No full textEntre 1974 et 1982, le Laboratoire Régional de l’Ouest Parisien a suivi, selon une même méthodologie d'étude (mesures, prélèvements, analyses, durée des campagnes et exploitation des données), la pollution du ruissellement pluvial d'une dizaine de bassins versants urbains assainis pour moitiés égales en mode séparatif et unitaire. Bien que nous soyons encore loin d'une compréhension totale du phénomène et que les réseaux étudiés soient tous situés en région parisienne, cette synthèse est susceptible de caractériser et de quantifier, de façon représentative, le phénomène correspondant à des modes de vie, d'urbanisation et d'assainissement français. Le document présente les valeurs de concentrations moyennes et de charges spécifiques en DBO , DCO, MES, Pb et HC, quantifie l'impact d'évènements pluviométriques individualisés, et fournit des enseignements pratiques pour la gestion et le traitement des eaux pluviales.Philippe J. No full textCaractérisation of urban run off pollution during wet weather. Pollution due to running waters in urban areas is a complex phenomenon because of multiplicity of parameters existing in the characterization of it (properties of rain, river basin, etc.).
Further to the first explanation about 8 french river basins measurement results, we can say that :
— the most significant parameters are rain maximal intensity regarding time concentration and dry weather period (for the concentrations)
— the land use different possible types don't seam to major influence
Load values / water poofd has have been calculated.La pollution des eaux pluviales en zone urbaine est un phénomène complexe du fait de la multiplicité des paramètres intervenant dans la caractérisation de celui-ci (caractéristiques de la pluie, du bassin étudié, du réseau, etc.
À la suite d'une première interprétation effectuée sur les résultats de mesures de 8 bassins français, il ressort que :
— les paramètres les plus explicatifs sont l'intensité maximale de la pluie sur le temps de concentration et la durée de temps sec (pour ces concentrations)
— le type d'occupation des sols ne semble pas avoir d'influence majeure.

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
