Design of New Student Registration Information System at MTsN 4 Kab. Lima Puluh Kota Android Based Cities
There are still not many SMP/MTs/Equivalents in Indonesia holding online New Student Admissions, one example being MTsN 4 Kab. Lima Puluh Kota under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion Kab. Lima Puluh Kota. During manual PPDB at MTsN 4 Kab. Lima Puluh Kota there are several obstacles both experienced by the school, prospective students and parents, both in terms of administration or information at the time of PPDB implementation. Another problem that arises is the distance of the radius and distance of students who will register to school; from the data, the authors found that the radius and the furthest distance traveled by students was ± 18-20. It is the author's background in designing an Android-based PPDB information system using the 4D version of the R&D method with the SDLC waterfall system development model. The programming language used is PHP language assisted with MySQL database. From the product test that the author did, the results obtained: the validity test was carried out by filling out a questionnaire that referred to the Aiken's V statistical formula, namely 0.80 Valid criteria addressed to 3 lecturers, the practicality test was carried out by filling out a questionnaire which was analyzed with a percentage per rhythm, namely 93 ,33 Very Practical criteria aimed at 3 teachers and the effectiveness test is carried out by filling out a questionnaire that refers to the statistical moment kappa formula, namely 0.91 Very Effective criteria addressed to 15 students.</p
Penerapan K-Means dalam Efektivitas Pembelajaran E-Learning pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
AbstractThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of e-learning learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, after the government made a decision by implementing a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) system where all activities were home, one of which was in the field of education, precisely after the covid-19 virus was declared entry In Indonesia, learning activities in schools have been transformed into home-based and online learning programs. This was implemented in order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 Virus so that it would not spread throughout society. The problem that arises is that the online learning process with several methods is not effective to do, this condition is that there is unrest in the community so that there are pros and cons, where the cons are many students who feel overwhelmed by this online learning, while the pros feel that the steps what the government does is very precise. Online learning that students use in this study is learning that utilizes online media such as Google Classroom. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Sukabumi who were taught using the online method. In this study, the K-Means Algorithm is used to help cluster which students are pro with E-learning and students who do not support E-learning. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires / questionnaires using Google Form. The results obtained from research conducted on 639 students of MAN 1 Sukabumi using 4 clusters resulted in C1 38%, C2 46%, C3 13% and C4 3%.Keywords : K-Means, E-learning, Covid-19Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran E-learning pada masa pandemi Covid-19, setelah pemerintah mengambil keputusan dengan menerapkan sistem Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dimana seluruh aktivitas dirumahkan salah satunya dibidang pendidikan. Tepatnya setelah virus Covid-19 dinyatakan masuk ke Indonesia, aktivitas pembelajaran di sekolah dialihkan menjadi program belajar dirumah dan berbasis daring. Hal ini diberlakukan dalam rangka menghambat penyebaran virus Covid-19 agar tidak tersebar keseluruh masayarakat. Masalah yang timbul ialah proses pembelajaran daring dengan beberapa metode tidak efektif untuk dilakukan, kondisi ini ialah terjadi keresahan di masyarakat sehingga terjadi pro dan kontra, dimana sisi yang kontra terdapat banyaknya siswa yang merasa terbebani dengan adanya pembelajaran online ini, sedangkan yang pro merasa bahwa langkah yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah ini sangat tepat. Pembelajaran daring yang digunakan siswa dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan media online seperti Google Classroom. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh peserta didik MAN 1 Sukabumi yang diajar menggunakan metode daring. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Algoritma K-Means membantu dalam melakukan cluster terhadap siswa mana saja yang pro dengan adanya pembelajaran E-learning dan siswa yang tidak mendukung terhadap adanya pembelajaran E-learning. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang dilakukan kepada 639 siswa MAN 1 Sukabumi dengan menggunakan 4 cluster menghasilkan C1 38%, C2 46%, C3 13% dan C4 3%.Kata Kunci : K-Means, E-learning, Covid-1
