This master thesis deals with the purchase and sale process in Škoda JS company. The aim of this work is to assess whether the setting of the purchase and sale process is met by the company also within a real business case, in compliance with set controls, and whether the degree of perfect delivery is sufficient. In the introduction, the author specifies the basic terms: logistics, logistic chain, customer benefits, information systems in logistics, buying and selling. The following chapter introduces Škoda JS company, including the sphere of its entrepreneurial activity. This chapter also deals with the nuclear power industry. In the crucial chapter, the author describes the process of purchase and sale in Škoda JS company and compares it with a real business case. In conclusion, the author evaluates discrepancies and suggests recommendations to avoid them
Learning strictly positive real linear systems with uncertain parameters and unknown input disturbances
A learning control scheme is derived for the learning of strictly positive real (SPR) linear systems. By using the SPR lemma, it is shown that the exponential rate of convergence of the learning system can be set arbitrarily fast by choosing the learning control gain without the use of any normed inequality condition. A real-time discrete event system specification formalism for seamless real-time software development
We present a time domain extension of the hierarchical and modular discrete event specification(DEVS) formalism. This extension is important for establishing a seamless real-time software development framework. Formalisms help describe a system unambiguously. If formal models are implemented without any consistent frameworks, however, it is hard to guarantee that there is no semantic gap between models and codes. Real-Time DEVS, named RTDEVS, is an extension of DEVS that can be characterized in three perspectives: the real time execution of models, the addition of time interval functions, and the activity specification for each state. After analyzing a system, the framework based on RTDEVS helps to expand each model of the system for executing in a real-time environment. In order to support the RTDEVS formalism, we propose abstract executive concepts based on the abstract simulator concepts of the DEVS formalism. Also, we implement an RTDEVS execution engine, named DEVS Executive, which runs on real-time Mach

komunikasi terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu komunikasi sinkron dan asinkron.
Komunikasi sinkron adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan secara bersamaan dalam
kondisi real-time atau langsung melalui media tertentu seperti smartphone,
komputer dan alat komunikasi lainnya. Sedangkan komunikasi asinkron adalah
komunikasi yang dilakukan dalam waktu yang berbeda atau tertunda, dan
komunikasi ini juga menggunakan media komputer.

Altered JS-2 expression in colorectal cancers and its clinical pathological relevance
JS-2 is a novel gene located at 5p15.2 and originally detected in primary oesophageal cancer. There is no study on the role of JS-2 in colorectal cancer. The aim of this study is to determine the gene copy number and expression of JS-2 in a large cohort of patients with colorectal tumours and correlate these to the clinicopathological features of the cancer patients. We evaluated the DNA copy number and mRNA expression of JS-2 in 176 colorectal tissues (116 adenocarcinomas, 30 adenomas and 30 non-neoplastic tissues) using real-time polymerase chain reaction. JS-2 expression was also evaluated in two colorectal cancer cell lines and a benign colorectal cell line. JS-2 amplification was noted in 35% of the colorectal adenocarcinomas. Significant differences in relative expression levels for JS-2 mRNA between different colorectal tissues were noted (p = 0.05). Distal colorectal adenocarcinoma had significantly higher copy number than proximal adenocarcinoma (p = 0.005). The relative expression level of JS-2 was different between colonic and rectal adenocarcinoma (p = 0.007). Mucinous adenocarcinoma showed higher JS-2 expression than non-mucinous adenocarcinoma (p = 0.02). Early T-stage cancers appear to have higher JS-2 copy number and lower expression of JS-2 mRNA than later stage cancers (p = 0.001 and 0.03 respectively). Colorectal cancer cell lines showed lower expression of JS-2 than the benign colorectal cell line. JS-2 copy number change and expression were shown for the first time to be altered in the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer. In addition, genetic alteration of JS-2 was found to be related to location, pathological subtypes and staging of colorectal cancer.Full Tex
APIS : a real-time message-oriented middleware
Includes bibliographical references. This thesis presents an investigation and evaluation of a Real-Time Message-Oriented Middleware (MOM) implementation using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software components. The Application Interface Services (APIS) is an implementation of a real-time MOM that provides network services to sub-systems of a large-scale distributed system. It is shown that the characteristics of a MOM are well suited to a real-time message distribution application and that APIS, as an implementation of a real-time MOM, can provide a heterogeneous network interlace to subsystems of a distributed real-time nature. This simplifies the task of implementing information exchange and provides a definitive boundary for assigning responsibility during system design and development
Facial retaining ligaments based on real color sectioned images with 3D models: Toward a more precise classification
Facial retaining ligaments play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting skin with the superficial musculoaponeurotic system. However, visualizing these ligaments in detail has been challenging due to the limitations of cadaver dissection and radiologic images for plastic surgery. This study aims to visualize and refine the anatomical definitions of the facial retaining ligaments using high-resolution, true-color sectioned images and three-dimensional models. Facial retaining ligaments with their neighboring structures were identified in the sectioned images and reconstructed into 3D models. Using these sectioned images and 3D models, the ligaments were anatomically analyzed alongside neighboring structures. The study revealed distinct morphological features of the retaining ligaments (orbital retaining ligament with the lateral orbital thickening, zygomatic ligament, maxillary ligament, platysma-auricular ligament, masseteric ligament, mental ligament, medial mandibular ligament, mandibular osteocutaneous ligament, cervicomental angle suspensory ligament), including their orientation relative to the skin and their role in anchoring SMAS and adjacent tissues on the real color datasets. These findings enhance our understanding of facial anatomy and offer valuable insights for surgical planning and safer aesthetic procedures. This approach demonstrates the potential of high-resolution anatomical imaging as a superior alternative to traditional dissection and grayscale radiologic imaging
On Fixed Point Results for Modified JS-Contractions with Applications
In [Fixed Point Theory Appl., 2015 (2015):185], the authors introduced a new concept of modified contractive mappings, generalizing Ćirić, Chatterjea, Kannan, and Reich type contractions. They applied the condition ( θ 4 ) (see page 3, Section 2 of the above paper). Later, in [Fixed Point Theory Appl., 2016 (2016):62], Jiang et al. claimed that the results in [Fixed Point Theory Appl., 2015 (2015):185] are not real generalizations. In this paper, by restricting the conditions of the control functions, we obtain a real generalization of the Banach contraction principle (BCP). At the end, we introduce a weakly JS-contractive condition generalizing the JS-contractive condition
A High Accurate and Component Based Network Emulator for the Simulation of Complex Heterogeneous Network Topology
Wired features like quick handover, radio jamming and dynamic data rates cannot be truthfully presented inside the simulator bue we concentrate on all layers above the physical layer. Previous network emulators were designed for wired networks or router related emulations. Complex network topologies can be constructed and integrated
