    Memahami Toleransi Risiko Finansial di Kalangan Investor Muda

    This study aims to empirically examine the effect of self-esteem and financial literacy on financial risk tolerance. In addition, this study also examines the relationship between financial risk tolerance and investment decisions. This type of research is quantitative causality with 68 respondents who were used as research samples through distributing questionnaires to investors in Kebumen Regency. The research hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of WarpPLS version 8.0 software. The results of this study indicate that self-esteem has a positive effect on financial risk tolerance and financial risk tolerance has a positive effect on investment decisions. However, research cannot prove that financial literacy has an effect on financial risk tolerance. These findings indicate that investors in the current era tend to make stock investment decisions based solely on their perceptions, therefore, socialization and early education about stock investment is very important so that prospective investors can experience definite benefits from the stock investments they made.   &nbsp

    UMKM memberikan peran penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian sehingga perlu didukung dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam kegiatan ini kepada UMKM. Program pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada UMKM “G3 Collection” yang beralamat di Watumas rt 04/rw 04, Purwanegara, Purwokerto Utara. Aneka produk dari UMKM “G3 Collection” ini meliputi fashion dan craft (tas macrame,rajut,sarung bantal kursi,pakaian dll). Permasalahan usaha yang dihadapi diantaranya kurangnya kemampuan memasarkan produk secara online, belum memiliki katalog produk yang menarik, terbatasnya alat produksi, dan kemasan produk yang kurang menarik, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang belum terstandar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat bermaksud memberikan pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran seperti pengenalan cara memaksimalkan media online sebagai media promosi, pelatihan foto produk, branding, packacging, dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang terstandar sebagai upaya mendukung pemasaran online dan keunggulan bersaing produk ekonomi kreatif yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM “G3 Collection”. Luaran dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah artikel pada seminar nasional LPPM Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.MSMEs play an important role in improving the economy so they need to be supported by community service activities as a form of higher education's contribution to society, especially in this activity for MSMEs. The community service program is carried out at the MSME "G3 Collection" which is located at Watumas rt 04/rw 04, Purwanegara, North Purwokerto. The various products from the "G3 Collection" MSME include fashion and craft (macrame bags, knitting, chair cushion covers, clothing, etc.). Business problems faced include a lack of ability to market products online, not having an attractive product catalogue, limited production equipment, unattractive product packaging, and financial management that is not yet standardized. Based on these problems, the community service team intends to provide marketing digitalization training such as an introduction to how to maximize online media as promotional media, training on product photography, branding, packaging, and standardized business financial management as an effort to support online marketing and the competitive advantage of creative economy products produced by MSME "G3 Collection". The output of this community service program is an article at the LPPM national seminar at Jenderal Soedirman University

    Pemanfaatan teknologi semakin mempengaruhi perkembangan suatu daerah, khususnya dalam hal ini adalah potensi penanaman modal yang ada pada kabupaten Cilacap. Banyak investor yang tertarik untuk berinvestasi di kabupaten Cilacap, namun kurang tepat dan cepatnya informasi menyulitkan para investor yang akan berinvestasi. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) kabupaten Cilacap membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengelola data secara cepat dan tepat dalam menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan investor dan juga menarik minat investor untuk berinvestasi di kabupaten Cilacap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu investor dalam memperoleh informasi terkait keadaan dan nilai investasi yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem informasi geografis yang menggambarkan peta penanaman modal untuk sektor-sektor potensi investasi yang ada di kabupaten Cilacap dengan berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL pada pengembangan sistemnya. Implikasi hasil dari pengimplementasian sistem informasi geografis ini dapat dijadikan upaya dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan berbasis website yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan penanaman modal yang akan dilakukan oleh para investor sehingga kabupaten Cilacap dapat terus berkembang dan memanfaatkan sistem informasi geografis dalam menyajikan informasi potensi penanaman modal

    Eksplorasi Tren Penelitian Cloud Accounting melalui Analisis Bibliometrik

    This research aims to understand the mapping and development of studies on cloud accounting by examining various articles from journals and proceedings. The method used in this research is qualitative with bibliometric analysis using R Studio and Biblioshiny. The data used consists of 100 articles published between 1994-2022, extracted from the Scopus database. The results indicate that the research cluster on this topic is very broad, but there are two relatively large clusters related to big data and cloud computing. There is a diverse distribution of author countries, with China being the most active in publishing articles, followed by Jordan, Turkey, the United States, and Bangladesh. Although this research provides valuable insights into the trends in cloud accounting research, limitations in data and methodology should be considered. However, overall, this study provides a comprehensive view of the development of cloud accounting research over the studied period

    Sistem Deteksi Lubang Dan Keretakan Jalan Pada Mobil Otonom Menggunakan Algoritma Convolutional Neural Network

    Aspal jalan terus mengalami kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh lalu lintas padat dan perubahan cuaca sehingga terjadi kecelakaan lalu lintas, macet, dan penurunan efisiensi mobil. Kerusakan paling umum yaitu jalan retak dan berlubang yang menimbulkan ancaman pada kendaraan tanpa adanya manuver yang cepat. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan pengemudi yang andal. Dengan pesatnya penelitian mobil otonom, penting untuk mobil otonom mendeteksi lubang dan keretakan jalan. Pada penelitian ini, metode pengenalan objek menggunakan algoritma CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) pada YoloV5 dan YoloV3. Penulis menggunakan algoritma tersebut untuk membedakan jalan berlubang dan tidak berlubang dengan akurasi, kecepatan deteksi objek, dan kecepatan pemrosesan gambar yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengambilan gambar lubang pada jalan, pelabelan gambar, observasi gambar, pembagian gambar untuk data train & test, evaluasi metrik, dan pengujian menggunakan variabel jenis dan jarak lubang. Hasil training dievaluasi menggunakan data validasi dan data uji. Model Yolov5 mengungguli model Yolov3 dengan perbedaan akurasi untuk data validasi 0,1354 dan data uji 0,44. Model yolov5m dengan jumlah layer 291 menghasilkan akurasi data validasi 0.87 dan kecepatan pemrosesan citra gambar per detik 47 fps. Lubang dengan ukuran berbeda dapat dideteksi dengan baik ketika pada jarak 4 meter dan semua jenis lubang tidak dapat terdeteksi pada jarak 12 meter. Pada jarak pendeteksian 2, 4, 7, 10 meter, jarak 4 meter memiliki akurasi deteksi tertinggi dengan rata-rata 0,787. Jenis lubang dengan kedalaman tinggi memiliki akurasi deteksi lebih tinggi dari jenis lubang yang lain. ============================================================================================= Road asphalt continues to suffer damage caused by heavy traffic and weather changes, resulting in traffic accidents, traffic jams and decreased car efficiency. The most common damage is cracked and potholed roads that pose a threat to vehicles in the absence of rapid maneuvering. This problem can be solved with a reliable driver. With the rapid research of autonomous cars, it is important for autonomous cars to detect potholes and road cracks. In this study, the object recognition method used the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm on YoloV5 and YoloV3. The author uses the algorithm to distinguish pothole and non-perforated roads with high accuracy, object detection speed, and image processing speed. The study was conducted by taking pictures of potholes on the road, labeling images, observation of images, division of images for train & test data, metric evaluation, and testing using variables of hole type and distance. Training results are evaluated using validation data and test data. The Yolov5 model with layers outperformed the Yolov3 model with a difference in accuracy for validation data of 0.1354 and test data of 0.44. Model yolov5m with a layer count of 291 produces a validation data accuracy of 0.87 and an image processing speed per second of 47 fps. Holes of different sizes can be detected well when at a distance of 4 meters and any type of hole cannot be detected at a distance of 12 meters. At a detection distance of 2, 4, 7, and 10 meters, a distance of 4 meters has the highest detection accuracy with an average of 0.787. High-depth hole types have a higher detection accuracy than other types of holes

    Adoption of Startup Innovation Business: Bibliometric Analysis

    This study identifies Brazil as the leading country in global publication frequency, followed by Indonesia in third place. The Proceedings of the European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ECIE) is the most significant publication source, contributing three articles. The analysis spans from 2004, marking its initiation, to 2024, which records the highest annual scientific output with ten publications. The peak in average annual citations occurred in 2018, reflecting the impact of prior works. The findings highlight critical gaps in the existing literature and provide strategic guidance for future research. Motor themes, including sustainability, sustainable development, climate change, innovation, technology adoption, and business development, exhibit high levels of development (density) and relevance (centrality). These themes underscore the alignment of contemporary research with pressing global challenges, emphasizing their importance in addressing current and emerging discourses. This study contributes to the academic community by mapping research trends and identifying themes that warrant further exploration. By focusing on these highly relevant areas, future research can advance knowledge and address global challenges more effectively, fostering innovation and sustainable development

    This study aims to analyze the needs in developing an entrepreneurship-based literacy model to increase the productive economy for the wives of organic coconut sugar tappers in Bumisari village, Bojongsari District, Purbalingga Regency. This analysis forms the basis for compiling this literacy model as a solution in empowering the wives of organic coconut sugar tappers through literacy learning (reading, writing, arithmetic, speaking and listening) based on life skills and entrepreneurship skills. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation.The general results of the research show that the average age of the tappers is 44 years old and the average education is primary school education with a working time of 5-6 hours in processing sap. The need for literacy learning based on life skills and entrepreneurship that starts from basic literacy with time that can be implemented between the process of making sap and literacy methods that train independent learning and entrepreneurship development must be aligned with efforts to maintain the quality of the organic sugar produced. Keywords: Literacy, women, entrepreneurship

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability influence on patient satisfaction in the use of hospital services PKU Muhammadiyah Boyolali . The sampling method is based on convenience sampling technique ,ie selecting samples that are not limited and researchers have certain criteria in sampling , in which the author directly gave questionnaires to respondents that appropriate criteria. The results of this study indicate that in partial tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and reliability positive and significant impact on patients' satisfaction in using hospital services PKU Muhammadiyah Boyolali , while in simultaneous all independent variables significantly influence patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Boyolal
