Analisis Kualitas SDM, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Di DINPERKIM Kota Magelang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan keuangan, dan kualitas laporan keuangan di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskritif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan observasi dengan cara pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan melakukan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Magelang menerapkan SAP dengan cukup baik dilihat dari keterandalan pengelolaan keuangan dan ketepatwaktuan pelaporan keuangan. Dalam pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangannya Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Magelang menggunakan sistem E-Budgeting dan aplikasi SIMDA

Management of data and information in an institution can support national development, but some are still less effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the application of information systems to achieve Good Governance in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Land Agency of Magelang City. The method used in this study was interviews with staff at the Magelang City Land Agency. The results find that the development of information technology and supporting infrastructure created opportunities to develop a more reliable, efficient, and timely computerized application for land activities (KKP) within the National Land Agency (BPN). The growing need for more accessible land information demanded by the community (policy recipients) and the government (policymakers) has increased higher than before. However, on the other hand, there are obstacles, such as the unfinished mapping of land parcels. The implication of this research is the Land Office needs to guide operators to better service quality
Peran ekonomi digital terhadap hubungan ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA)
This study is a qualitative desk research that examines the role of the digital economy in the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) relations. ASEAN and Korea pay attention to the development of the 4.0 revolution and form the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) to establish mutually beneficial relations. The development of the 4.0 industrial revolution has the potential to increase the level of global income and improve the quality of life of populations around the world. The success of the Korean industry can provide very valuable lessons for ASEAN by inspiring this group of countries to implement a digital economy. The partnership reflects the potential benefits of industrial improvement through digitalization and automation, the ASEAN-Republic of Korea Cooperation Center has implemented several trade and investment programs in industry segments related to Industry 4.0. AKFTA will enhance the international competitiveness of ASEAN and Korea by promoting the competition and efficiency that both parties have. AKFTA will shift the trade balance to ASEAN encourage rapid growth of the digital economy and give positive impacts to both parties.Penelitian ini merupakan riset kualitatif yang mengkaji tentang peran ekonomi digital terhadap hubungan ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA). ASEAN dan Korea memperhatikan perkembangan revolusi 4.0 dan membentuk ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) agar terjalin hubungan yang saling menguntungkan. Perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan tingkat pendapatan global dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup populasi di seluruh dunia. Keberhasilan industri Korea dapat memberikan pelajaran yang sangat berharga bagi ASEAN dengan menginspirasi kelompok negara ini untuk menerapkan ekonomi digital. Kemitraan ini mencerminkan manfaat potensial dari peningkatan industri melalui digitalisasi dan otomatisasi, ASEAN-Republic of Korea Cooperation Center telah menerapkan sejumlah program perdagangan dan investasi pada segmen industri yang terkait dengan Industri 4.0. AKFTA akan meningkatkan daya saing internasional ASEAN dan Korea dengan mempromosikan kompetisi dan efisiensi yang telah dimiliki oleh kedua pihak ini. How Do Indonesian Listed Companies Disclose Information Related to Whistleblowing?
This study evaluates how Indonesian public listed companies (PLCs) facilitate whistleblowing and the extent to which they disclose its implementation through annual reports. Data were collected from 68 PLCs of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Using content analysis of annual reports and website analysis of the PLCs, this study found the companies prefer annual reports than website as the medium to disclose whistleblowing-related information. The disclosure of information on whistleblowing is relatively vary in depth and comprehensiveness. This study also indicated companies reluctance to enclose whistleblowing-related information though it has been obligated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/ OJK). Such reluctance can be associated with the absence of penalty for non-disclosers. This study revealed the interconnection between organization features and whistleblowing system. Thus, the companies do not provide fully information on whistleblowing system to prevent unintended consequences resulted from the disclosure and in turn, to indirectly unjustify the role of the whistleblowing system as a part of effective anti-corruption and anti-fraud strategy
The Trusting Beliefs of Users and the Intention to Continue Making Purchases via Social Commerce
Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to examine the influence of a user’s trusting beliefs on the intention to continue making purchases via social commerce. Indonesia is ranked 4th in the world for the most active online users of social media. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the influence of those variables. Background Problems: Social networks contribute to online trading by providing platforms for social commerce. The author chose the trusting beliefs concept and linked it to online users’ trust in social commerce. Novelty: Trusting beliefs variables are fundamental in shaping online users’ behaviors, but no prior research has investigated the effect of trusting beliefs on the intention to make purchases via social commerce. This study presents new research that provides a comprehensive model related to social commerce. Research Methods: This research uses purposive sampling of people who are required to have social media accounts and who have made purchases via social commerce at least once with data taken from surveys. The research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Finding/Results: This study proves that all trusting beliefs variables are supported and significant, but there is one hypothesis that is not supported (H4). Empirically, this indicates that active users are not necessarily engaging in online shopping using their social media. Conclusion: This study provides insights into the potential role of trusting beliefs driving continuing purchases in the context of social commerce research. We suggest that the sellers need to give customers-to-be more frequent and wider product reviews information so they can get results in terms of stronger product image and motivate them to make purchases via social commerce
Covid-19 dan Reaksi Pasar Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman di Indonesia
AbstractVarious public information can have an impact on the stock market reaction on the exchange, both accounting and non-accounting. Information about the entry of the Covid-19 outbreak into Indonesia is one of the non-accounting information that can effect activities on the stock exchange. This research is intended to identify the stock market reaction of food and beverage companies to the president's announcement regarding the first positive case of Covid-19 patients in Indonesia. This research was conducted by looking at differences in stock prices and trading volume before and after it was announced. The results showed facts about the decline in the prices of food and beverage companies' shares after the announcement. This shows that the information was absorbed in the market, causing a market reaction to decrease stock prices. On the other hand, there is no difference in trading volume before and after it is announced. This is possible because investors continue to maintain their share ownership in food and beverage companies because it is agreed to remain profitable over the long term.Keywords: Covid-19; Stock price; Stock trading volume; Food and beverage companies.Abstrak Berbagai informasi publik dapat berdampak pada reaksi pasar saham di bursa, baik yang bersifat akuntansi maupun nonakuntansi. Informasi mengenai masuknya wabah Covid-19 ke Indonesia merupakan salah satu informasi nonakuntansi yang dapat berpengaruh pada aktivitas di bursa saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi reaksi pasar saham perusahaan makanan dan minuman terhadap pengumuman presiden mengenai kasus pertama pasien positif Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat perbedaan harga saham dan volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman presiden mengenai kasus pertama pasien positif Covid-19 di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan harga saham perusahaan makanan dan minuman pasca pengumuman tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi tersebut terserap di pasar saham sehingga menimbulkan reaksi pasar berupa penurunan harga saham. Di sisi lain, penelitian ini tidak menemukan perbedaan volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman presiden. Disclosing the practice of whistleblowing system in Indonesia’s public listed companies
This study explores to the extent to which Indonesia’s public listed companies communicates their implementation of whistleblowing system as a part of good corporate governance. Whistleblowing system (WBS) is widely known as a strategy to decrease the occurrence of fraud and corruption by encouraging organization’s members to report any indication related to wrongdoings. Using content analysis on 68 public listed companies in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange (IDX), this study descriptively explain the disclosure of WBS practice through the annual report and companies’ official sites. The results shows only 79% of the samples disclosed their implementation of WBS in annual reports with a variety in depth and completeness and only 38% enclose the information of WBS in their official sites. These results were quite surprising since WBS is formally included as a mandatory disclosure of public listed companies. Moreover, the results imply a question whether WBS is effective for any circumstances

Locally Differentially Private Document Generation Using Zero Shot Prompting
Numerous studies have highlighted the privacy risks associated with
pretrained large language models. In contrast, our research offers a unique
perspective by demonstrating that pretrained large language models can
effectively contribute to privacy preservation. We propose a locally
differentially private mechanism called DP-Prompt, which leverages the power of
pretrained large language models and zero-shot prompting to counter author
de-anonymization attacks while minimizing the impact on downstream utility.
When DP-Prompt is used with a powerful language model like ChatGPT (gpt-3.5),
we observe a notable reduction in the success rate of de-anonymization attacks,
showing that it surpasses existing approaches by a considerable margin despite
its simpler design. For instance, in the case of the IMDB dataset, DP-Prompt
(with ChatGPT) perfectly recovers the clean sentiment F1 score while achieving
a 46\% reduction in author identification F1 score against static attackers and
a 26\% reduction against adaptive attackers. We conduct extensive experiments
across six open-source large language models, ranging up to 7 billion
