Menurut WHO dan the American college of obstetricians and Gynecologist yang disebut IUFDadalah janin yang mati dalam Rahim dengan berat badan 500 gram atau lebih. Berdasarkan penelitian WHO diseluruh dunia, terdapat kematian bayi sebesar 10.000.000 jiwa per tahun.Tujuan :melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan pada pasien yang mengalami Kematian Janin Dalam Rahim dengan Masalah Keperawatan Berduka di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Metode-metode yang digunakan wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Asuhan keperawatan pada Ny I dengan kematian janin dalam Rahim di Ruang Nuri Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar selama 3 hari di dapatkan masalah utama Berduka dan masalah lain yaitu intoleransi aktivitas, Nyeri, setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3 hari di dapatkan Hasil : berduka, intoleransi aktivitas, dan nyeri dapat teratasi. Kerjasama antara tim kesehatan dan klien atau keluarga di perlukan untuk keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan pada klien dan diharapkan klien dan keluarga dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan dan penyuluhan menambah wawasan tentang penyakit Kematian janin dalam Rahim.Kata kunci : kematian janin dalam Rahim, berduka disfungsional.NURSING CARE ON CLIENTS EXPERIENCING FETAL DEATH IN THE WOMB WITH THE LITERATURE OF GRIEF IN NURSIN GHOSPITAL BHAYANGKARA MAKASSARBackground: Fetal death in the womb (IUFD) is a death that occurs during pregnancy when the gestational age > 20 weeks and the fetus registered JOURS size 500 grams or more. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
