Kesehatan Mental Tenaga Kesehatan Pada Kondisi Pandemi COVID-19: Literature Review
In the Covid-19 pandemic situation, health workers are the front line officers who are directly involved in the treatment and care of patients. With the number of suspected positive confirmed cases continuing to increase, the workload of health workers increases so that there can be an increase in feelings of hopelessness, feelings of fear of being infected due to a lack of personal protective equipment, the amount of certain drugs, so that it can have an impact on the mental health of health workers. Objective: to describe previous studies regarding mental health conditions, causes of mental health disorders, and efforts to treat health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: The journal literature review discusses the mental health of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Search articles via the internet with the Pubmed database, full text, 2020-2021. Results: the most symptoms experienced by health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic were symptoms of anxiety, symptoms of depression, and insomnia, distress, PTSD, and psychological disorders. Conclusion: The mental health of health workers in the Covid-19 pandemic conditions experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, distress, stress, and PTSD caused by psychological pressure during the pandemic such as feeling worried about being infected with yourself, family, and people around remembering that health workers do direct contact with Covid-19 patients, the spread of the virus, increased workload, lack of physical and mental rest, stigmatization, lack of drugs, personal protective equipment, virus control and evidence-based interventions
STUDI KASUS PENERAPAN TERAPI KELOMPOK TERAPEUTIK DAN PSIKOEDUKASI KELUARGA DALAM MENSTIMULASI PERKEMBANGAN ASPEK BIOLOGIS, KOGNITIF DAN BAHASA REMAJA
Development in adolescence is often associated with a period full of challenge. Therefore, an adolescent is required to complete the task of self-identity development in order to be able to achieve satisfaction, to reach happiness, and to have a positive identity. The purpose of this paper was to describe a comparison of improvement aspects of adolescents’ self-identity development between adolescents who received therapeutic group therapy and those who received therapeutic group therapy and family psychoeducation. Therapeutic group therapy is a mental health nursing specialist therapy that can improve potential and develop quality among group members in overcoming health problems. The family psychoeducation was given to increase knowledge and ability of family in stimulating adolescents’ identity achievement. The clients consisted of four adolescents with the age range 13-14 years old, two adolescents received therapy of therapeutic group only, while the other two adolescents received therapy of therapeutic group and family psychoeducation. The evaluation results indicated an increase in aspect and task of adolescents' development with maximum attainment value in adolescents who had been given the therapeutic group therapy and family psychoeducation. The analysis process was done by using Stuart and King Adaptation stress model approach. This case report is used as recommendation to provide standard in the mental health nursing specialist’s therapy, to be socialized, and to be carried out in community mental health services.

Pengaruh Cognitive Behavior Therapy Terhadap Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Pada Anak Korban Kekerasan Seksual : Literature Review
Objective: To determine the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on post-traumatic stress disorder in child victims of sexual violence. Methods: Literature review of the journal cognitive behavior therapy on post-traumatic stress disorder in child victims of sexual violence. Internet search for articles with data- bases: PubMed-NIH, NCBI-PMC, and Google Schoolar. The review was carried out by 10 articles starting in 2010-2020, using English and Indonesian, types of research journal articles, full text availability, Medline journal category. Keywords: Cognitive behavioral therapy, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Child sexual abuse. Results: In the Literature review, the researchers found that in 10 articles studied, all of the articles mentioned Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an alternative therapy and psychoeducation that is effective in reducing the level of risk of psychological prob- lems in children, the majority in the articles are girls with PTSD on sexual violence problems. The CBT therapy process is carried out in several sessions, namely 12 to 16 sessions, post-test monitoring is carried out after the intervention is carried out at the earliest 12 weeks to 6 months to assess the success of CBT psychoeducation. Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be an alternative method of psy- choeducational therapy in children with the same problem to reduce the worsening of the psychological prognosis in children
STREETFOOD CARDS SEBAGAI MEDIA MERUBAH PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN PERILAKU ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGKONSUMSI JAJANAN DI SDN 1 WONOREJO RUNGKUT SURABAYA
Objective: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media streetfood cards terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku anak dalam mengkonsumsi jajan di SDN 1 Wonorejo, Rungkut, Surabaya. Methods: Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pre post experiment. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia sekolah yang bersekolah di SDN 1 Wonorejo sejumlah 54 orang. Tehnik samplingnya adalah stratified random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan berupa kuesioner tentang pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan. Data yang terkumpul di uji menggunakan uji statistic Wilcoxon sign Rank Test dan Paired T Test SPSS 15 Results: Hasil uji statistik dengan wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan streetfood cards terhadap pengetahuan dengan p (0,027) < α (0,05), dan tidak ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan streetfood cards terhadap sikap dengan p (0,207) > α (0,05) dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perilaku sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan Street Food Cards dengan nilai p (0,034) > α (0,05). Conclusion: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di harapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa sehingga siswa dapat merubah perilaku konsumsi jajanan. Serta sekolah dapat menyediakan jajanan yang sehat di kantin sekolah
THE EXPERIENCE OF PARENTS REJECT COMPLETE BASIC IMMUNIZATION OF CHILDREN
Introduction:This study explored the experience of parents who refuses immunization of basic complete for their child. Indonesia had high level of drop out rate immunization that made increasing of desease (PD3I). This condition effected suffering and death for children so that disturbed their growth and development. One of the reason why the uncomplete immunization was parent refusing. The study characterized by attention to the full range of human experience and the integration of knowledge gained from understanding of parents’ subjective experiences. Method: A descriptive phenomenologic method approach was used to collect, code and analyse the data. Semi-structured questions were asked to participants by indepth interview to allow they described their lived experiences. The data-gathering from participants that choiced by purposive sampling, used interview recorded and field note. Result: This study had a theme and four sub theme. The experience of parents who refuses immunization of basic complete for their child can help health care provider (especially nurse) decided strategy for goal of universal child immunization 2014.

Social Capital and Dengue Fever Management In Buang Ngern Subdistrict, Thailand : A Case Study
Objective  to describe the existence of social capital in managing dengue fever in buang ngern subdistrict, Thailand. Method this study use case study based on the thepry pof social capital as the foundation of the data analysis Result In the case study on Buang Ngern shows that the community which have high level of social capital could be able to reduce the incidence of dengue fever significantly by cooperating with various sectors, such as; Household Members, Housewife Group, Village Health Volunteers, Local Administrative Organization, Village Committee Health, Health Volunteers And Health Workers In Health Centers. Cooperation which involving several community groups will be difficult to occur in the absence of a high level of trust between groups, social norms and networks among community members.Conclusion Social capital as one of the features that exist in the community is having advantage if could be used appropriately. In the community based dengue fever prevention and control program which require inter-sectoral cooperation, social capital can become a bridge between groups in giving contribution based on the role and function of each group
Edukasi Pentingnya Dukungan Keluarga Bagi Pasien Kanker Di Rs Haji Surabaya
Kanker merupakan penyakit kronis yang tidak hanya berdampak pada pasien, tetapi juga memengaruhi kualitas hidup keluarga sebagai pendamping utama. Keluarga yang memiliki pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang kurang memadai dalam mendukung pasien dapat menghambat proses perawatan. Oleh karena itu, edukasi keluarga menjadi komponen penting dalam mendukung pasien kanker. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dukungan emosional, dan kemampuan memberikan motivasi keluarga pasien kanker melalui program edukasi di RS Haji Surabaya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pre-test dan post-test terhadap 38 peserta, mencakup tahap persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan edukasi, dan evaluasi. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pemahaman dasar tentang kanker, pentingnya dukungan emosional, serta strategi memberikan motivasi kepada pasien. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tiga aspek yang diukur. Sebelum edukasi, sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah (52,6%), sikap dukungan emosional buruk (71,1%), dan kemampuan memberikan motivasi yang kurang (81,6%). Setelah edukasi, mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tinggi (94,7%), sikap dukungan emosional yang baik (100%), dan kemampuan motivasi yang baik (92,1%). Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah edukasi keluarga pasien kanker efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan keluarga dalam mendukung pasien. Intervensi edukasi yang berkelanjutan diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam pelayanan rumah sakit untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien kanker dan keluargany
Hubungan antara Motivasi dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa SD Negeri 4 Wameo
The formulation of the problem in this study was whether there was a relationship between learning motivation and student achievement in fourth grade at SD Negeri 4 Wameo for the academic year 2021/2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student achievement infourth grade at SD Negeri 4 Wameo.This study was a quantitative research. The population instrumen used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used wa simple regression analysis .the correlation value in this study showed that students' matematics learning motivation did not to have a positive relationship with fourt grade students’ mathematics learning achievement at SD Negeri 4 Wameo in the 2021/2022 academic year. Meanwhile, based on hypothesis testing, it was known that the value of sig. (0.000) > 0.05 so that H0 was a significant relationship between the second variable.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Wameo tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan anatara motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Wameo.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populsi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluru siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Wameo tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi.Dari nilai korelasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar matematika siswa tidak mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Wameo tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Sedangkan berdasrkan pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai sig. (0,000)> 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak atau terdapat hubungan yang signifkan antara kedua veriabel
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
