    Implementing Picture Cards to Improve the Ability in Writing Descriptive Texts of Seventh Graders at SMP Negeri 13Malang

Pd., M.A.   Key words: picture cards, descriptive texts, writing ability One of skills that students must learn is writing. Writing is a process to transform the ideas into sentences. One of the most crucial problems in writing is the difficulties in developing the students’ idea into sentences. Those problems occur because the students cannot associate their idea with a good vocabulary. One of  the media which can be used in teaching learning process in descriptive writing is using picture card. Pictures have some benefits such as giving true, concrete, and realistic concept. This study is conducted to improve the ability in writing descriptive texts of seventh graders at SMP Negeri 13 Malang using picture cards. This study is conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the research design. The subjects of this study wereseventh graders in class VIIE. The number of the students was 30 students. This research was done in one cycle. The data was obtained from the mean score of higher group, middle group, and lower group in meeting two and four.             The result of preliminary study showed that 90% of the students failed to meet the minimum standard score (KKM). The target score was set in 70 and 76 for the higher, middle, and lower group in meeting two and four.  The result of task 2 wasthat the higher group got 82, the middle group got 86, and the lower group got 77. In task 4 the higher group got 83, the middle group got 85, and the lower group got 83. It means that the criteria of success got achieved. Thus, the result of this study showed that the ability in writing descriptive text by the students can be improved.The students show improvement in developing ideas. Also, the strategy can improve students’ writing skill, especially in writing descriptive text. To other researchers, this research can be a reference in making research study. The researcher knows about the manner to teach in the classroom directly and can develop creation for other methods. For the teachers, they might adapt or use picture cards to be implemented in their classroom based on their students’ need.     Lampu lalu lintas dengan dua catu daya sangat berguna ketika terjadi pemadaman listrik. Lampu lalu lintas ini memiliki catu daya yang berasal dari PLN dan dari battery. Dalam keadaan normal, yaitu tidak terjadi pemadaman listrik, maka lampu lalu lintas akan mendapatkan sumber tegangan dari PLN. Namun ketika terjadi pemadaman listrik, maka lampu lalu lintas akan mendapatkan sumber tegangan dari battery. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah rangkaian selektor yang dapat mengalihkan jalur catu daya ketika terjadi pemadaman listrik. Rangkaian selektor yang digunakan adalah sebuah relay. Battery yang digunakan untuk memberikan sumber tegangan ke lampu lalu lintas, lama kelamaan akan melemah, karena itu digunakan rangkaian untuk mencharge battery. Rangkaian ini akan mencharge battery ketika battery lemah dan rangkaian ini secara otomatis akan berhenti mengisi arus ke battery ketika battery sudah penuh. Untuk dapat mendeteksi kondisi battery apakah dalam keadaan lemah atau penuh, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sensor tegangan. Sensor tegangan yang digunakan adalah Analog to Digital Converter (ADC)

    As digital finance rapidly evolves in Industry 5.0, organizations truly require a project management approach. It should effectively balance technological innovation with sustainability objectives. In response to this critical need, the present study introduces a new framework. This positions Green Financial Technology (Green FinTech) and Green Inclusion as pivotal. This helps in strengthening the financial resilience of small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Deli Serdang, Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach. It draws on Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), a quite advanced statistical tool. The data set? One thousand SMEs. The outcomes do suggest the core role of Green FinTech is quite undeniable. Notably, it widens access to digital financial services for all parties concerned. It may also improve the productivity of business operations. I find the increased use of environmentally conscious innovations fascinating too. Although Green Inclusion is showing a more subdued influence; its contribution remains really rather meaningful. It meaningfully expands the scope of equitable financing possibilities for many. Taken as a whole, these ingredients reveal digital metamorphosis executed with project initiatives can boost lasting financial gains and nurture an economic ecosystem that is more accepting. This empirical substantiation of that framework provides a notable insight to project management scholarship, yes it does. Digital finance, sustainability-centered inclusion and SME resilience link quite easily in this way, quite easily indeed. Further it presents important directives for policy experts or any other people and project chiefs, involved with newly established market contexts

    AbstrakProses penerimaan pegawai baru yaitu harus sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan.Untuk membantu dalam menseleksi penentuan seseorang yang layak menjadi pegawai, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu menggunakan FMADM (Fuzzy Multiple Addective Decission Making). Dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Addictive Weighted) yaitu mencari alternatif terbaik dari beberapa alternatif. Dimana alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode ini dipilih karna mampu memilih alternatif terbaik yaitu pelamar terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang dimasukkan, kemudian mencari nilai bobot dari setiap atribut, setelah proses mencari perangkingan untuk mendapatkan alternatif terbaik yaitu Pegawai baru.Kata kunci— Sistem pendukung Keputusan, FMADM, metode SAW, Kriteria

Virtually all the serving dishes found in cuisines that contain chilli although only slightly. Community needs for chili plants increases, along with the increasing growth of the community and increased social welfare. Although the need for chili plants increased, but not accompanied by increased production. As for the cause it can happen because ofpests, plant diseases, and less extension of the government. Artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence is a part of computer science that make the machine (computer) can do the job and as good as that done by humans. Intelligent systems (intelligent system) system wasbuilt using artificial intelligence techniques. One studied in artificial intelligence is the theory of certainty by using the theory of Certainty Factor (CF).     Literature review: differential learning to improve student mathematical literacy

    In the age of differential learning today, good mathematical literacy is required. Teachers need to understand how to apply effective differential learning and how to monitor students' mathematical literacy during the learning process. This literature review aims to get an idea of how the effectiveness of learning differentiates against the mathematical literacy of students. A literature review was done by collecting various other research articles from 2020 to 2024 using Google Scholar. The author obtained 13 articles using the search keyword "differentiated learning" and 63 articles using the search term "mathematical literature". From the articles obtained through the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method, which consists of four stages, namely identification, screening, and eligibility, and included, 11 articles were derived that match the purposes of the literature review. Based on the analysis of the review literature, the authors concluded that differentiation approaches could be integrated into learning models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Discovery Learning, and Project Based Learning (PjBL) by considering student learning styles and needs. In differential learning, the use of learning models in the classroom has proved to have a significant impact on students' mathematical literacy.

Adapun tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan  pelatihan penggunaan kecerdasan buatan/AI sebagai media informasi di Kantor Lurah Mangga kota Medan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kepada pegawai kelurahan terhadap pemanfaatab kecerdasan buatan/AI, praktek penggunaan ChatGPT maupun Gemini AI. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan pegawai kelurahan Mangga kota Medan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan/AI sebagai salah satu inovasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik yang adaptif dan berbasis teknologi sebagai media informasi
