Organising the Construction Works of an Apartment Building
No full textKäesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli koostada Kalamehe 8 kortermaja ehituse organiseerimise projekt. Projekti aluseks oli tellija poolt antud arhitektuurne ja konstruktiivne põhiprojekt.
Lõputöö raames anti ülevaade arhitektuursest lahendusest, kirjeldati hoone konstruktsioone ja esitati hoonete tehnilised andmed. Tööde kohta koostati detailne ehituseelarve ja eelarvest toodi eraldi välja ehituse brutoruutmeetri ehitushind ja ehituse organiseerimiskulud. Brutoruutmeetri ehitushinnaks saadi 1 450 eurot, mis on objekti keerukust ja väikest mahtu arvestades turutingimustele vastav. Ehitusorganiseerimise kulud moodustuavad ehituse otsekuludest 8,9% ja tavapäraselt jääb ehitusorganiseerimise otsekulu 5-10% piires ning seetõttu hindame antud objekti tulemuse rahuldavaks.
Ehitusperioodi kestvuseks saadi 11 kuud ja tööde kohta koostati detailne kalendergraafik tööjõuvajadusega. Tööjõugraafikust nähtub, et kõige suurema mehitatusega perioodid on mai- ja juunikuu, kui objektil töötab samaaegselt 20 töömeest.
Tööosade kirjeldamiseks ja tugiteenuste paiknemisest ülevaate saamiseks koostati ehitusplatsi üldplaan, mille käigus arvutati objekti vee ja elektrienergia vajadused ning kaardistati tõsteseadete vajadus. Ehitusobjekti peakaitsme suuruseks saadi 50 A ja jaotustorustiku läbimõõduks saadi 25 mm.
Objekti kõige keerukamate tööde keldri ehitustööde ja montaažitööde kohta teostati detailsed kirjeldused ning koostati tehnoloogiakaardid. Tehnoloogikaartidel kajastati tööetapid, kasutatud tehnika ning kõikvõimalikud olulised detailid. Antud tööd toodi eraldi ridadel välja ka kalendergraafikus.
Töö lõpuosas anti ülevaade töövõtumeetodist ja kirjeldati töö- ja tuleohtust ning keskkonnakaitset. Antud peatükkides kirjeldatu järgimine on olulise tähtsusega, et tööd oleks teostatud kvaliteetselt ja nõuetekohaselt ning et nõutavad tööohutusmeetmed oleks tagatud.
Käesolevas projektis sisalduva info järgimine on eelduseks ehitusobjekti graafikujärgseks valmimiseks, tööohutus- ja kvaliteedinõuetele vastamiseks ning planeeritud ehituseelarvesse mahtumiseks.Organising the Construction Works of an Apartment Building
The objective of this thesis was to develop a construction management project for the apartment building located at Kalamehe 8. The project was commissioned by Melorell Kinnisvara OÜ, with Remart Ehitus OÜ serving as the main contractor. The purpose of the construction management plan is to ensure the proper organization of works, maintain high quality, meet or even shorten construction deadlines, reduce construction costs, and optimize resource usage throughout the project lifecycle.
All parts of the project complement each other and carry equal importance. Careful preparation and strict adherence to the construction management plan are vital for achieving project goals in terms of time, quality, cost, and resource efficiency.
The project begins with a description of the building, followed by the preparation of a general site plan and a detailed work schedule. Construction management costs were calculated, the required lifting equipment was outlined, and two detailed technology cards were developed – one for the construction of the basement and another for the assembly works. The plan also includes measures for ensuring fire safety, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
The construction site, located on a 730 m2 plot at the intersection of Kalamehe and Tui streets, presents logistical challenges due to limited access and restricted space for material storage. The groundwater level is approximately 1.5 meters below ground, requiring temporary dewatering during construction. Since works are scheduled to begin in October, monitoring air temperatures during concreting is critical, with heating measures to be applied if necessary. Additionally, special attention must be paid to immediate cleaning after excavation works to minimize the impact on the surrounding active residential environment.
The construction management plan was based on the client's architectural and structural designs. An overview of the architectural solutions and technical specifications was provided, and a detailed construction budget was prepared. The gross building cost per square meter was calculated to be 1,450 euros, which, considering the project’s complexity and limited scale, is aligned with current market conditions. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
