Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kartoittaa toiminnanohjausjärjestelmien käytön suurimmat ongelmat yli kymmenen hengen Etelä-Pohjanmaan yrityksissä. Tavoitteena oli myös uusien mahdollisten asiakkaiden saanti yritykselle, johon opinnäytetyö tehtiin. Tutkimustulosten perusteella on tavoitteena pitää yhteisseminaari Seinäjoen ammattikorkeakoulun kanssa. Seminaarissa käsitellään ERP:n käyttöön liittyviä ongelmia sekä käytön toimintatapoja. Tutkimukseen osallistui 34 yritystä ja vastaukset kyselyyn saatiin puhelinhaastatteluiden avulla.
Teoriaosuudessa käsitellään ERP-järjestelmiä yleisesti, tuotehallintaa, tuotannonohjausta sekä materiaalinhallintaa. Näistä alueista laadittiin tutkimuksen haastattelukysymykset. Edellä mainitut aihepiirit valittiin käytännön kokemusten perusteella, eli näissä aiheissa on esiintynyt yleensä eniten ongelmia.
Haastattelujen perusteella ilmeni yritysten yleiset ongelmat ERP-järjestelmässä. Näiden ongelmien pohjalta tuleva seminaari rakennetaan yritysten tarpeita huomioon ottaen. Uusia potentiaalisia asiakkaita löytyi esitutkimuksen perusteella, joihin yhteydenotto on nyt helpompaa, koska yritysten ERP-järjestelmiin liittyviä ongelmia on kartoitettu.SEINÄJOKI UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES

The objective of this thesis was to identify the main problems of the ERP use at the companies. The companies were selected in Southern Ostrobothnia and the companies have to have more than ten employees. The aim was also to acquire new potential customers to the company which the thesis was done for. Based on the results the aim is to have a seminar together with Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences. The Seminar deals with the problems and procedures of the use of the ERP. The research involved 34 companies. The replies of the survey of the companies were collected by a telephone interview.
The theoretical part deals with the ERP systems in general, the product control, production management, and material control. From these areas the research questions were generated. The foregoing themes were chosen based on the practical experiences i.e. in general the most problems have occurred in these issues.
Based on the interviews the general problems of the companies in the ERP system appeared. These problems will be the basis of the forthcoming seminar. The new potential customers were found in the preliminary survey. It is easier to contact them now when the problems of the ERP systems have been identified

Sadutus on Suomessa kehitetty kuuntelemisen ja kertomisen menetelmä, jota on paljon tutkittu ja käytetty myös kansainvälisesti. Menetelmän avulla sadutettava saa kokemuksen kuulluksi tulemisesta, osallisuudesta ja sen avulla voi rakentaa itsetuntoa ja itseluottamusta, käsitellä sisäistä tunne-elämäänsä ja saada kokemuksen kuulluksi tulemisesta. Saduttaja voi oppia kuuntelemaan ja saamaan kokemuksellista tietoa, pysähtyä sadutettavan ajatusten äärelle ja tehdä havaintoja esimerkiksi lapsen kehityksestä.( Riihelä, Karlsson, Karimäki, Lastikka, 2008: 98-99)
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli suunnitella, toteuttaa ja arvioida koulutustilaisuus sadutuksesta vapaaehtoisille perhekahvilatyöntekijöille ja lapsia hoitaville MLL:n hoitajille. Toimeksiantajana opinnäytetyölle oli Mannerheimin Lastensuojeluliiton Kainuun piiri ry. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää miten, missä ja milloin saduttajat voivat käyttää sadutusta. Tuloksia siitä, lisääkö menetelmä aikuisen ja lapsen välistä vuorovaikutusta, ei tällä opinnäytetyöllä kyetty mittaamaan, koska tehtävänä oli koulutuksen avulla esitellä menetelmä ja sen käyttö kohderyhmälle. Koulu-tustilaisuudesta kerätyn palautteen avulla voidaan kuitenkin arvioida ja ennustaa menetelmän käyttämistä ja sen vaikutuksia kohderyhmän tekemässä työssä.
Opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö, joka etenee tuotteistamisprosessin mukaisesti. Opinnäytetyön konkreettinen tuotos on koulutustilaisuus ja tämä kirjallinen raportti liitteineen. Opinnäytetyöllä saatiin selvitettyä miten, missä ja milloin kohderyhmä voi käyttää sadutusta. Li-säksi ilmeni, että koulutustilaisuus oli onnistunut tapa sadutukseen perehdyttämiseksi. Opinnäy-tetyötä voidaan hyödyntää jatkotutkimusta aiheesta tehtäessä ja tulosten ja jatkotutkimuksen perusteella aiheesta voisi kehittää erilaisia tuotteita käytäntöön.

Storycrafting refers to listening and creating a dialog between a storyteller and storycrafter. The method was developed in Finland, and it is researched and used internationally. Storycrafting gives for the storyteller an experience of being heard and co-partnership, which builds their self-esteem and self-confidence. The storycrafter can learn to stop to listen to the storyteller’s thoughts, receive experimental knowledge, and observe children’s growth.
The purpose of this thesis, commissioned by the Kainuu Association of the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare, was to plan, organize and evaluate an education session on storycrafting for a target group of family cafe and nanny volunteers. The objective was to study how, where and when storycrafters could use the storycrafting method. However, this thesis did not yield results regarding whether the method increased interaction between grown-ups and children, because the task was to introduce the method to the target group. Feedback about the education helps to evaluate and anticipate how the method can be used and how it influences the work of the target group.
This functional thesis progressed in accordance with a productization process and resulted in the education session organized for family cafe and nanny volunteers and report on the education. The thesis clarifies how, where and when the target group can use storycrafting. It also became clear that the education session was a successful way to provide information about the method. This thesis can be utilized in further research on the subject, and based on further research on the subject a variety of products can be developed.

Opinnäytetyössä selvitän tapaustutkimuksen muodossa metsätilan sukupolven-vaihdoksen vaihtoehdot sekä niiden veroseuraamukset. Työssäni käsittelen yksi-tyisoikeudellisia luopumisvaihtoehtoja elinaikana sekä testamentin, joka tehdään elinaikana, mutta toteutuu vasta luopujan kuoltua.
Metsätilan sukupolvenvaihdos herättää useita kysymyksiä, joita onkin hyvä miettiä ennen kuin sukupolvenvaihdosta lähdetään viemään konkreettisesti eteenpäin. Usein metsätila on siirtynyt omistajalleen sukupolvenvaihdoksella ja sen eteenpäin siirtämisessä on myös tunne mukana ja myös halu säilyttää se suvun omistuk-sessa. Siksi suunnittelulla onkin iso rooli sukupolvenvaihdostilanteessa. Myös hallintaoikeuden käyttö ja metsävähennysoikeus ovat asioita, jotka on hyvä tiedostaa suunnitteluvaiheessa, myös näitä asioita selvitän työssäni.
Näiden asioiden avulla käyn lävitse metsätilan sukupolvenvaihdoksen vaihtoehtoja ja niiden veroseuraamuksia. Toimeksiannon olen saanut työhön metsänomistajal-ta, joka haluaa siirtää metsäomaisuuden pojalleen elinaikanaan. Yksi osa työtäni onkin tämän casen vaihtoehdot ja laskelmat. Tila on kooltaan suuri hieman yli 200 hehtaaria ja se on ollut saman suvun hallinnassa jo 1940 luvulta lähtien. Metsäsuunnitelman mukaan tilan arvo on lähes 250 000 euroa. Laskelmilla selvitän mit-kä tällä metsätilalla tulisi olemaan veroseuraamukset sekä mahdollisen hallintaoi-keuden pidätyksen vaikutus veroihin. Vaikka verotus on iso asia metsätilan suku-polvenvaihdoksessa, se ei saa olla ainut, vaan on hyvä ottaa huomioon luopujan ja jatkajan tavoitteet ja toiveet.ABSTRACT

The generational change of a forest property raises many questions that are worth thinking before any concrete actions concerning the change are implement-ed. Often a forest property is transferred to its owner via succession so there are also emotions involved as well as a notion to maintain the forest property within the family – therefore planning has a remarkable role at the generational change. In addition, the use of the tenure and the right of forest deduction are such mat-ters that are good to be aware of as a part of the planning phase.
This thesis examined the options for the generational change of a forest property and their taxation sanctions. The thesis was commissioned by a forest owner who wants to transfer the forest property during his lifetime to his son. A part of the study is also the tax calculations.
The size of the forest property is quite large, approximately 200 hectares and the same family has ruled it since the 1940s. According to the forest plan, the value of the forest property is almost 250 000 euros. With the calculations, the taxation sanctions were clarified and the impact that the possible right of forest deduction has on the whole taxation.
Although taxation has a significant role in the change, it cannot be the only issue to be considered. The objectives and expectations of both parties should be taken into consideration

Opinnäytetyöni tarkoituksena on tutkia kasvatuskumppanuuden toteutumista varhaiskasvatuksessa
ja sen merkitystä vanhempien näkökulmasta. Tutkin myös
kuinka vanhemmat kokevat kasvatuskumppanuuden konkreettisesti näyttäytyvän
päiväkodin arjessa ja mitä haasteita sen toteutumisessa on. Lisäksi selvitän kuinka
kasvatuskumppanuus vaikuttaa perheiden arkeen ja koetaanko yhteistyö päiväkodin
kanssa riittäväksi.
Teoreettisessa viitekehyksessä keskeisiä teemojani ovat vanhemmuus ja kasvatus,
varhaiskasvatus sekä kasvatuskumppanuuden rakentuminen ja sen haasteet.
Teoreettisella viitekehyksellä luon pohjan tutkimukselleni, jolla selvitän vanhempien
näkökulmasta käsin kuinka päiväkodin ja vanhempien välinen yhteistyö onnistuu
ja millaisena kasvatuskumppanuus koetaan.
Yhteistyötahonani on Alavuden kaupungin päiväkoti, päiväkoti Kekkula. Toteutin
tutkimuksen vanhemmille suunnatulla kyselylomakkeella, joka sisälsi niin monivalinta-
kuin avoimiakin kysymyksiä. Monivalintakysymykset käsittelivät kasvatuskumppanuuden
rakennetta ja sitä ohjaavia periaatteita. Avoimet kysymykset taas
liittyivät vanhempien näkemykseen kasvatuskumppanuuden toteutumisesta ja
merkityksestä. Lomakkeita jaoin 31 kappaletta, joista 13 palautettiin. Analysointimenetelminä
käytin teemoittelua sekä Exel-ohjelmaa.
Tutkimuksesta selviää, että parhaimmillaan onnistunut kasvatuskumppanuus tuo
perheen arkeen ennustettavuutta ja turvallisuuden tunnetta. Yhteiset arvot ja toimintaperiaatteet
perheen ja päiväkodin välillä edesauttavat kumppanuuden saavuttamista.
Päivittäiset avoimet keskustelut ja tiedonvaihto lapsen arjesta koettiin
yleisimmin konkreettisimmaksi kasvatuskumppanuuden muodoksi. Haasteita yhteistyöhön
ja kasvatuskumppanuuden toteutumiseen kuitenkin luo niin vanhempien,
kuin henkilökunnankin ajan puute sekä ruuhkatilanteet lasta vietäessä ja haettaessa
hoidosta. Vanhemmat korostavat kasvatuskumppanuuden merkitystä ja
yhteistyön määrä koetaan riittäväksi.

The purpose of this thesis is to research whether or not the educational partnership
materializes and what its meaning is from the parents’ point of view. I also
studied how parents feel that educational partnership works in practice in daycare
and if there are any challenges. In addition, I investigate on how educational partnership
affect families’ daily life and if they feel that cooperation whit daycare is
adequate.
Significant themes in the theoretical section are parenting and upbringing, early
childhood education and the forming and challenges of educational partnership.
The theoretical section was the foundation for my research, designed to explore
how cooperation between parents and daycare works from the parents’ point of
view and how they experience it.
The cooperation partner Kekkula Day Care Center in Alavus. I carried out a research
through a questionnaire for the parents. The questionnaire had both multiple-
choice questions and open questions. The multiple-choice questions dealt with
the structure of educational partnership and the principles that guide it. The open
questions, on the other hand, dealt with the parents’ vision on the realization and
meaning of educational partnership. I divided 31 forms and 13 returned. For the
research analysis I used theme groups and Exel programs.
The research shows that, at its best, educational partnership will bring predictability
and a sense of security in family’s daily life. Mutual values and principles between
family and day care will help accomplish partnership. The daily open conversations
and information exchange about the child’s daily life were considered
as the most concrete form of educational partnership. The lack of time and rush
when bringing or fetching the child were considered as challenges in cooperation.
The parents highlight the meaning of educational partnership and that the amount
of cooperation is considered adequate.
