    The IT services at PSP Pusri Building are equipped with adequate internet network facilities. However, the distribution of bandwidth across the network is uneven, which leads to bandwidth contention among users and consequently slows down internet connections. This issue arises due to the absence of specific upload and download limits for each room, which affects network stability. Managing upload and download speeds is crucial for efficient data transmission, and bandwidth management is needed to address this problem. This study employs an action research methodology, which includes the stages of Diagnosis, Action Planning, Action Taking, Evaluating, and Specifying Learning. The research focuses on improving network performance by implementing bandwidth management. The Per Connection Queue (PCQ) tree and queue techniques are applied to organize data flow based on priority, ensuring better distribution of bandwidth across all rooms. The results of simulations conducted during the bandwidth management application show significant improvement. The implementation effectively reduces the congestion issues in each room by providing an equal distribution of bandwidth. By using these management techniques, the IT services in the PSP Pusri Building can ensure a more stable and efficient network, improving the overall internet experience for users. This approach not only resolves existing bandwidth issues but also serves as a model for future network improvements. The study highlights the importance of careful bandwidth management in maintaining optimal network performance, especially in environments with multiple users and varying data demands.Gedung Layanan TI PSP Pusri memiliki fasilitas jaringan internet yang cukup memadai, namun pada jaringan tersebut pembagian bandwidth kurang teratur atau belum ada pemerataan bandwidth ke semua ruangan. Hal ini akan menyebabkan terjadinya perebutan antar pengguna dan menyebabkan koneksi internet menjadi lambat, karena tidak adanya batasan upload dan batasan download di setiap ruangan. Ketidakstabilan jaringan dalam hal kecepatan upload dan download sangat penting agar dapat memperlancar pengiriman data, maka diperlukan manajemen bandwidth untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode action research dengan tahapan Diagnosis, Perencanaan Tindakan, Pengambilan Tindakan, Mengevaluasi, Menentukan Pembelajaran: Menganalisis hasil untuk perbaikan di masa yang akan datang.     This study evaluates user experience (UX) on the South Sumatra Province Goods and Services Procurement Bureau (PBJ) website using Jakob Nielsen’s Heuristic Evaluation to identify usability barriers affecting e-government transparency and accountability. As public procurement increasingly relies on digital platforms, preliminary assessments revealed critical issues including unintuitive navigation, limited system feedback, and inadequate user guidance that risk undermining public trust. The evaluation employed a 30-item Likert-scale questionnaire aligned with ten heuristic principles and was conducted by expert evaluators. The results show an overall usability index of 81, classified as excellent, with strong performance in consistency and standards (92 percent) and aesthetic and minimalist design (88 percent). Nevertheless, lower scores emerged in help and documentation (69 percent) and error prevention (78 percent), indicating priority areas for improvement. The findings confirm that usability heuristics function as governance enablers rather than purely technical attributes. Improved visibility of system status and effective error recovery mechanisms enhance procurement oversight and are associated with a 20 to 30 percent reduction in vendor drop-off rates. Contextual tooltips and guidance further strengthen accountability in high-value public tenders. The study recommends simplifying navigation structures, strengthening form validation, and implementing searchable frequently asked questions for sustainable provincial e-government implementation initiatives.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada situs web Badan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan metode evaluasi heuristik. Dalam konteks layanan publik yang semakin bergantung pada teknologi informasi, pentingnya situs web yang efektif dan ramah pengguna semakin jelas. Metode evaluasi heuristik dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk secara sistematis mengidentifikasi masalah usability melalui prinsip-prinsip desain yang teruji. Hasil evaluasi mengungkapkan beberapa masalah kritis dalam pengalaman pengguna, termasuk navigasi yang tidak intuitif, informasi yang terbatas, dan desain visual yang kurang menarik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi dan layanan yang mereka butuhkan.     Implementation of Hardening for Optimization of Wireless Local Area Network Security

    Computer networks use two main methods for data transmission, namely wired and wireless networks or what is known as a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). In WLAN networks, the security standard usually used is the WiFi Protected Access 2 Pre-Shared Key or WPA2-PSK protocol, which utilizes SSID and password. Despite using security mechanisms such as WPA2-PSK, criminal activities such as intrusion into the network still occur. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the network security system to ensure that the WLAN network is more secure and can minimize potential risks to users.  This study aims to improve and optimize the WLAN network security system through vulnerability scanning using the Nessus tool to test the level of security on the WLAN network and the application of hardening methods to strengthen and disguise vulnerabilities on the WLAN network, which includes various security techniques such as applying raw firewalls and firewall filters, limiting ports and services used and disabling services that are not needed to minimize vulnerabilities, disabling the Mikrotik neighbor discovery protocol service on the router, and implementing port knocking as an additional layer of security. The results of the study show that applying vulnerability scanning techniques and hardening methods can help minimize the level of risk of vulnerabilities found and make the resilience of the WLAN network more optimal so as to avoid potential intrusions and threats of attacks

    Geothermal Power Plants produce electricity energy from geothermal sources found in geothermal wells. Inside the geothermal well there is H2S content which is a toxic gas that can cause death to humans when human exposed the H2S content for 500-700 ppm within 30-60 minutes. Based on several literacies, in this research, H2S sensor type MQ-136 was used to monitoring H2S content in the geothermal environment. The Internet of Things system is used to read data parameters as a tool to display PPM values on the LCD of the transmitter and receiver device, as well as Adafruit IO website for reading parameter sensor data.. To transmit data from the transmitter to the receiver, Lora Ra-01 AI Thinker is used. The focus of this research is to be able to remotely monitor H2S content through the Adafruit IO website, the highest data was read is 0.54 ppm and the lowest at 0 ppm. This equipment will give "BHY" signal on the LCD display on the transmitter and from the Adafruit IO website it will send a notification "hazard of high ppm H2S" to mobile phones who installed IFTTT application if the H2S concentration was read for 10 ppm or higher, so that workers avoid being exposed to high concentrations of H2S when they want to monitor the parameters in the Geothermal well area.Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi menghasilkan energi listrik yang bersumber dari panas bumi yang terdapat pada sumur geothermal. Di dalam sumur geothermal terdapat kandungan H2S yang merupakan gas beracun yang dapat menyebabkan kematian kepada manusia apabila terkena paparan konsentrasi H2S 500-700 ppm dalam waktu 30-60 menit. Berdasarkan beberapa literasi, pada penelitian ini digunakan sensor H2S type MQ-136 untuk memonitor kadar H2S yang ada di lingkungan Geothermal. Untuk parameter pembacaan data sensor MQ-136 digunakan sistem Internet of Things sebagai alat untuk menampilkan nilai PPM pada LCD di transmitter dan receiver, serta pada website Adafruit IO. Untuk Menyalurkan data dari transmitter ke receiver digunakan Lora Ra-01 AI Thinker. Fokus penelitian ini adalah dapat melakukan monitoring kandungan H2S di lokal dari jarak jauh melalui website Adafruit IO, untuk data tertinggi yang terbaca yaitu 0,54 ppm dan yang terendah di 0 ppm. Selain itu juga alat akan memberikan sinyal “BHY” pada tampilan LCD di transmitter serta dari website Adafruit IO akan mengirimkan notifikasi “bahaya ppm H2S tinggi” pada handphone yang telah teinstal aplikasi IFFT apabila konsentrasi H2S yang terbaca sebesar 10 ppm atau lebih, sehingga pekerja terhindar terpapar H2S dalam kadar yang tinggi ketika hendak memonitor parameter di area sumur Geothermal

    Cyber crime merupakan tindak kejahatan yang terjadi di dunia maya, yang mana salah satu cyber crime paling marak terjadi adalah cyberbullying pada remaja. Adapun dari hasil survei diperoleh bahwa terdapat 2 pesan instan dari media sosial yang paling sering digunakan, yaitu Facebook Messenger dan Whatsapp. Oleh sebab itu, cyber crime juga kemungkinan besar terjadi pada kedua pesan instan tersebut karena penggunanya sangat dominan. Melihat perkembangan IoT yang mempengaruhi setiap kegiatan melalui komunikasi di dunia maya, maka bukti digital dari pesan instan di media sosial saat ini telah menjadi bukti yang valid dalam mengungkap berbagai persoalan, salah satunya cyberbullying. Akan tetapi, tindak kejahatan akan sulit diungkap jika bukti digital tersebut terhapus atau sengaja dihapus. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian dengan Metode Action Research ini, penulis melakukan proses Digital Forensik untuk mengungkap bukti cyberbullying dari Facebook Messenger dan Whatsapp. Dalam hal ini, cyberbullying hanyalah contoh kecil dari sekian banyak cyber crime yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, proses Digital Foresik ini dapat diterapkan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai jenis cyber crime lainnya.     Network optimization is one of the important aspects that aims to improve the performance, efficiency and reliability of network systems and security on the network, but if the optimization is not carried out effectively it will pose a security threat to the network, one of the real threats is DdoS Attack, DdoS attack is a dangerous attack because this attack can paralyze the network server,  Therefore, optimization needs to be carried out in the KP Room in order to avoid the threat of DdoS attacks, so the initial stage of this research will test the network to find out how optimal the network is in the KP room so that optimization is needed. The research method used is NSIT, which includes collection, examination, analysis, and reporting, the results after the research is carried out where, on the network in the kp room after testing at the examination stage and then by identifying the test results, it can be concluded that the network is not optimal enough against DdoS attacks and connection type attacks which, The optimization step taken is to apply a Tarpit firewall on the router. The implementation of Tarpit Firewall successfully overcomes DdoS attacks by slowing down incoming connections and stopping attacks, thereby improving network security from Port Scanning, DDoS, and Brute force attacks.Optimasi jaringan merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, efisiensi dan keandalan sistem jaringan dan keamanan pada jaringan, namun jika optimasi tidak dilakukan secara efektif maka akan menimbulkan ancaman keamanan bagi jaringan, salah satu ancaman nyata adalah Serangan DdoS, serangan DdoS merupakan serangan berbahaya karena serangan ini dapat melumpuhkan server jaringan, Oleh karena itu, optimasi perlu dilakukan di Ruang KP agar terhindar dari ancaman serangan DdoS, sehingga tahap awal penelitian ini akan menguji jaringan untuk mengetahui seberapa optimal jaringan di ruang KP sehingga diperlukan optimalisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah NSIT, yang meliputi pengumpulan, pemeriksaan, analisis, dan pelaporan, hasil setelah penelitian dilakukan dimana, pada jaringan di ruang kp setelah pengujian pada tahap pemeriksaan dan kemudian dengan mengidentifikasi hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jaringan tersebut tidak cukup optimal terhadap serangan DdoS dan serangan jenis koneksi yang, Langkah optimasi yang diambil adalah menerapkan firewall Tarpit pada router .     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
