    Abstrak Kecelakaan lalu lintas (laka lantas) di Sulawesi Tenggara perlu mendapatkan penanganan yang efektif karena menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Salah satu langkah penanganan adalah analisis karakteristik laka lantas yang berhubungan dengan korban meninggal dunia. Analisis karakteristik laka lantas dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan faktor penyebab kecelakaan, jenis kecelakaan, dan waktu kejadian. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan algoritma Classification based on Predictive Association Rules (CPAR) pada data mining untuk analisa karakteristik laka lantas. Algoritma CPAR menghasilkan Class Association Rules (CARs), selanjutnya CARs digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik laka lantas yang berhubungan dengan korban meninggal dunia. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia pada kasus laka lantas adalah faktor manusia (berkendara dibawah pengaruh alkohol dan berkendara melebihi batas kecepatan) dan faktor lingkungan fisik (prasarana jalan yang rusak dan jalan dengan tikungan tajam). Jenis kecelakaan (tunggal dan depan-depan), waktu kejadian (tanggal 8-14, hari Senin dan Selasa, jam 13:00-18:59), jenis kendaraan (sepeda motor) dan merek kendaraan (Honda), berpotensi menimbulkan korban meninggal pada kasus laka lantas. Pengendara sepeda motor rentan menjadi korban pada kasus laka lantas. Pengujian akurasi menggunakan 10-fold cross validation Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata akurasi algoritma CPAR lebih tinggi yaitu 48,75% dibandingkan dengan algoritma PRM yaitu 41,13%.   Kata kunci— data mining, algoritma CPAR, kecelakaan lalu lintas   Abstract  Traffic accident in Southeast Sulawesi needs to get treatment more effective. One of the handling is analysis of traffic accident characteristic and then it was related to the death. Analysis of trafiic accident characteristics can be done with the approach factors the cause of the accident, the kind of an accident, and time genesis. This Research apply CPAR algorithm on the data mining to analyze the characteristics of traffic accident. CPAR Algorithm produce Class Association Rules (CARs) that used to describe traffic accident characteristics related to the death. Results of research, that the factors that caused the victim died in traffic accident is human factors (driving under the influence of alcohol and driving exceed the speed) and environmental factors physical (road infrastructure and damaged roads with elbow).  Types of accidents (in the singular and home-front), time genesis (on 8-14, reported Monday and Tuesday, hours 1:00 pm-6:59 pm), the type of vehicle (motorcycle), potentially causing the death toll in the case laka then. Motorcycle drivers are prone to fall victim in that case laka then. Testing accuracy using 10-fold cross validation test result show that on average these accuracy algorithm CPAR 48.75%, higher than the algorithm PRM 41.13%.   Keywords— data mining, CPAR algorithm, traffic acciden

    The purpose of this thesis is to examine Howard Hanson\u27s composition, Dies Natalis for Band, from both an analytical and an educational perspective. To accomplish this objective, research on Hanson\u27s personal and professional development as a composer, teacher, advocator, and otherwise contributor to the field of music was executed, information on and within Dies Natalis for Band was investigated, and suggestions were made for educational techniques to employ when teaching this composition. The author suggests that more analysis using Hanson\u27s own theoretical system on intervallic relationships may yield additional information on his thought processes in composition. Biographical information on Howard Hanson, significance and analysis of Dies Natalis for Band, performance notes for the conductor, student handouts, and educational resources are provided

    Abstract Security and confidentiality of messages in the communication process between the sender and receiver is an important thing that must be maintained so that the message would be difficult if not known by unauthorized parties. Cryptography Vernam Cipher is symmetric cryptography that used one time for a message and not reused. Steganography End of File (EoF) is one technique to insert data at the end of the file. Combine Vernam Cipher cryptography and End of File steganography on this research with a case study how the implementation of the security of *.pdf files on *.mp4 video. Based on the test results of *.pdf file encryption and steganography in video *.mp4 successfully performed on the size of small file size for use Vernam Cipher cryptography, plaintext length, and key length must be the same length, so that for large files will take a long time. The results of stegano show that the video files look like the original video can be viewed directly without that already is inserted in the video *.pdf, for End of File does not affect the quality of the video. It is concluded that the incorporation of Vernam Cipher Cryptography and End of File steganography successfully, where the process of implementing the algorithms when combined requires an average time of 65 seconds on the side Vernam Cipher cryptographic application due to the type of encryption key length is equal to the length of the plaintext

    abstract: This paper explores the relationship of text and music in Dies Natalis by Gerald Finzi. Many of Gerald Finzi’s compositions have been researched and analyzed, but Dies Natalis, a work for high voice and string quartet, has received limited attention. The text is by Thomas Traherne, a lesser-known English poet and theologian. The research investigates textual interpretation and an explanation or a discussion of the religious mysticism of Traherne. After a biographical discussion of the composer and the poet, this paper provides a musical analysis, including a study of thematic and harmonic relationships in the work, and an examination of word painting and text setting.     Practicum is one of the activities that are part of the curriculum in universities. The role of a practicum assistant is needed to support practicum activities. Practicum assistants is a selected through a selection process. The selection of practicum assistants at the Faculty of Mathematics dan Natural Science (FMIPA), Halu Oleo University, to be precise the department of Chemistry, is still done through a manual process. The problem faced in the selection process is that each lecturer determines the ranks of the selected practicum assistants sequentially, from the first practicum supervisor lecturer to the last, which takes a long time and subjective assessment is unavoidable. Then from that problem, it is necessary to develop a computerized system as a supporting media in decision-making to facilitate selecting practicum assistants. The Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) and Technique For Others Reference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method applicated to compare the results of the two ways. The results of the comparison of the two methods show that TOPSIS provides a higher accuracy value of 50%, while the accuracy value of the ARAS method is 44%, but from testing the speed of processing data, the ARAS method is faster than the TOPSIS method

    Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Kendari merupakan instansi yang menyediakan beberapa bantuan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraannya yaitu program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS). Kriteria penerima bantuan bedah rumah dilihat dari kondisi bangunan rumah seperti kondisi atap, kondisi lantai, kondisi dinding, penghasilan kepala rumah tangga, jumlah tanggungan, pekerjaan, luas rumah dan bukti kepemilikan tanah sebagai syarat penerima bantuan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode clustering K-Means dan Fuzzy Analitical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). K-Means merupakan salah satu metode data clustering yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengelompokan data yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama. Fuzzy Analitical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) digunakan untuk mencari bobot prioritas perankingan. Berdasarkan hasil uji confusion matrix terhadap hasil nilai rekomendasi penerima bantuan dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan F-AHP dapat ditentukan accuracy sebesar 80% dan misclassification (Error) rate sebesar 20%. Hasil akurasi dan error rate dari perhitungan ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-means dan F-AHP dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi penerima bantuan bedah rumah yang layak mendapatkan bantua

    Data of traffic accident in Southeast Sulawesi has increased every year. Therefore, traffic accident in Southeast Sulawesi needs to get more effective handling. Effective handling related to right policies about the management and traffic engineering. It should be supported by knowledge based on a traffic accidents database. One of the knowledge that may be got is the characteristic of severity (dead, seriously injured, lightly injured) of the traffic accident. This research is to apply Classification based on Predictive Association Rules (CPAR) algorithm in data base traffic accident, Southeast Sulawesi Police Department between in the period of 2010 to 2012. CPAR algorithm produces Class Association Rules (CARs) which is used to describe knowledge about the characteristics of severity of the traffic accident victims. The results of experiment shows that the main cause of traffic accident were human factors (driving under the influence of alcohol and driving exceed the maximum speed) and environmental physical factors (damage road and elbow road). Types of accidents (single and head-on) and accidents involving motor cycles contribute potentially that the victims died. Testing the accuracy using 10-fold cross validation shows that the average accuracy of CPAR algorithm is 48,75% that is higher than PRM algorithm 41.13%

    Sometimes the classification of news categories is still an obstacle. Classification can be wrong because it is still subjective. As a result, the selected category does not match the uploaded news description. Based on these problems, the authors feel the need to make Classification of News Types with the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm. The importance of this system is to be able to classify news and help news seekers to get the news they want. Based on the test results, the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm has a good performance for the classification of news types. This is evidenced in testing using news data taken from www.kompasiana.com, then news is classified into four categories namely politics, economics, sports, and entertainment. The classification results using 16 test news obtained an accuracy of 87.5%
