No full textIntroduction: the analysis of the hidden curriculum (Hc) is considered crucial to understand positive/negative influences on students’ learning about professionalism. Most studies have concentrated on students’ experience, while recently the inclusion
of Faculty in Hc analysis has been advocated.
Methods: in 2010, a purposive sample of 25 Italian Faculty, from twenty Italian nursing schools, was selected to explore participants’ previous training, representation of nurses’
current education, and their image of the nursing student. Data consisted of: written eaningful episodes about participant’s training, written critical analysis of the movie “An Officer and a Gentleman”, and drawings about participants’ representation of the student. Faculty were involved in data-analysis. Results: Faculty’s undergraduate training was mostly characterized by demeaning experiences, verbal violence and inadequate patient’s consideration. Nevertheless, in clinical contexts they also found positive models of caring that nurtured their resilience. The educational model depicted in the movie (violent and punitive) was in the end recognized as effective in making the cadets achieve their goals and building professional identity. Nursing students were mostly portrayed alone, struggling with the difficult path of the nursing curriculum.
Conclusions: our study illuminated some aspects of the so-called “evil Hc”, from the Faculty perspective. More research is needed on resources to cope with such a Hc

It is structured in two sections. The first section is introducing the contents of the TS. The second section discusses the multifacted phenomenon of trust in business organizations with special reference to controversial industries including gambling and different trust profiles are (i.e., non-confidence, negative trust, and distrust, and the corresponding social categorizations).Questo Editoriale ha l'obiettivo di presentare la Sezione Tematica (TS) derivante dai paper selezionati, che sono stati presentati durante il SIDREA International Workshop - 19 maggio 2020-h.14-17. La TS include due sezioni. La prima sezione introduce i contenuti della TS. La seconda sezione analizza approfonditamente il fenomeno della fiducia nelle organizzazioni imprenditoriali, con particolare riferimento a settori difficili, tra cui il gioco d'azzardo. No full textIn letteratura, il confronto tra i metodi di calcolo dell’imposta sul valore aggiunto (regime
ordinario e regime del margine) è limitato: si riduce al risultato di equivalenza ottenuto con aliquote
identiche e uniformi nelle diverse fasi della produzione e dello scambio. In questo lavoro
proponiamo un’analisi comparativa generale per stabilire la desiderabilità di un metodo rispetto
all’altro in relazione alla struttura delle aliquote, alla tipologia dei soggetti coinvolti, alle politiche
di commercializzazione. I risultati sono applicati per valutare il meccanismo di formazione dei
prezzi nel mercato dell’arte. Si propongono degli interventi di riforma per rendere il regime fiscale
neutrale e trasparente, incentivando scambi e investimenti
