Evaluation on Innovations of The Prophet Muhammad Used in Ruhü’l-Mathnaw? of Ismail Hakkı Bursaw?
(1652–1725), as being an important sufi of his period, at the same time, was a productive author, with more than approximately hundred and thirty works and carried his influence even after his death. Ruhü’l-Mathnaw?, which is respected as one of his main works is commentary to Mawl?n?’s well known Mathnaw?’s first 748 couplets in Volume 1. Bursaw?, while commenting Mathnaw?, abunduntly used, like he did in his other works, the innovations of Prophet Muhammad. Innovations of Prophet Muhammad used by Sufis have been the subject of argument throughout the history and violently critisized by some of the scientists of Islamic Theology. Bursaw?, who did not hesitate to use the Innovations of Prophet Muhammad, which are approwed and respected by Sufis, had his share of this critisizm. In this article, his education and uses of the innovations of Prophed Muhammad in his commentaries, will be listed with their sources and presented to the benefit of the researchers

The challenges implementation of photovoltaic system in the office buildings / Muhammad Zaidi Ismail
World energy consumption based on the fossil fuel is rapidly increasing year by year. The energy based fossil fuel has many disadvantages such as non-renewable sources, high cost, produce carbon dioxide emission that hazadous to the enviroment. Therefore, this kind of energy need to be replace by an alternative energy such as solar energy. The solar energy has a huge potential in order to produce electricity in Malaysia and has many advantage such as produce clean energy, require little maintenance and no harmful emission produced. However, the solar energy is abundant if compared with another type of alternative energy. In order to develop solar energy, there are several method can be used to harvest the sunlight and produce an electricity. For this research, the author will only focus on the photovoltaic system as one method to produce the solar energy. In this research, the author will describe the definition of photovoltaic system, the components of photovoltaic system such as photovoltaic cells, inverter and others. This research also will discuss about the building integrated photovoltaic which is one of the way to integrate the photovoltaic system and the maintenance of this system. After that, the author will discuss about the factor need to be considered for photovoltaic system implementation, then followed with the development of this system in Malaysia. Assessing health and safety practice for refurbishment work at Klang Valley / Muhammad Muzakkir Ismail
Health and safety issues have always been a major problem and concern in construction industry. Wherever reliable records are available, refurbishment work is one of the most dangerous on health and safety criteria, particularly in developing countries. Refurbishment is any upgrade, alteration, modification, adaptation, and extension in the current status of the building to improve building performance and efficiency of the building structure. Refurbishment project is more difficult to monitor and coordinate compare with new construction. The main problem faced for refurbishment work in Malaysia is increasing accident and fatalities cases, in 2014 at Johor Bharu state 56 workers died due to falling from height. To overcome this problem, with following the comprehensive health and safety practice from Department of Occupational Health and Safety (DOSH) regulation the probability accident happen in refurbishment project is small and minimize the potential hazard in refurbishment work. Furthermore, with providing health and safety training and education towards workers will minimize the potential hazards in refurbishment project. Research aim of this dissertation is to identify the best current health and safety practice in refurbishment work. To achieve the aim of this research fourth research objectives were outlined. The objective are to study the current health and safety practice, identify potential hazards, evaluate the level awareness among workers, and propose a recommendation in improving health and safety practice for refurbishment work has been identified and reviewed by author. Research method that use to achieve four objective above first through semi-structured interviewed to study the current health and safety practice, to identify potential hazards and propose a recommendation in improving health and safety practice. The questionnaire distribution has been made in case study to evaluate the level of awareness among worker towards health and safety practice in refurbishment project. The role of the accused in English and Islamic criminal justice
This thesis is a comparative study of the role of the accused in the systems of
English and Islamic criminal justice. It seeks to explore the underlying
relationship between the individual and the state through an historical, structural
and contextual analysis of their rules relating to questioning and of confessions.
The analysis of the English system covers the period 1800 to 1984, with
particular reference to developments during the nineteenth century when the
foundations for the modern English state were established. The analysis of the
Islamic system combines traditionally Islamic and modern methods, assessing the
"Islamisation" movement in Malaysia through a religico-structural understanding
of juristic opinion from the four main schools of Sunnite jurisprudence.
The thesis contributes to existing knowledge on a number of levels: first, it
questions and revises the "myth" of "progress" that has dominated observations
of the history of the English criminal justice system; second, it elucidates the
relationship between Islamic law in theory and the law that is applied and
proposed in its name in Muslim states; third, it provides an analytical framework
for drawing comparisons between the underlying values of the systems of English
and Islamic criminal justice.
While acknowledging fundamental differences in terms of outlook and
articulation, the author concludes there are important similarities expressed
through such notions as "suspect" in the English system and "kafir"I"fasiq" in the
Islamic. These act as intermediate constitutional categories to whom the state
owe less protection. But the author notes also that these similarities are not
observed necessarily in the "law" which is implemented or proposed in Muslim
states; exact correspondence depends upon the over-arching political structure
and the institution of Caliphate.
The thesis is divided into six chapters: chapter one sets out the conventional view
of the historical development of English criminal procedure and evidence;
chapter two subjects that to a critique and chapter three offers a revised thesis.
Chapter four, explores methods for interpreting and explaining Islam; chapter
five sets out rules relating to confessions and questioning according to the four
Sunni schools; chapter six puts them into "context" through an examination of
the "Islamisation" process in Malaysia

Insolvency law: the humane approach of classical Islamic jurisprudence
The Islamic finance industry continues to be characterized by uncertainty over how it will deal with individual as well as corporate insolvency. As a result, interest in this area of law is growing. To this end, Islamic insolvency law is emerging as an independent field of study. Being a legal exploratory study using the library method, this study aims to highlight some of the humane principles that should inform a framework for the industry. The author made an attempt to trace back these humane principles to the primary and secondary sources of Islamic jurisprudence. In addition, the author has attempted to focus on the specific legal differences between Islamic and civil law in terms of insolvency. The outcome of this study emphasizes the need for policy makers to focus on both the substantive, and procedural rules of Islamic Banking and Finance. It further highlights that Islamic financial instruments need to properly be geared towards dealing with default or default-like situations and that community resources need to be channeled towards the development of dispute resolution mechanisms
MATAN HADIS CRITICISM METHODOLOGY Comparative Analysis between Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail and Muḥammad Al-GazÄliy
Abstract. Tracing the history of hadith is a common thing to be studied and carried out by various academic circles. However, along with the dynamics, which are quite dynamic, there have been problems, including Islamic thought and even orientalist thinking to examine the hadith texts of the Prophet Muhammad, which is growing rapidly, especially in the study of hadith studies. There are two main aspects of the foundation in hadith research, namely, authentic and skeptical. The term becomes the result of the conclusion when the hadith has been carried out in terms of the quality of the sanad, matan, and rawi. However, understanding the hadith does not revolve around understanding the content and substance of the hadith. How Islamic thinkers try to reconstruct the methodology in understanding the criticism of hadith so that the hadiths achieved are accurate and maintain traditions from errors and falsehoods. This paper explores the ideas of Muhammad Syhudi and Muhammad al-Ghazaliy in theory development (Matan Hadith Criticism Methodology). Then the author tries to prove and support the development of the study of hadith studies, especially academics conducting hadith research.Tracing the history of hadith is a common thing to be studied and carried out by various academic circles. Estimating Passenger Car Equivalent Factors for Heterogeneous Traffic Using Occupancy-Density Linear Regression Model
A variety of methods have been proposed in the existing literature for the estimation of passenger car equivalent (PCE) factors. These methods are based on the comparison of selected attributes of different vehicles. This research, for the first time, utilizes the basic notion of the linear relationship between road area occupancy and density for the estimation of PCE factors for different vehicle types in heterogeneous traffic. Aerial photographs obtained from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) were analyzed to estimate the road area occupancy and the number of vehicles classified in seven selected groups. A linear least-squares regression model was developed between road area occupancy and classified vehicle count. The coefficients of the occupancy-density linear regression model were used to estimate PCE and motorcycle equivalent (MCE) factors. The comparison of the estimated set of PCE values with the values reported in the literature shows that PCE factors estimated using the proposed method are reasonable and produce a better occupancy-density relationship than the other studies. In comparison with the existing methods that rely on lane-based measurements, the proposed method is well suited for traffic with weak/no lane discipline, as it considers the entire road width and the dynamics of lateral movement of different types of vehicles. The proposed method does not need extensive traffic data of speeds, headways, flow rates, and so forth, and is applicable on aerial photographs obtained from other sources, such as satellites.Funding
