    Ladder Diagram Design Based On Cascade Method For Selection And Assembling Part On Dual Conveyor Plant

    Abstract— The transfer of goods from one place to another in the production process in a common industry we encounter using conveyors. Conveyors have replaced human labor used in moving production goods from one place to another in the industry. By using conveyors, the transfer time can be reduced and not dependent on humans anymore. Conveyor control can use a controller in the form of a PLC. PLC programming can use many methods, one of which is the cascade method. The beginning of the development of this method is widely used in pneumatic systems, but as time goes by this method is used in completing sequential systems. The ideal cascade method is used for sequential processes without an iterative process, the theory is easy to understand, the results are easy to implement. In this study the type of PLC used is CPM1 from OMRON. By using Cascade method, the result from construction of ladder diagram is obtained by 59 rung, 6 timer, 18 relay, and the program capacity is 3 KB.     Frekuensi sebesar 50 Hz harus dijaga agar memberikan kualitas energi listrik yang baik. Pengaruh dari switching pada sisi beban akan membuat frekuensi energi listrik menjadi fluktuatif. Nilai frekuensi yang fluktuatif akan membuat fungsi derivatif pada kontroler Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) menjadi sangat besar, sehingga akan mempengaruhi sinyal kontrol. Nilai tersebut memaksa aktuator bekerja sangat cepat dan akan mengurangi masa pemakaian aktuator. Penambahan filter pada kontroler PID untuk sistem pengaturan pembangkitan energi listrik mampu meredam noise yang timbul akibat fluktuasi beban. Penambahan Low Pass Filter (LPF) pada sisi derivatif memberikan redaman noise begitu pula menggunakan fungsi Averaged Derivative (AD). Dengan beban acak yang dimodelkan dengan Pseudo Random Binary Sequences (PRBS), nilai kesalahan dengan perhitungan Integral Absolute Error (IAE) terkecil dimiliki oleh PID dengan averaged derivative sebesar 110,246 Hz dan PID dengan low pass filter sebesar 110,486 H

    ABSTRACT Bilal, Mochammad. 2017. “Contrastive Analysis of Abbreviation in Japanese Language and Indonesian Language”. Undergraduate Japanese Literature thesis. University of Diponegoro. The first thesis supervisor is Drs. Surono, S.U. The second thesis supervisor is Lina Rosliana, S.S, M.Hum. This thesis discusses “Contrastive Analysis of abbreviation in Japanese Language and Indonesian Language”. The reason behind the choose of title by the author is due to lack of discussion about the comparasion between Japanese and Indonesian language. Furthermore, author had interested to discuss the form of abbreviation in bahasa Indonesia and Japanese language. The data in this research are attained from written sources, such as; internet articles from asahi.com and kompas.com. Whilst the method used in the analysis is “bagi unsur langsung”, later the data are analyzed by contrastive method to compared the data which are divide into two steps, those are description and and comparasion of the results of data analysis. Abbreviation of Japanese and Indonesian booth have 8 similarities, namely on booth have abbreviation who is not be read in its entirety, abbreviation who spell entirety, abbreviation who take 2, 3 or 4 first letters, abbreviation who take first letter from every syllables, abbreviation who had partial deletion, abbreviation who combine with foreign word, abbreviation with combination of syllables, and abbreviation who had changes in written form. The diffrences in meanwhile, abbreviation who are not found in Japanese language has 25 forms and abbreviation who are not found in Indonesian language has 2 forms. .     Pengaturan Kecepatan Motor Spindle pada Retrofit Mesin Bubut CNC Menggunakan Kontroler PID Gain Scheduling

    Pada mesin bubut Computerized Numerical Control (CNC), proses pemahatan benda kerja memerlukan kecepatan potong yang tetap agar hasil kerja memiliki tingkat presisi tinggi. Dalam prakteknya, ketika terjadi pemotongan, diameter benda kerja akan selalu berkurang dan tingkat kedalaman pahat berubah-ubah sesuai dengan proses yang dilakukan sehingga mempengaruhi kecepatan putar motor spindle sehingga mengakibatkan tingkat presisi hasil kerja menjadi berkurang. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan kontroler PI Gain Scheduling untuk mengatur kecapatan motor spindle. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa simulasi kontroler PI Gain Scheduling. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan kontroler PI Gain Scheduling mampu membuat respon sistem sesuai dengan yang diinginkan

    Tenaga listrik sekarang ini sudah menjadi suatu kewajiban dan bahkan akan menjadi kebutuhan primer di masa yang akan datang terutama didaerah perkotaan. Semakin berkembang dan meningkat kebutuhan akan tenaga listrik, maka kestabilan pada sistem tenaga listrik menjadi hal yang sangat penting dan harus diperhatikan. Salah satu pembangkit Listrik yang sering digunakan adalah generator.Penelitian ini membahas masalah pengaturan keluaran frekuensi sebuah pembangkit generator set (genset) 1 KVA pada nilai 60 Hz. Generator set (gen set) direpresentasikan dengan model matematis yang diperoleh dari hasil identifikasi. Metode kontrol optimal LQR (Linier Quadratic Regulator) digunakan untuk mengontrol agar keluaran frekuensi generator selalu berada di nilai tertentu pada beban yang berubah - ubah dengan menggunakan energi kontrol yang seminimum mungkin dan menghasilkan respon yang memiliki nilai kesalahan di keadaan tunak seminimal mungkin (memiliki indeks performansi seminimal mungkin). Kontroler hasil desain diaplikasikan pada sistem simulator pembangkit generator set (genset) 1 KVA. Hasil simulasi serta implementasi metode kontrol optimal LQR (Linier Quadratic Regulator) pada generator set (genset) menunjukkan bahwa  respon mampu mengikuti siyal referensi 60 Hz beban berubah – ubah pada parameter Q=1.5 dan R=1 serta memiliki indek performansi minimal   J= 5.67.<br /

    Design of Model Predictive Torque Control (MPTC) for Speed Control 3 Phase Induction Motor with Robust Stator Flux Observer

    The induction motor is a desirable alternative to the direct current motor in many applications because it is rugged, reliable and economical. However, control of the induction motor is more complex than the direct current motor, this is caused by the complexity of the dynamics of the induction motor, so the algorithm of induction motor is more complex. Based on these problem, author conducted a study on the induction motor using Model Predictive Torque Control (MPTC) with robust stator flux observer, in which robust stator flux observer is designed to overcome the shortcomings in the Direct Torque Control (DTC) conventional which can cause high fluctuation in flux ripple and torque ripple when reach steady state condition. So from the purpose of the proposed method, the results of the designed system can adjust the rotating speed of the induction motor in accordance references given at 120 rad/s with a settling time is 0.753 seconds, and also can minimize fluctuations in flux ripple and torque

    Abstract— In industry, conveyor is a means of transportation to move production materials. Conveyor not just move the goods but there are other processes such as counting the number of goods, filling the liquid and so forth because it is equipped with certain sensors and actuators. These processes can be automated by using PLCs as controllers by executing instruction programs in the form of ladder diagrams. The complexity of automation processes in conveyors requires the use of many relays in PLC programming and is difficult to apply to low-specification PLCs. Of course the procurement of PLC with high specifications require a lot of money. In order to overcome these problems it is necessary a method that can minimize the number of relays used so that the program becomes shorter. By using state diagram, the result of construction of ladder diagram is obtained by 32 rung and the program capacity is 3 KB. Keywords—Conveyor, Flow-Table/State Diagram, Ladder Diagram, PLC, Rung
