Making an application has many stages and processes, after the application has been formed it is necessary to have a series of tests on the application to ensure that whether the application can run well or not. If an application does not go through the testing stage, it will be difficult to know how the quality of the application is and it will not be known whether there are obstacles or not when the user uses it. In the COVID-19 Vaccination Participant List application, if this problem occurs, the admin will find it difficult to enter participant data and also Health Facilities and this may result in incorrect data input. To solve this problem, the author will test using the black box testing method. Black box testing or better known to many people through the term functional testing and is a software testing method used to test software where the tester does not know or does not know the internal structure of the application code or program. In a series of tests that are applied to the program the tester knows what the program must do, but the tester does not have knowledge of how the program fulfills the commands that have been given. From the data from the website testing, the COVID-19 Vaccination Participant List Website is ready to be recommended and run for the sake of recording COVID-19 vaccination participants in Indonesia.

The high potential for renewable energy in the North Sumatra region, especially the coast of the Belawan area, needs to be exploited properly. The design that will be carried out is to explore the potential in coastal areas by simulating microgrid systems and hybrid system-based electricity installations. The method that will be used is to find the accuracy of strategic location points by considering the panel surface temperature which will later influence the power output of the power plant. Then find the ideal installation location as a reliable system when irregular climate conditions occur, of course this phenomenon will have a significant effect on energy balance and energy conversion, especially in coastal areas. The potential for installation construction will be carried out with a hybrid system using power sources from photovoltaics, wind turbines and diesel generators assisted by HOMER Pro software. The results of testing with simulations and information data that have been recorded in the software can later be used as a benchmark in planning electrical installations and also for identifying microgrid protection challenges. Then the measurement results that have been obtained for the installation of a hybrid-based microgrid system on Photovoltaic (PV) are DC output power of 618.80 W with measurements of sunny weather conditions, then the potential wind speed on the wind turbine reaches 5 m/s and the potential use of a diesel generator reaches 40% with power output capacity 1 kW

The North Sumatra region is an area with the potential for earthquakes originating from volcanic and oceanic eruptions which have resulted in many fatalities. Therefore, through the application of automatic monitoring and control system technology connected to the internet of things (IoTs), it is the right solution to provide efforts to increase security for residents of the house to always be vigilant. The security enhancement method referred to in this study is a home security system protection system by anticipating earthquakes. The advantage of this tool is that it applies a notification security system method with a sensitivity sensor which is automatically sent via email and sonor buzzer which also acts as sound vibrations due to an earthquake. The test results show that when a vibration occurs, the system will send a short email message to the user's smartphone so that the user will receive an email in the form of a warning message that the state of the house has an earthquake and the light-emitting diode (LED) interrupts and the buzzer is also on so that the alarm sounds which has been integrated into IoT. Then an integrated security monitoring system using the web can be monitored in real time

ENHANCING NETWORK PERFORMANCE LOAD BALANCING IN CYBER CAFE NETWORKS WITH DIJKSTRA ALGORITHM ON MIKROTIK

The internet has become a fundamental necessity in various activities today. Stream Cyber Cafe, as an internet service provider, faces the challenge of maintaining network quality so that users can comfortably engage in activities such as gaming, streaming services, and social media. Load balancing, utilizing multiple internet sources from various ISPs, becomes a solution to enhance network efficiency and responsiveness. This research focuses on implementing the Dijkstra algorithm on MikroTik devices to determine the shortest path based on DNS server latency from various internet service providers (ISP). The main steps include configuring MikroTik devices, analyzing latency connections to DNS servers, and employing the Dijkstra algorithm. The Dijkstra algorithm, utilizing a Greedy approach, considers the minimum weight from the starting node to other nodes. Testing using the "PING" command provides information on the number of hops or steps required to reach each DNS server. Dijkstra adapts the shortest path based on latency, yielding optimal load balancing efficiency. Configuring MikroTik features, such as Firewall Mangle, Routing Table, and Routing Gateway, supports the functionality of the Dijkstra algorithm. Test results show that each ISP has a different shortest path to DNS servers, and the Dijkstra algorithm can determine the shortest path by considering time or latency factors. Although the author acknowledges some technical challenges during implementation, the proposed solution successfully overcomes these challenges. Thus, the use of the Dijkstra algorithm on MikroTik proves its effectiveness in enhancing the performance and reliability of the network in the Stream Cyber Cafe environment
