Evaluation Study On Teacher Competency Physical Education, Sports And Health (PJOK) In Pesawaran District
Based on observations so far, physical education and sports teachers in Lampung in the implementation of their learning have not been effective(Hermawan, 2020), is no exception, of course, in Pesawaran Regency. This study aims to obtain a general description of the competence of physical education and sports teachers in Pesawaran Regency, including pedagogic, professional, personality, and social competencies.Method research used is survey method with qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this research isall PJOK teachers (SD, SMP and SMA/SMK) in Pesawaran Regency, as many as 136 people. Data collection techniques using instrumentsobservations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis usingqualitative descriptive analysis approach through triangulation, and the results of the study can be concluded namely (1) The profile of PJOK teachers in Pesawaran is generally still relatively productive, which is in the range of 31-35 years, namely 37 people (27.21%) and in the age range 41-45 years, namely 36 people (26.47%)especially for elementary school teachers, (2) the pedagogical competence of teachers is in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, namely being able to (a) understand students, (b) make learning designs, (c) carry out conducive learning, and (d) design and carry out evaluations of learning outcomes on an ongoing basis, (3) In terms of personality competencies, teachers have behaviors that can be imitated by students, (4). In terms of social competence, the teachers are able to communicate and interact effectively with various parties, and (5) In terms of professional competition, most of the teachers have obtained certification, namely 94 people (65.12%)

Terjadinya keretakan yang dialami oleh tongkang B. G. Rahmat Jaya
II pengangkut semen dan batu bara adalah kejadian yang tidak sering
terjadi. Apalagi tongkang yang baru saja beroperasi.Hal inilah yang
membuat penulis tergerak untuk menyelidiki kejadian tersebut dengan
pendekatan akademis.
Keretakan yang terjadi di daerah Stanchion Bracket pada midship
tongkang menjadikan hal menarik untuk dibahas dalam tugas akhir ini.
Pembahasan kekuatan memanjang tongkang dengan variasi distribusi
muatan dan perkiraan fatique life yang terjadi mengakibatkan pendekatan -
pendekatan yang dilakukan akan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan
teori akademis yang ada.

Analisis Perancangan Jig Machining Base Crankshaft Pulley Puller pada Mesin CNC Milling dengan Metode FMEA dan FTA di PT. XYZ
“PT.XYZ operates in the manufacturing industry, including the production of jigs. Currently, there is an issue in the manufacturing process of the base Crankshaft pulley puller owned by PT.AHM on a CNC milling machine. The research aims to identify the types and causes of failures during production, as well as to provide recommendations for improvement and the design of machining jigs to PT.XYZ in order to eliminate failure rates, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.Data processing methods used include Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) supported by Pareto diagrams. The analysis results reveal several types of failures, with the highest Residual Risk Priority Number (RPN) being 384 for the first failure, followed by 360 for the second failure, 336 for the third failure, 294 for the fourth failure, and 240 for the fifth failure.The proposed improvement involves creating a jig with a clamping system using SCHUNK VERO-S and adding to its cavity. The results of the proposed improvement show better outcomes in terms of maintaining product quality and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.”PT.XYZ bergerak dibidang manufaktur dengan salah satunya adalah pembuatan jig. Saat ini, terjadi masalah dalam proses manufaktur base chrankshaft pulley puller milik PT.AHM dimesin CNC milling.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan penyebab kegagalan saat produksi, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dan desain jig machining kepada PT.XYZ untuk menghilangkan tingkat kegagalan, meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis dan Fault Tree Analysis yang didukung dengan diagram pareto. Hasil analisis menunjukkan beberapa jenis kegagalan dan nilai Residual Risk Priority Number (RPN) dari yang tertinggi yaitu kegagalan pertama nilai RPNnya 384. kegagalan kedua nilai RPNnya 360,kegagalan ketiga nilai RPNnya 336,kegagalan keempat nilai RPNnya 294 dan kegagalan kelima nilai RPNnya 240. Usulan perbaikan membuat jig dengan clamping system menggunakan SCHUNK VERO-S dan menambah cavitynya. Hasil dari usulan perbaikan lebih baik dari segi menjaga kualitas produk dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas
Impacts of Land-Use Change on Runoff Oyo Downstream Sub-Watershed, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta
Land use changes from year to year have a significant impact on several flood disasters in the Oyo Downstream River. The purpose of this study was to calculate the amount of surface runoff in the Oyo Downstream Sub-watershed. Runoff discharge can be approximated using an empirical equation, namely by using the rational method. The amount of Runoff in the Oyo Downstream Sub-watershed is determined based on rainfall data for the last 10 years, topographic conditions and land cover conditions in the Sub-watershed area. Based on Google satellite aerial photo images in 2007, 2010, and 2022, changes in land use in the Oyo Downstream Sub-watershed can be seen. The land cover type classification process uses the supervised periodic satellite imagery method, where the results of the classification of each type of land use can be seen in the percentage of land use changes. Based on the results of satellite image analysis, there has been a significant reduction in the area of land cover in forests and trees, namely 28.4% from 2007 to 2023. In contrast to settlements and open land which experienced an increase of 40% and 60% respectively. The results of the calculation of direct runoff discharge in each land cover condition show that there was an increase of 11% from 2007 to 2010, and an increase of 15% from 2010 to 2022. This condition causes flooding in several locations in the Oyo Downstream Sub-Watershed area due to overflowing rivers during the rainy season. In addition, several locations also experience inundation due to poor drainage systems causing rainwater runoff to not be able to flow into the water body/river area
Upaya Mitigasi Meningkatkan Kapasitas Bangunan Terhadap Ancaman Bencana Tanah Longsor di Kalirejo, Kokap, Kulonprogo
Pre-Disaster Mitigation is carried out to reduce casualties and material casualties when a landslide occurs. Research on the analysis of the potential for landslides in the Kalirejo area using various methods has been carried out, so further research will be carried out on the analysis of building non-conformity measures based on the evaluation of typical simple walls. Evaluation actions are needed for strengthening, restoring or relocating buildings in landslide-prone areas, so that the government will provide recommendations for strengthening and building restoration activities in accordance with the evaluation form. The method used was to distribute closed and open questionnaires to analyze the actions to be taken if the existing buildings were not in accordance with the standards. The conclusion obtained is that 45% of the reinforcement activities can be carried out. There were 22 buildings that could not be strengthened so they were left as they were. For repaired activities, it was found that there were 5 building conditions that could not be returned or around 12.5% of the building conditions that were left as they were. For the condition of the building that can be repaired by 87.5% of the condition of the building.Mitigasi Pra-Bencana dilakukan untuk mengurangi korban jiwa maupun korban materil saat bencana tanah longsor datang. Penelitian tentang analisis potensi longsor pada daerah Kalirejo dengan berbagai metode sudah dilaksanakan, maka selanjutnya akan dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis tindakan ketidasesuaian bangunan berdasarkan formulir evaluasi bangunan sederhana tipikal tembokan. Tindakan evaluasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan perkuatan, restorasi atau relokasi bangunan pada daerah rawan longsor, sehingga pemerintah akan mendapatkan rekomendasi kegiatan perkuatan dan restorasi bangunan sesuai dengan formulir evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner gabungan untuk menganalisis tindakan peningkatan kapasitas bangunan. Obyek yang diteliti adalah 144 bangunan sederhana di Kalirejo yang diidentifikasi kerusakan bangunanannya dan dijadikan bahan pembuatan kuisioner. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah 30,38% tindakan dibiarkan sesuai eksisting, 20,25% tindakan peningkatan kapasitas berupa melakukan perkuatan, dan 45,57% tindakan peningkatan kapasitas berupa melakukan perbaikan
