Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat merupakan satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atau potensi masyarakat dalam kegiatan ekonomi guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidup serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Untuk itu guna Pengembangkan Ekonomi lokal tentunya harus ada intervensi baik itu dari pemerintah, Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), maupun lembaga-lembaga yang bergerak dalam permberdayaan dan melakukan pengembangan terhadap pengelola ekonomi lokal tersebut seperti pengembangan terhadap SDM nya.
Seperti Intervensi Bank Sumsel Babel pada Pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan Industri Pesona Indah Batik. Pesona Indah Batik Ialah salah satu Industri rumahan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara yang dikelola oleh masyarakat Desa setempat, bergerak dibidang kerajinan pembuatan batik dengan menggunakan ciri khas daerah tersebut sebagai filosofi dari berbagai macam motifnya.Pesona batik indah berada di Desa Biaro Kecamatan Karang Dapo Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Provinsi Sumsel iniBerdiri sejak tahun 2015 Pesona Indah Batik Mampu memberdayakan sekitar 50 warga dan menambah penghasilan warga tersebut. Untuk itu guna keberlnjutan pemberdayaan ekonomi tersebut tentunya diperlukan intervensi dari Pemerintah maupun BUMD untuk melakukan pengembangan terhadap sdm Pesona Indah Batik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan keberhasilan dari intervensi pengembangan sdm yang dilakukan Bank Sumsel Babel terhadap Pesona Indah Batik dalam memberdayakan ekonomi pengrajin.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian ini ialah Pengrajin Pesona Indah Batik, metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode Deskriptif analisis digunakan untuk menghimpun data Aktual.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian intervensi Bank Sumsel Babel melalui pengembangan sdm terhadap Pesona Indah Batik memberikan Dampak terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi pengrajin.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan penjualan setelah Pesona Indah Batik mendapat Intervensi dari Bank Sumsel Babel.

Community economic empowerment is an effort to increase the ability or potential of the community in economic activities to meet their life needs. Developing the local economy, of course, there must be intervention from the government, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), as well as institutions engaged in empowering and developing local economic managers such as the development of human resources. (HR).
Bank Sumsel Babel intervention on economic empowerment carried out by the Pesona Indah Batik Industry which is one of the home industries in Musi Rawas Utara Regency which is managed by the people of Biaro Village, is engaged in the craft of making batik by using the characteristics of the area as a philosophy of various motifs, such as duku motif, agate palm etc. Pesona Indah Batik is located in Biaro Lama Village, Karang Dapo District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. It was founded in 2014 and is able to empower around 50 residents and increase their income. For this reason, in order to sustain economic empowerment, of course, intervention from the South Sumatra Babel Bank is needed to develop Human Resources for Pesona Indah Batik.
This study aims to describe the process and success of the HR development intervention conducted by Bank Sumsel Babel on Pesona Indah Batik craftsmen in empowering their economy.
This study uses a qualitative approach, with the subject of Craftsmen Pesona Indah Batik, data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the descriptive analysis method is used to collect actual data.
The results of the intervention research of Bank Sumsel Babel through the development of human resources for Pesona Indah Batik craftsmen have an impact on the economic empowerment of craftsmen. There was an increase in sales after Pesona Indah Batik received intervention in the form of capital and human resource development from Bank Sumsel Babel. As well as the addition of members and renewal of batik motifs.

Problem-Solving Ability Through the Fast Feedback Method with a Student Answer Grouping Model
No full textA common problem in mathematics learning is teachers' delays in providing feedback to students, thus slowing down the process of conceptual understanding. The Fast Feedback method allows teachers to respond quickly to students' answers during learning activities. This study aims to improve students' mathematical problem-solving skills through the Fast Feedback method with an answer grouping model. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented in three cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 42 students of SMP Harmoni School Terpadu Teluk Bintuni Regency, studying the Pythagoras Theorem. Data was collected through task cards, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed an increase in students' problem-solving skills in each cycle. The number of students answering correctly increased from 31 students in cycle I to 38 students in cycle II, and 39 students in cycle III. Thus, the application of the Fast Feedback method with an answer grouping model has been proven to improve students' mathematical problem-solving skills. The Fast Feedback method using the answer grouping model is expected to be used in in-depth mathematics learning and have an impact on efforts to improve student learning outcome

mensosialisasikan ajaran Islam kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesalehan perilaku individu dan kelompok, sehingga mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Pengelolaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan merupakan salah satu strategi pembangunan/pengelolaan lahan yang dapat mendukung ketersediaan pangan rumah tangga karena program ini memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat lokal untuk memanfaatkan lahan hutan lindung. Dengan adanya kegiatan pemanfaatan hutan kemasyarakatan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat khususnya di bidang perekonomian.
Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) Wana Jaya terbagi menjadi dua sub yaitu Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) I dan Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) II merupakan suatu wadah organisasi petani yang ada di desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan gedung Surian Kabupaten Lampung Barat yang bergerak dibidang pengelolaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan (HKm). Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Gapoktan Wana Jaya berupa kegiatan pengelolaan wilayah Hutan Kemasyarakatan dengan cara menanami area hutan dengan berbagai jenis tanaman seperti kopi, lada, pisang, dan lain sebagainya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan keberhasilan dari usaha yang dilakukan oleh Gapoktan Wana Jaya i dalam meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Di dalam kegiatan Gapoktan Wana Jaya terdapat beberapa proses dari awal diadakannya kegiatan pengelolaan HKm, mengurus surat izin hingga proses panen.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif , dengan mengambil latar di Gapoktan Wana Jaya yang berada di Desa Mekar Jaya. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) Wana Jaya terbagi menjadi dua sub yaitu Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) I dan Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) II dengan
menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sehingga terdapat kriteria
dalam
menentukan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Metode deskriptif analisis digunakan untuk menghimpun data aktual.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Gapoktan Wana Jaya menghasilkan dampak terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat,. Akan tetapi hasil yang diperoleh oleh masyarakat tidak selalu mengalami peningkatan,
iiitidak jarang dari mereka mengalami penurunan dalam hasil panen sehingga sangat berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat.

Community empowerment is one of the efforts to provide power or strength for the community to be able to get out of the problems it faces. Empowerment of Islamic society is interpreted as an effort to socialize Islamic teachings to the community to increase the degree of piety of individual and group behavior, so as to be able to solve problems that exist in society. Community forest management is one of the development/land management strategies that can support household food availability because this program provides opportunities for local communities to take advantage of protected forest lands. The existence of community forest utilization activities can improve the standard of living of the community, especially in the economic sector.
The Wana Jaya Farmers Group Association (Gapoktan) is divided into two sub-groups, namely the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) I and the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) II. Community Forest Management (HKm). The activities carried out by the Wana Jaya Gapoktan are in the form of community forest area management activities by planting forest areas with various types of plants such as coffee, pepper, bananas, and so on.
This study aims to describe the process and success of the efforts made by Gapoktan Wana Jaya i in increasing people's economic income. In the activities of the Wana Jaya Gapoktan, there are several processes from the beginning of holding HKm management activities, taking care of permits until the harvest process.
This study uses a qualitative approach, taking the background in the Wana Jaya Gapoktan located in Mekar Jaya Village. The subject of this research is the Joint Farmers Group (Gapoktan) of Wana Jaya which is divided into two sub groups, namely the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) I and the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) II using thetechnique Purposive Sampling so that there are criteria in determining the sample. Data collection methods that the author uses in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Descriptive analysis method was used to collect actual data.
Based on the results of research with activities carried out by the Wana Jaya Gapoktan, it has an impact on improving the community's economy. However, the results obtained by the community do not always increase, it is not uncommon for them to experience a decrease in crop yields so that it greatly affects the economic income of the community.

To get the proof tha* autobiographical novel is a novel that written basedon the experience of the author, the reflection of F. Scott fitzgerald’s life in The Great Gatsby is chosen as the subject of the study.
The purposes of the study are: To describe what experiences Gatsby has in The Great Gatsby and To describe how does Gatsby’s experience reflects the author’s experiences.
This study uses autobiographical approach. It is representation of complex life experiences of complex life experiences, involve more than simply the “cognitive side” of wisdom, actions, emotions and cognitions.The data are taken from the original novel of F. Scott Fitzgerald The Great Gatsby that was published by Maxwell Macmillan International: New York, (1925). This book contains of 216 pages.
From the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that there are many Gatsby’s experiences that can be found in The Great Gatsby, they are his education, his joining the army, his being an educated man, his meeting with his partner of life, his extravagant living, his broken love, his being drunkard, his family’s class, his father job, and his hobby.
