 2020, Palembang 20 Oktober 2020. pp. xx. Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).New high yielding varieties (VUB) are one of the technology components that are easiest for farmers to adopt. Dissemination of VUB deployments runs relatively quickly when VUB can adapt well to an area, but not all VUB can give the same results in one particular location, including Riau. This study aims to obtain new high yielding varieties of upland rice which are adaptive in a specific site. The research was conduct in the dry land of Harapan Baru village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency from May to August 2020. The test used a randomized block design with five replications. The varieties used are Inpago 8, Inpago 9, Inpago 10, Inpago 11, Inpago 12 and Rindang. Parameters observed included plant height (cm), maximum number of tillers (stems), number of productive tillers (tiller), number of filled grains (grains), number of empty grains (grains), weight of 1000 grains (grams) and productivity (tonnes/ha). Data were analyzed using variance (ANOVA). If there was a difference in the 95% confidence level, the DMRT continued test performed. The results showed that Inpago 8 adapted to the environment and was able to provide the highest productivity (5.9 tonnes/ha) and gives the best preference by farmers
KERAGAAN PRODUKSI DAN HASIL BEBERAPA VARIETAS UNGGUL BARU (VUB) PADA SL PTT DI KABUPATEN KUANSING
Demand for rice tends to increase every year, while the increasing of production of food crops and horticulture are not comparable with the pace of population growth that has not sufficient for the needs of the population, especially for rice. Therefore, the government has attempted to improve production through intensification and intensification programs and the development of the new high yielding varieties. For example, the district government of Kuantan Singingi which has a high potential of agriculture was done dissemination plot of VUB (Inpari 1, Inpari 6 jete, Inpara 1, Air Tenggulang, and Gilirang) in five sub-districts (Kuantan Tengah, Kuantan Mudik, Benai, Kuantan Hilir, and Gunung Toar). The assessment was conducted in Kuantan Singingi district on July to September 2010. The results showed that Inpari 1, Inpari 6 Jete, Inpara 1, Gilirang, Air Tenggulang varieties 7.0, 6.75 , 6.0, 5.9, 5 ton/ ha in production, respectively. The Inpari 1 and Inpari 6 varieties are the highest production than production of other varieties. Both varieties were appropriate to be developed in Kuantan Singingi District
Exacerbation of intimal fibrosis and endarteritis in a kidney transplant recipient with chronic active antibody-mediated rejection and COVID-19 : a case report
Kidney transplant recipients are immunocompromised hosts at risk for comorbidity and mortality due to infection. Currently, there are no established guidelines for the management of immunosuppressed transplant recipients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The impact of COVID-19 and its therapeutic management on chronic active antibody-mediated rejection (CAAMR) are still unclear. Here, we report a case of CAAMR exacerbation with endarteritis and intimal fibrosis after COVID-19. A 41-year-old female kidney transplant recipient with CAAMR was admitted to a local hospital with moderately severe COVID-19. Her doses of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil were reduced, and she was administered methylprednisolone pulse and antiviral drugs. This resulted in a good clinical course and she was discharged in 15 days. During and after hospitalization, the immunosuppressants were gradually returned to the baseline levels. However, about 1.5 months after discharge, the serum creatinine level became elevated. An indication kidney biopsy showed CAAMR with intimal fibrosis and endarteritis in all interlobular arteries. An increase of immunosuppressant led to a decrease of the serum creatinine level. Factors contributing to CAAMR with intimal fibrosis and endarteritis may include (1) insufficient immunosuppression due to changes in the levels of immunosuppressive; (2) overlap with endothelial cell injury caused by COVID-19, and (3) an immune-activated state associated with COVID-19. COVID-19 is a life-threatening disease that can result in unexpected changes in immunological status. Possible allograft rejection should be carefully managed in such patients
