To determine morphology after administration of tetracycline and zinc chloride in adult albino rats and prenatal conceptus.
Introduction: Administration of tetracycline therapy is controversial during growing age as stated by earlier workers. However the effect of simultaneous administration of tetracycline & Zncl2 on pre-natal concepts has remained undocumented.Objective: To compare the effect on conceptus after maternal ingestion of tetracy-cline and Zncl2 by prospective experimental animal study model using adult albino rats.Methodology: Tetracycline & ZnCl2 was administrated to pregnant female albino rats two times therapeutic dose for 10 days. (from day 8 to day 18 of pregnancy.) Each animal was weighted on day 1, day 8 & day 18 of pregnancy. Abortion resulted on day 18th of pregnancy. Each group of pregnant animal were scarified on day 18 of gestation by overdose of either anesthesia, abdomen opened, uterus & both cornu containing conceptus identified, removed, there weight recorded, crown rump length was measured & was compared with similar value of control animals. The results were statistically analyzed to find out the significance.Result: Maternal administration of tetracycline decreased maternal bodyweight to 38.4 ±0.9gm. However simultaneous administration of ZnCl2 maintained body-weights to 41.4 ±0.7gm. The body weight and crown rump length (CR Length) in conceptus decreased by 4.52 ±0.10gm and 3.06 ±0.09 cm respectively. That tetracy-cline & ZnCl2 administration maintained the body weight & CR length by 5.46 ±0.09 gm and 3.79 ±0.13gm respectively.Conclusion: Pre-natal administration of Tetracycline alone cause reduction in ma-ternal body weight as well as reduction in body weight & CR length of rat conceptus. However simultaneous Zncl2 maintain body weight & CR length leading to growth of the rat conceptus.Keywords: Tetracycline, ZnCl2, Rat Conceptus. Crown Rump Length (CR Length)
An observational study on congenital talipes equinovarus.
Introduction: Clubfoot or Congenital Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) is a congenital ab-normality characterized by the permanent foot morphological alteration, conse-quently individual is unable to lean the foot properly on the floor in an appropriate physiological manner.Objective: To execute an observational study on Congenital Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) in the Orthopedic Department of Indus Medical College Hospital, Tando Mu-hammad Khan.Methodology: Study conducted from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 at Orthopedic Depart-ment of Indus Medical College Hospital, Tando Muhamad Khan. Medial Crease (MC), Curved Lateral Border (CLB), and Lateral Head of Talus (LHT) assessed based on the Mid Foot Contracture Score (MFCS). Also, an assessment of the Posterior Crease (PC), Empty Heel (EH) and Right Equinus (RE) made as part of the Hind-foot Contracture Score (HFCS). Data collected from 100 participants through conven-ience sampling technique and quantitative analysis performed.Results: Of all participants, Pirani score was calculated from 0 to 1. Scoring is based on the average values. It has been found that the incidence of curved lateral border was 30%, medial crease as 55% and lateral head of talus as 15%. Additionally, it has been found that the empty heel incidence is 35%, posterior crease is 60% and rigid Equinus as 15%. These results reveal that there is a high incidence of CTAV in the given sample.Conclusion: The study revealed that the exact cause (s) of CTEV are still unknown.

Fracture of hyoid bone in association with gender, fusion, symmetry and various modes of strangulation.
Introduction: U-shaped hyoid bone present in the ventral aspect of pharynx is un-likely to be fractured; therefore fracture of hyoid bone when found is a very im-portant finding in unnatural deaths.Objective: To determine association of the fracture of hyoid bone with different modes of strangulation.Methodology: This descriptive study was conducted in the Department of Anatomy and Department of Forensic Medicine; Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro Sindh Pakistan from March 2016 to March 2019. During study period total of 63 hyoid bones were grouped according to age, gender, modalities of strangulation. The bones were examined for symmetry, fusion and fracture.Results: Out of 63 bones, 55.6 % found fused and 44.5% were unfused. Among fused hyoid (n=35), 20 found in male and 15 were from female. On the other hand unfused hyoid bone is uncommon in male as compared to female (9 vs 19). The chi-square statistic is 3.9135. The p-value is .047899. Significant at p < .05. Fracture of hyoid bone identified in 30; among these 23 were fused and 7 were unfused.Conclusion: When cause of death is strangulation, fused hyoid fractured more com-monly as compared to unfused hyoid bone.

The Life of Hedonism from the Perspective of Al-Tabari and Sayyid Muhammad Rashid Rida (Comparative Study of Tafsir Surah Ali Imran: 14)
The Qur'an not only tells us about prohibitions and commands, but also talks about the problems of the lives of previous people. Among them are illustrated by the human lifestyle that prioritizes pleasure and physical luxury. Based on the hedonistic lifestyle, it certainly has 'ibrah that can be learned if an in-depth study of the life of hedonism is carried out. The author wants to examine the life of hedonism from the perspective of al-Tabari and Sayyid Muhammad Rasyid Rida. This paper uses a qualitative approach that is classified into library research with library materials, especially Jami' al-Bayan fi Ta'wil Ayi al-Qur'an and Tafsir al-Manar and uses comparative data analysis. The conclusion in this paper is that the life of hedonism according to al-Tabari and Sayyid Muhammad Rasyid Rida is an excessive human lifestyle and indulges in lust in reaching the pleasures of the world. The similarities and differences according to these two mufassirs are almost the same in interpreting the life of hedonism in surah Ali Imran verse 14 that Allah SWT makes beautiful in human views of the pleasures of the world, namely women, children, large assets of gold and silver, selected horses, livestock and rice fields. Developing domain-specific mashup tools for end users
The recent emergence of mashup tools has refueled research on end user development, i.e., on enabling end users without programming skills to compose own applications. Yet, similar to what happened with analogous promises in web service composition and business process management, research has mostly focused on technology and, as a consequence, has failed its objective. Plain technology (e.g., SOAP/WSDL web services) or simple modeling languages (e.g., Yahoo! Pipes) don't convey enough meaning to non-programmers. We propose a domain-specific approach to mashups that "speaks the language of the user", i.e., that is aware of the terminology, concepts, rules, and conventions (the domain) the user is comfortable with. We show what developing a domain-specific mashup tool means, which role the mashup meta-model and the domain model play and how these can be merged into a domain-specific mashup meta-model. We apply the approach implementing a mashup tool for the research evaluation domain. Our user study confirms that domain-specific mashup tools indeed lower the entry barrier to mashup development. The Second Chapter of a Volume
This is a handwritten copy by one of the followers of Al Hajj Umar Taal. It is a copy of a book originally written by Muhammad bun Muhammad bun Al-Masrī. The place of writing is not mentioned. The manuscript is the second volume of a previous volume. The content of the manuscript is diverse. It discusses two types of love. Part one covers love of the truth (haqiqa) towards God's creation. Transcendental truth. Part two is the love for the loved one (Muhammad or another person) and love for women in the Islamic religious sense. Part 3 discusses the importance of spreading the Qur'anic speech towards converting people. Part 4 deals with the ways to differentiate a clean soul ('ruuhu laabdo'). In part four's discussion, the author pulls from the Qur'an and Hadith. Part 5 deals with how to remove confusion and to establish truth. Part 6 teaches life lessons inspired from Islam's model women such as Fatimah bint Rasoul, Mariam bint Imran, Assietu binti Muzahim, Khadija, and Aicha.Il s'agit d'une copie manuscrite d'un des disciples d'Al Hajj Umar Taal. Skripsi ini mencoba mengangkat permasalahan masih adanya asumsi dalam masyarakat terhadap Stereotip dan fitnah wanita yang memposisikan mereka sebagai subordinasi, marginal, diskriminalisasi,sumber fitnah dan nafsu. Kedatangan Islam yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah Muhammad SAW, merupakan agama kasih sayang yang dalam ajarannya perempuan merupakan sosok yang dimuliakan. Penelitian ini bermaksud menjelaskan makna dan konteks stereotip dan fitnah terhadap wanita dalam Surat Ali Imran Ayat 14 dan Surat Yusuf Ayat 23-24 dalam Tafsir al-Azhar serta implikasi penafsiran ayat-ayat tersebut terhadap pemahaman masyarakat tentang peran dan kedudukan wanita.
Dalam penelitian penulis menggunakan jenis Penelitian Normatif (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian historis,konseptual dan interpretatif. Hasil penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Hamka salah satu mufassir Indonesia dalam Tafsir al-Azhar menjelaskan pada Q.S Ali Imran ayat 14 konteks stereotip wanita dengan sebutan an-nisa` merupakan makhluk diciptaan Allah yang menarik dan menjadi sosok yang disukai lawan jenisnya yakni laki-laki. Sedang wanita yang digambarkan pada Q.S Yusuf Ayat 23-24 pada hakekatnya makhluk secara fitrah memang memiliki hasrat nafsu terhadap lawan jenis dengan kondisi psikologisnya mengawali rayuan sebagaimana digambarkan dalam kisah Yusuf dan istri Raja.
Pemahaman tafsiran ayat tersebut bukanlah bermaksud mengintervensi wanita sebagai sumber fitnah atau nafsu, ditegaskan bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan mempunyai potensi sang sama dalam hal itu, namun masing-masing seharusnya menjaga kehormatan dengan menggunakan akal sehat dan tetap memegangi aturan agama.

This thesis tries to raise the problem of the existence of assumptions in society regarding Stereotypes and slander of women that position them as subordinate, marginal, discriminated against, sources of slander and lust. The arrival of Islam brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, is a religion of compassion in whose teachings women are glorified figures. This study aims to explain the meaning and context of stereotypes and slander against women in Surah Ali Imran Verse 14 and Surah Yusuf Verse 23-24 in Tafsir al-Azhar and the implications of interpreting these verses on society's understanding of the role and position of women.
In this study, the author used the type of Normative Research (library research) with a qualitative approach through historical, conceptual and interpretative studies. The results of this study, the author concluded that Hamka, one of the Indonesian mufassirs in Tafsir al-Azhar, explained in Q.S Ali Imran verse 14 the context of the stereotype of women with the term an-nisa` is a creature created by Allah who is attractive and becomes a figure that is liked by the opposite sex, namely men. While women described in Q.S Yusuf Verse 23-24 are essentially creatures who by nature have lust for the opposite sex with their psychological condition initiating seduction as described in the story of Yusuf and the King's wife.
Understanding the interpretation of this verse is not intended to intervene in women as a source of slander or lust, it is emphasized that men and women have the same potential in this regard, but each should maintain their honor by using common sense and still adhering to religious rules.

تحاول هذه الرسالة إثارة قضية الافتراضات المستمرة في المجتمع فيما يتعلق بالصور النمطية والافتراءات على المرأة والتي تضعها في موضع تابع، هامشي، معرض للتمييز، ومصدر للافتراء والشهوة. إن وصول الإسلام الذي جاء به النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، هو دين المحبة الذي كانت المرأة فيه شخصية عظيمة في تعاليمه. يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح معنى وسياق الصور النمطية والافتراء على المرأة في سورة آل عمران الآية ١٤ وسورة يوسف الآيتين ٢٣- ٢٤في تفسير الأزهر وكذلك انعكاسات تفسير هذه الآيات على فهم المجتمع لدور المرأة ومكانتها.
في هذا البحث استخدم المؤلف أسلوب البحث المعياري (البحث المكتبي) بمنهج نوعي من خلال الدراسات التاريخية والمفاهيمية والتفسيرية. وتوصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن حمكة، أحد المترجمين الإندونيسيين في تفسير الأزهر، يشرح في سورة آل عمران الآية ١٤ أن سياق الصورة النمطية للمرأة التي يطلق عليها اسم النساء هي مخلوق خلقه الله جذاب وشخصية محبوبة من الجنس الآخر أي الرجال. في هذه الأثناء، فإن المرأة الموصوفة في سورة يوسف الآيتين ٢٣-٢٤ هي في الأساس مخلوق لديه بطبيعته رغبات شهوانية تجاه الجنس الآخر مع حالتها النفسية التي تبدأ الإغواء كما هو موصوف في قصة يوسف وزوجة الملك.
وليس المقصود من فهم تفسير هذه الآية التدخل في المرأة كمصدر للقذف أو الشهوة، بل يؤكد أن الرجل والمرأة لديهما نفس الإمكانات في هذا الصدد، ولكن يجب على كل منهما الحفاظ على شرفه باستخدام المنطق السليم مع الالتزام بالقواعد الدينية
Relevansi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam Surah Ali Imran : 159-160 perspektif Tafsir al Misbah dengan masyarakat modern

Nilai nilai pendidikan akhlak di kalangan masyarakat mengalami kemerosotan, baik di kalangan pelajar, maupun masyarakat umum. Fenomena tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang berlangsung hingga saat ini belum mampu memberikan kontribusi pada manusia untuk meningkatkan derajatnya sebgaimana yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terutama umat Islam untuk mempelajari Al-Qur’an dan Hadits sebagai pedoman hidup. Berangkat dari sinilah penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an terkhusus dalam Surah Ali Imran : 159-160. Kemudian agar pembahasan lebih mudah untuk dipahami, penulis mengambil perspektif Tafsir al Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Fokus penelitian ini adalah apa saja nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam surah Ali Imran : 159-160 perspektif Tafsir al Misbah? Dan bagaiman relevansi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam surah Ali Imran : 159-160 perspektif Tafsir al Misbah dengan masyarakat modern?
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data primernya adalah kitab Tafsir al Misbah yang membahas tafsir Qur’an Surah Ali Imran 159-160. Sedangkan data sekundernya berupa buku, jurnal, artikel, maupun karya-karya tulis ilmiah lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pokok penelitian ini. Untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul, diklarifikasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan analisis dengan cara yang tepat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan content analysis yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan cara yang tepat.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam surah Ali Imran : 159-160 perspektif Tafsir al Misbah adalah akhlak kepada masyarakat yang berupa lemah lembut, pemaaf, dan musyarawah. Kemudian juga terdapat nilai akhlak kepada Allah yang berupa tawakal. Nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam Surah Ali Imran :159-160 perspektif tafsir al Misbah masih sangat relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat sekarang sebagai acuan berperilaku untuk menyikapi hal-hal kekinian yang didalamnya juga terdapat nilai-nilai diluar syariat dan kewajaran yang menimbulkan kemerosotan akhlak dalam masyarakat.

The values moral education in the community has decreased, both among students and in the general public community. This phenomenon shows that education has taken place until now has not been able to contribute to humans to increase their degree as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. This happens because of the lack of public awareness, especially Muslims, to study the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as a guide for life. Starting from this, the author is interested in examining more deeply the values of moral education contained in the Qur'an, especially in Surah Al Imran: 159-160. Then, for make the discussion easier to understand, the wraiter takes the perspective Tafsir al Misbah creation M. Quraish Shihab. The research focus of this research is what are the values of moral education in Surah Ali Imran: 159-160 from the perspective of Tafsir al Misbah? And how is the relevance of the values of moral education contained in Surah Ali Imran: 159-160 from the perspective of Tafsir al Misbah with modern society?
The research is library research. The primary data source is the book Tafsir al Misbah which discusses interpretation the Qur'an Surah Ali Imran 159-160. Meanwhile, secondary data are books, journals, articles, and other scientific papers related to the subject of this research. To analyze the collected data, it is clarified according to needs and analyzed in an appropriate manner. In analyzing the data, the technique used is content analysis.
The results this research indicate that the values moral education contained in the Surah Ali Imron: 159-160 Tafsir al Misbah perspective include: morals to the community in the form of gentle, forgiving, and Duscusion. Then there is also a moral value to Allah in the form of tawakal. Educational values the morals contained in Surah Ali Imran :159-160 perspective of al-Misbah interpretation is still very relevant to people's lives today as a reference for behavior to address things in the present, in which there are also values outside the Shari'a and fairness that cause a decline in morals in society.

PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI KESULTANAN SAMBAS AWAL ABAD XX: (Kajian Perkembangan Madrasah Al-Sulthaniyah Tahun 1916-1936 M)
This research is about Islamic Education in the Sultanate of Sambas in the early twentieth century (Study on Development of Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah in 1916-1936 AD). Islamic education in the Sultanate of Sambas in the early twentieth century was the beginning of a school called Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah. This ancient school was a school that was established only for the relatives of the sultan and the children of the ulama, while the children of the common people were not allowed to experience education. In addition, the author also examines the development of Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah which was founded in 1916, and examines the background of the change of Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah to Tarbiyatul Islam in 1936. Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah has a significant role in the Sultanate of Sambas at that time, because this madrasah is able to produce future generations who continue the development of Islamic teachings, namely by establishing a madrasah called Madrasah Asasun Najah. The Asasun Najah Madrasah was founded by Murad Kasim, a graduate of Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah. In addition, the graduates of Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah are also assisting teachers at the madrasa. The development at Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah became rapid because of the presence of Sambas youths who had studied in Egypt and Mecca, including Muhammad B Radioi Imran, Ahmad Fawzi and Abdurrahman Hamid as well as reforms at Madrasah al-Sulthaniyah regarding the curriculum and the influence of the Middle East.
