Due to rapid smartphone health application growth and usage, we analyzed literature published in the field of spHealth Apps. SciVerse Scopus was used as the database of choice for this study. Research productivity, collaborations, citation analysis, authors and institutions were presented using well established bibliometric indicators. During the study period (2000-20), 4546 documents were published in total. The average count of documents per year was 227. English was the language predominantly used in the retrieved documents (97%). The h- index of the retrieved documents was 137. Author submission of keywords used in documents pertaining to sp- Health Apps included human, randomized controlled trials, telemedicine, health care delivery, health promotion, physical activity among others. During the study period, Relative Growth Rate (RGR) and Doubling Time (DT) of retrieved literature fluctuated. An analysis of authorship and collaboration based on published data revealed 4244 multi-authored documents. The mean Collaboration Index (CI) was 5.8 authors per article. The country with the highest productivity was the United States of America with Harvard Medical School as the most prolific academic institution. Jmir Mhealth And Uhealth was the most productive journal in the field of spHealth Apps. Top cited articles in the field of spHealth Apps included the use of smartphone applications in phone sensing, point-of-care testing, health behavior promotion & modeling, mental health, contact tracing etc. spHealth Apps is a growing field with increasing impact in people\u27s day-to-day lifestyles. Our bibliometric indicators of research output in spHealth Apps mirror this increasing impact

The objective of this paper is to identify the challenges that online teaching and learning involves, with particular reference to the online teaching of banking and finance. A case study method has been used to investigate the challenges in online teaching of banking and finance. The study shows that while the content of the unit could be delivered online very efficiently; many operational problems could mar this mode from becoming an effective teaching and learning mode. The author taught the banking and finance course online at the University of Southern Queensland during semester 1 of 2001. The author designed this unit, prepared the course material, delivered it online and assessed the unit online. At that point of time and even today no University in Australia delivers this unit. Another important feature of this paper is the quick survey the author did about the use of WebCT by undergraduate finance students at University of Canberra and the comparison of his experience of using the online technology at USQ and the one at UC. The challenges faced and the way these were overcome could be of interest to those interested in teaching banking and finance onlin

Objectives: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Imupsora Tablet and Ointment in Psoriasis. Material and Methods: A prospective, interventional clinical study was conducted on 50 patients of both sexes, aged between 18-55 years, confirmed with Psoriasis from clinical examination and who were willing to give informed consent. All patients received Imupsora Tablet at a dose of 2 tablets twice a day for 12 weeks and Imupsora Ointment to be applied over the affected areas thrice daily as a thin film and rubbed gently. All patients were evaluated at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks for parameters of Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI); Physician\u27s and Patient\u27s global assessment at end of the study. Observation: Imupsora Tablet and Ointment therapy reduced erythema, scaling, indurations and pruritus by 78.01%, 69.74%, 58.45%, and 56.80% respectively at the end of 12 weeks from baseline. The global assessment of response by physicians showed that 28% of patients showed a good improvement while another 60% showed fair improvement in their condition by the end of 12 weeks of treatment. Similarly, 46% and 42% of the patient\u27s global assessment indicated fair and good response at the end of treatment respectively. Result: Imupsora Tablet and Ointment produced a significant reduction in all the inflammatory/metabolic parameters associated with Psoriasis assessed after 12 weeks of treatment. In addition, a significant improvement in Clinical Global Impression in efficacy and tolerability was also observed. No adverse events were reported by any patients. This indicates that Imupsora Tablet and Ointment is clinically effective and safe for Psoriasis
