This research was conducted with the aim of knowing accountability and transparency in the management of BOS funds. The benefit of this research is to find out whether MI Roudlotus Salam has applied the principles of accountability and transparency in the management of BOS funds. This research was conducted at MI Roudlotus Salam. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method where data collection uses interview, observation, and document study techniques. In this study, the author interviewed several speakers, namely: Head of Madrasah, Treasurer and Administrative Staff. The results showed that the application of accountability and transparency in the management of BOS funds had run quite well, amounting to 72.2%, namely the existence of RKAS in the implementation of BOS funds, the conformity of rules and technical guidelines for the use and implementation of BOS funds with their realization, and the implementation of reporting and accountability of BOS funds to madrasas, cities / district central government funds. This fact shows that madrasas have carried out the process of managing BOS funds in accordance with government regulations or technical instructions in managing them. The results of the research show that there are differences between the character of the female detective Enola in the movie Enola Holmes 2022 and also the male detective Sherlock in the movie Sherlock Holmes 2009 presented by the author, the form of public acceptance of the figures of the two detectives is also different, the environment and culture in the Victorian era were very strong of patriarchy, so there are differences between the way society views and treats women and men, especially in the work environment

    INDONESIA: Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kualitas pendidikan. Apabila pandidikan dilihat sebagai suatu sistem maka faktor yang turut mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan tersebut, meliputi: (1) input mentah atau siswa, (2) lingkungan instruksional, (3) proses pendidikan, dan (4) keluaran pendidikan. Dalam proses pendidikan, sebenarnya di dalamnya tidak hanya ditentukan oleh motivasi belajar dan keaktifan siswa, akan tetapi kreatifitas guru juga menentukan tingkat keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu pelajaran dasar yang diajarkan disekolah adalah berhitung atau matematika. Matematika merupakan salah satu momok yang menakutkan bagi siswa. Bayangan sulitnya menghitung dan menghafal rumus-rumus yang rumit. Matematika yang diperoleh di jenjang bawah menjadi landasan untuk belajar matematika di jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Umumnya, siswa kurang menyukai mata pelajaran tersebut karena sulitnya memahami soal, kurangnya penjelasan dari guru, dan kegiatan pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang menarik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas, peneliti berinisiatif untuk melakukan analisis faktor yang paling mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitan ini dilaksanakan di MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol, karena hasil dari observasi dan analisis menunjukkan sebagian besar siswa mengatakan bahwa matematika itu sulit dan tidak menyenangkan namun mereka mendapatkan nilai yang bagus. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan ini yaitu meliputi: 1) Untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru matematika MI kelas 2 Sekecamatan Gempol. 2) Untuk mengetahui keaktifan siswa MI kelas 2 Sekecamatan Gempol dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dikelas. 3) Untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa MI kelas 2 Sekecamatan Gempol. 4) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar Matematika siswa MI kelas 2 Sekecamatan Gempol. 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kreatifitas guru, keaktifan dan motivasi siswa terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa MI kelas 2 Sekecamatan Gempol. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif analisis, dimana dalam penelitian ini untuk memahami permasalahan yang diteliti melalui penafsiran data ke dalam bentuk data pengaruh dan yang mempengaruhi, yang selanjutnya mencarikan jalan pemecahannya yang diulas menggunakan rumus statistik untuk menerima atau menolak hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah siswa MI kelas 2 Sekecamatan Gempol yang terdiri dari 19 sekolah. Dari 19 sekolah tesebut peneliti mengambil sampel 5 sekolah yang terdiri dari 187 siswa berdasarkan sekolah yang memiliki mutu sekolah bagus, sedang dan rendah yang dilihat dari banyaknya jumlah siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreativitas guru matematika MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol masuk dalam kategori baik karena dari hasil jawaban lembar penilaian yang telah disebarkan menunjukkan sebanyak 66.6% responden yang memberikan jawaban “sering”. Keaktifan siswa MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dikelas adalah baik karena dari hasil jawaban lembar penilaian yang telah disebar menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 55.3% responden yang memberikan jawaban “sering”. Tingkat motivasi belajar matematika siswa MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol adalah tinggi karena dari hasil jawaban lembar penilaian yang telah disebarkan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 62.2% responden yang memberikan jawaban “sering”. Hasil belajar matematika siswa MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik karena semua siswa mempunyai nilai diatas 75. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kreativitas guru, keaktifan dan motivasi siswa terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol. Kreativitas guru memiliki nilai Fhitung sebesar 2,981, keaktifan siswa yaitu sebesar 2,705 dan motivasi siswa memiliki nilai Fhitung sebesar 4,530. Ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kreativitas, keaktifan dan motivasi siswa akan meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa MI kelas 2 sekecamatan Gempol. ENGLISH: Many factors influence the degree of education quality. If education is seen as a system, the factors influencing the quality of education are: (1) raw input or students, (2) instructional environment, (3) education process, and (4) education output. The successful education process is not only determined by student’s learning motivation and activeness, but also teacher’s creativity to determine successful rate of learning process at school. A basic learning which is taught at school is counting or mathematic. Indeed, mathematic is a ghost-like spooky thing for students. Calculating and memorizing the complex formula are always crossing their mind when they talk about mathematic. The fundamental level of mathematic, however, is important to be a base for learning mathematic in higher level of education. Unfortunately, students do not so like this lesson because of the confuse they experience in understanding exercise, lack of explanation by teachers, and monotonous or less attractive learning activity. Taking this problem into account, the author takes an initiative to do analysis over the factors influencing the learning result of mathematic. Research is conducted on Grade 2 Students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict because the preliminary result of observation and analysis shows that most students recognize mathematic as difficult and unpleasant but students have good mark on mathematic. The objectives of research are: (1) to understand the creativity of mathematic teachers for Grade 2 of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict, (2) to acknowledge the activeness of Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict in attending the classroom learning, (3) to figure out the learning motivation rate of Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict, (4) to find out the learning result of mathematic of Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict, and (5) to comprehend the effect of teacher’s creativity and student’s activeness and motivation on the improvement of learning result of mathematic among Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict. Research type is quantitative. The quantitative research is characterized by analytical descriptive, meaning that this research attempts to understand the research problem through the interpretation of data into the form of influential data which may be used to look for the solution of problem such as the search for a statistic formula to accept or to reject hypothesis. The population of research is Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict, which the total is 19 schools. Of 19 schools, the author takes the sample of 5 schools. Each school has 187 students. It is classified by quality into good, moderate and low qualities of school based on the enrollment rate. Based on the result of research and discussion, it is concluded that the creativity of mathematic teacher for Grade 2 of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict is in good category because the result of response in the questionnaire indicates that 66.6% respondents have provided the answer “frequently”. The activeness of Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict in attending the classroom learning is good because the response in questionnaire shows that 55.3 % respondents answer “frequently”. Learning motivation rate for mathematic among Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict is high based on the response of questionnaire that shows that 62.2 % respondents also gives answer “frequently”. Mathematic learning result of Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict is in very good category because all students have grade beyond 75. There is a positive effect between teacher’s creativity and student’s activeness and motivation on the improvement of mathematic learning result among Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict. Teacher’s creativity has F-count of 2.981, while 2.705 for student’s activeness and 4.530 for student’s motivation. It means that the higher creativity, the higher student’s activeness and motivation. It will improve mathematic learning result of Grade 2 students of all Madrasah Ibtidaiyahs in Gempol Subdistrict

    Ancaman Refeodalisasi Ruang Publik di Tengah Pandemik

    This study aims to analyze the condition of public sphere in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Some events that indicate the intervention of state and market in the public sphere such as: repressive actions and aggressive buzzing, legislation that likes to ignore aspirations, journalistic practices that trigger infodemics. By using descriptive analysis methods, it can be illustrated that the public sphere is currently losing its inclusive, egalitarian, and pressure-free. The process of discourse in the public sphere is not deliberative, and the press still prioritizes commercial aspects in reporting. From these findings, it can be concluded that this condition is like what is termed by Habermas as \u27Refeodalization of Public Sphere\u27. The author then hopes that all elements of society can direct efforts to fix the condition of public sphere so that it supports the climate of handling the Covid-19 pandemic better. Keywords: Public Sphere, Refeudalization, Pandemic, Covid-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi ruang publik di tengah pandemik Covid-19. Beberapa peristiwa yang mengindikasikan terjadinya intervensi negara dan pasar di dalam ruang publik diantaranya: aksi yang represif dan dengung yang agresif, legislasi yang hobi abaikan aspirasi, praktik jurnalistik yang memicu infodemik. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, dapat digambarkan bahwa ruang publik saat ini kehilangan sifatnya yang inklusif, egaliter, dan bebas tekanan. Proses diskursus dalam ruang publik tidak deliberatif, dan pers yang masih mengutamakan aspek komersil dalam pemberitaan. Dari temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi ini seperti apa yang diistilahkan Habermas sebagai \u27Refeodalisasi Ruang Publik\u27. Penulis kemudian berharap agar semua elemen masyarakat dapat mengarahkan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kondisi ruang publik sehingga mendukung iklim penanganan pandemik Covid-19 yang lebih baik.     Tafsir Al-Iklil Fī Ma'āni Al-Tanzīl is the work of Misbah Musthofa (1916-1994 ). Written using pegon script with the aim of writing to carry out Islamic law as much as possible and its contents ,the understand the quran and its contents. This interpretation is used as a medium for preaching. Misbah Mustafa wrote Tafsir Al-Iklil Fī Ma'āni Al-Tanzīl for 8 years starting from 1977 to 1985 AD. In his book of commentaries, Misbah Mustafa studies a lot about the phenomena of problems that arise in society. This book consists of 30 volumes, each volume contains 1 juz of Quran. The method used by Misbah Mustafa in writing his tafsir is the tahlili method. The author uses the library method in finding data related to this paper

    DISPARITAS PUTUSAN PENGADILAN AGAMA SLEMAN DALAM PEMBEBANAN NAFKAH ISTRI TERHADAP SUAMI PADA PERKARA CERAI TALAK

    'iddah and mut'ah support is the wife's right as a result of divorce which is imperative and inherent, as regulated in Article 149 letters (a) and (b) of the Compilation of Islamic Law. However, the author found disparities in decisions that occurred in decisions number 436, 1423, 326 and 483 for wives who did not claim their maintenance rights (not nusyuz). So in practice the Judges at the Sleman Religious Court make different decisions. This research wants to further analyze the considerations of the judges in resolving cases based on these decisions. This research is field research (Field Research) with qualitative research methods that are descriptive analytical in nature, the research approach used is empirical juridical with the theory of legal objectives according to Gustav Radbruch. The primary data source used is the decision of the Sleman Religious Court and the secondary data used is legislation which is primary legal material and related works. Data collection techniques in research consist of interviews and documentation, and the framework used in data analysis is the inductive method. The results of this research show that: first, the disparity in judges' decisions is because the judges found different facts in the trial, so the judges gave different decisions. The judge's consideration in decisions number 436 and 1423 in order to obtain justice, is seen from the perspective of the husband's economic capacity, so that with his authority (ex officio right) the husband is charged with 'iddah and mut'ah maintenance, then the wife gets legal protection. The judge did not impose the burden on maintenance in decisions number 326 and 483, because there were several considerations, namely that the husband was not able to be charged with the maintenance and according to the facts at the trial the wife had given up her rights. These four decisions are beneficial, because the judge has provided benefits for all parties and the principle of legal certainty has been achieved, because the legal sources used by the judge are based on formal and material legal sources. Second, the judge's considerations in decisions number 1423, 326 and 483 have realized the 3 aspects of legal objectives put forward by Gustav Radbruch, namely aspects of justice, benefit and certainty. In decision number 436 the judge's consideration applies fairly to the wife but does not yet apply to the husband, because the judge imposes a living burden that exceeds the husband's economic capacity
