Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Analisis Risiko pada Pemeliharaan Ayam Broiler Kandang Tertutup (Closed House) dengan Menggunakan Bayesian Network (Studi Kasus di PT. XYZ)
Full text linkAyam broiler merupakan ayam-ayam muda yang umumnya dipanen pada umur 4 – 6 minggu dengan tujuan sebagai penghasil daging. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi performans ayam broiler adalah manajemen pemeliharaan. Hal ini dikarenakan ayam broiler yang memiliki genetik lebih baik namun lebih rentan terkena serangan penyakit. Manajemen pemeliharaan yang buruk menyebabkan potensi genetik tidak muncul bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Produktivitas pemeliharaan ayam broiler dapat dilihat dari nilai Indeks Performans (IP) yang didapatkan pada akhir periode pemeliharaan. Nilai IP pada PT. XYZ selama 2 tahun selalu dibawah target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Bayesian Network (BN) merupakan sebuah teori kondisi probabilitas yang memperhitungkan suatu kejadian (hipotesis) bergantung pada kejadian lain (bukti). BN mampu memberikan model yang tepat untuk menilai setiap risiko sehingga didapatkan risiko yang memiliki dampak tertinggi dan dapat dilakukan tindakan mitigasi untuk mengurangi dampak risiko tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan ayam broiler kandang tertutup memiliki risiko terbesar terdapat pada proses pemeliharaan minggu ke-4 sampai panen. CPT dari proses ini merupakan yang tertinggi dibandingkan dengan proses pemeliharaan lainnya yaitu 0,66. Risiko tertinggi pada proses ini terdapat pada risiko R13 yaitu risiko ayam terkena heat stress dengan risk event probability 0,59. Mitigasi risiko yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi kejadian heat stress antara lain menambah kipas di dalam kandang, mengaktifkan cellpad dan panen lebih awal.

Broiler is young chicken, which genetically produce yield that mostly harvested in the age of 4-6 weeks. One of the critical factor that affecting broiler performance is the rearing management. This is simply because mostly broiler that has a good genetic tends to be more vulnerable to the disease. A bad rearing management may cause broiler potencial genetic can’t be fully expressed, for worse, even may cause high mortality rate. Broiler rearing quality can be seen in Index Performance (IP) value that usually measured at the end of production. IP value on PT. XYZ for the last two years always below the target. Bayesian Network (BN) is a probability situation theory that can estimate an event (hypothesis) based on another event (evidence). The theory claimed that an event in the future can be predicted only if the previous event is already occured. BN is able to provide the correct model to evaluate any risk possible, with that the most critical risk can be identified so the company can arrange the mitigation procedures to minimize the impact for that particular risk. The study showed that the the worst process in rearing management in broiler is rearing management process in 4th week-catching. CPT in this process is the highest than others 0,66. The highest risk in this process is on R13 that risk of chicken collid with heat stress with the risk event probablility 0,59.Mitigation risk to prevent or diminish this risk are by adding fan in the house, turn on the cellpad and catching earlier
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

Full text linkPeraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima mengatur tata kelola tempat dan pemberdayaan untuk PKL. Peraturan daerah tersebut ada untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang disebabkan peningkatan jumlah pelaku PKL di Kabupaten Purwakarta sehingga berdampak pada terhambatnya lalu lintas, penataan ruang dan kebersihan, dan menganggu jalannya sarana prasarana di kawasan perkotaan. Namun pada fakta di lapangan, berbagai upaya dari Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta yang ditertibkan dan dipindahkan ke fasilitas yang disediakan pemerintah untuk berdagang di Gedung Pusat Jajanan Serba Ada (Pujasera) namun setelah dipindahkan PKL banyak yang memilih keluar karena sepi dan kehilangan pelanggan sebelumnya sehingga pendapatan turun dan kemudian mereka kembali lagi ke Pasar Rebo Purwakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima pada Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta, kendala-kendala hukum terhadap implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta dan upaya-upaya hukum terhadap implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta.
Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan upaya-upaya hukum solusi terhadap implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta.
Kerangka pemikiran dalam penelitian ini adalah menyesuaikan teori negara hukum, teori pelayanan publik, teori administrasi pemerintahan, teori kewenangan, teori penegakan hukum dan teori implementasi kebijakan terhadap implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima pada Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan penelitian yuridis empiris. Data-data yang relevan dalam penelitian ini lebih difokuskan pada data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber pertama berupa hasil wawancara dengan responden dari pihak Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta dan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta.
Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima sebagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah melalui penetapan lokasi binaan untuk melakukan penetapan, pemindahan, penertiban dan penghapusan lokasi PKL pada Kawasan Pasar Rebo Purwakarta yang Terdapat banyak kendala internal dan eksternal yang terdapat pada implementasi Perda ini sehingga perda Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima ini tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya persuasif dan upaya represif yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah agar perda ini dapat terlaksana baik
