Sikap gotong - royong merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang mencerminkan nilai – nilai Pancasila. Pancasila merupakan sistem nilai budaya yang digali dari nilai – nilai luhur budaya bangsa Indonesia sendiri. Selain itu Pancasila menjadi pandangan hidup dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Dalam berbangsa dan bernegara masyarakat harus mengurangi individualis dalam kehidupan dimasyarkat. Semula mempunyai sifat kewajiban timbal balik diantara semua orang – orang yang saling mengenal dan saling membutuhkan sifat timbal balik ini merupakan sifat yang murni, mereka tidak mengakui adanya perbedaan tingkat sosial maupun tingkat ekonomi. Tetapi nilai gotong – royong dilakukan di lingkungan Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Masyarakat Samin memperlihatkan sikap gotong royong yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari – hari seperti barter, tolong – menolong dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari – hari. Adapun Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana nilai gotong-royong yang terdapat Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro? (2) Bagaimana dinamika nilai gotong-royong yang terjadi pada Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro? (3) Apa upaya-upaya pelestarian nilai gotong-royong yang dilakukan oleh Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro?Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menjelaskan nilai gotong-royong yang terdapat Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, (2) Untuk menjelaskan dinamika nilai gotong-royong yang terjadi pada Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, (3) Untuk menjelaskan Apa upaya-upaya pelestarian nilai gotong-royong yang dilakukan oleh Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro.Penelitian mengenai “Dinamika Gotong Royong Dalam Adat Istiadat Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro” ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif desriptif ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian kualitatif . Lokasi penelitian berada di Dusun Jepang Desa Margomulyo Kecamatan Margomulyo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan, peristiwa dan dokumentasi. Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses atau langkah-langkah analisis data dalam penelitian mengggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Pengecekan keabsahan temuan adalah usaha untuk meningkatkan derajat keabsahan data. Terdapat dua langkah untuk meningkatkan derajat keabsahan data yaitu: (1) Ketekunan pengamatan; (2) Triangulasi.Tahap penelitian ada tiga yaitu tahap persiapan penelitian, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap pelaporan. Tahap pra lapangan, tahap pelaksanaan lapangan, tahap penyelesaian.Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, Nilai gotong-royong yang terdapat Masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro: (1) nilai tolong-menolong, (2) nilai kekeluargaan. kegiatan gotong-royong pemasangan paving sangat mencerminkan rasa kebersamaan antar warga Samin yang saling bantu membantu tanpa memikirkan pengeluaran yang mereka keluarkan seperti uang, tenaga, maupun waktu. Untuk Masyarakat Samin yang mampu finansial dengan adanya kegiatan gotong-royong sedikit menghemat biaya pengeluaran seperti membuat rumah, menanam padi, atau acara pernikahan. Dinamika yang ada dimasyarakat Samin Dusun Jepang, mereka sedikit terpengaruh oleh masyarakat lain yang meminta upah dalam bekerja seperti mencangkul di sawah lebih dari tiga hari berturut-turut, sebab kebutahan hidup yang meningkat pada Masyarakat Samin menjadikan uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Upaya-upaya pelestarian nilai gotong – royong yang dilakukan oleh Masyarakat Samin Melestarikan nilai gotong-royong dalam Masyarakat Samin perlu dilakukan agar kegiatan tersebut tidak hilang dengan menamkan nilai kebersamaan dan saling memiliki antar warga Samin. Seseorang yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan gotong-royong dengan sengaja atau menghasut orang untuk tidak melakukan gotong-royong maka akan dikenakan sanksi seperti dikeluarkan dan dikucilkanNilai gotong royong yang terdapat di Masyarakat Samin Dusu Jepang, Desa Margomulyo, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro terdapat perubahan, seperti contoh dahulu masyarakat Samin membajak sawah dengan Lembu secara Gotong-royong namun saat ini sudah banyak yang menggunakan traktor.Masyarakat Samin selalu konsisten untuk melaksanakan dan melestarikan kegiatan gotong-royong yang seiring dengan perkembang zaman. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro diharapkan kegiatan gotong-royong Masyarakat Samin mendapat apresiasi pemerintah karena merupakan kebudayaan masyarakat setempat yang harus diinvestarisasi dan didokumentasi selanjutnya dikaji dan dikembangkan sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi generasi selanjutnya.Kata Kunci : Dinamika, Gotong Royong Dalam Adat Istiadat Masyarakat SaminABSTRACT Daily life - the people of Indonesia emphasizes the value - high social value. Initially have the nature of reciprocal obligations among all people - people who know each other and need each other reciprocal nature of a pure nature, they do not recognize the existence of differences in the level of social and economic levels. But the value of gotong - royong do in the neighborhood Samin community in Japan Hamlet, Village Margomulyo, District Margomulyo, Bojonegoro. Samin community showed an attitude of mutual cooperation were conducted in daily life - a day like barter, please - help in meeting the needs of daily life - today. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1) How is the value of mutual assistance contained in the hamlet Japan Society Samin, Margomulyo Village, District Margomulyo, Bojonegoro? (2) How do the dynamics of mutual assistance, which occurred in the hamlet Samin community in Japan, Margomulyo Village, District Margomulyo, Bojonegoro? (3) What conservation efforts of mutual assistance conducted by the Japan Society Samin in Hamlet, Village Margomulyo, District Margomulyo, Bojonegoro?The purpose of this study are : ( 1 ) To explain the principle of mutual assistance contained Samin community in Hamlet Japan , Village Margomulyo , District Margomulyo , Bojonegoro , ( 2 ) To describe the dynamics of mutual assistance, which occurred in Samin community in Hamlet Japan Village Margomulyo , District Margomulyo , Bojonegoro , ( 3 ) To explain what conservation efforts of mutual assistance conducted by the Japan Society Samin in Hamlet , Village Margomulyo , District Margomulyo , Bojonegoro.Research on "The Dynamics of the Mutual Cooperation In Customs of Japan Society Samin in Hamlet, Village Margomulyo, District Margomulyo, Bojonegoro" uses a qualitative approach. While the kind of research that I use is descriptive qualitative research. Desriptif Qualitative research is part of a qualitative study. The research location is in Japan Hamlet Village Margomulyo Margomulyo District of Bojonegoro. Sources of data in this study is an informant, events and documentation. Data Collection Techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Processes or steps use traditional data analysis data reduction, data presentation and conclusion Checking the validity of the findings is an attempt to increase the degree of validity of the data. There are two steps to increase the degree of validity of the data, namely: (1) Perseverance observation; (2) there are three, namely Triangulasi.Tahap research study preparation phase, the implementation phase, and reporting phase. Pre-stage pitch, field implementation stage, the stage of completion.Research explains that, value mutual assistance contained in the hamlet Japan Society Samin, Margomulyo Village, District Margomulyo, Bojonegoro: (1) the value of mutual help, (2) the value of family. gotong-royong installation of paving strongly reflect a sense of togetherness among the people who help each Samin without thinking that they incur expenses such as money, power, and time. Bojonegoro Regency Government expected gotong-royong activities Samin community gets the government's appreciation for the local culture should be documented diinvestarisasi and further studied and developed that can benefit future generations
Implementasi Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Dalam Mengurangi Prevalensi Stunting di Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regime in West Sumatra Province in reducing the prevalence of stunting in the region. The issue is interesting to study considering that the SDGs as an international regime have intersected and encouraged actors at the sub-state level to actively participate in implementing the regime in their territory. In conducting this research, the author uses 2 (two) concepts, namely the concept of international regime proposed by Donald D. Punchala and Raymond F. Hopkins to identify and confirm the SDGs as an international regime, and the concept of international regime implementation proposed by Merilee S. Grindle and John W. Thomas, to explain the process of implementing the regime both at the state level and at the sub-state level. The method that the author uses in this research is through literature study. Based on the first concept, the author identifies SDGs as an international regime based on 5 (five) indicators, namely: The success of the regime in shaping actors' behavior; The success in creating mechanisms for policy makers; The existence of principles that strengthen; The existence of actors who play a role in it; And can accommodate the interests of the actors involved. Meanwhile, based on the second concept that the author uses, the author finds that the implementation of SDGs to reduce the prevalence of stunting in West Sumatra Province goes through 3 (three) stages, namely policy agenda, arena of conflict, and resources and requirements. Then, based on the implementation process of SDGs as an international regime in the region, it is concluded that there has been an actual change in the form of a decrease in the prevalence of stunting in West Sumatra Province

The towsample teachniques used in setting the sample techniques are the census methodfor the employee population and the purposive sampling methid for the populationgroup of the residents. Types and techniques of data collection consisting ofprimary data was collected using questionnaire list and interview techniques andsecondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysistechnique used is using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis techniquethe researcher assessed and concluded that the implementation of socialdevelopment in the nursing home of the tresna werdha khusnul khotimah in RiauProvince was at a fairly good assessment interval. Means that the implementationof social coaching in nursing homes in the midst of the residents of khusnulkhotimah Riau province is still not maximal the prayer times when the elderlycongregation is lacking follow it
