Electrical energy audit of double storey residential buildings in Shah Alam / Ida Rahayu Abu Bakar
Full text linkElectrical energy audit study is preparing the questionnaire and performs this in residential buildings. This study also to identify the electrical energy consumption was selected in Shah Alam. Three houses were selected in Section 24, and another three houses in TTDI were audited from 22 February 2008 to 29 March 2008. These houses are same double storey link houses, number of occupant between 3 to 9 people and middle income family. The data was collected about two weeks for three houses in Section 24 and another 2 weeks for TTDI. Data was collected from meeting with the -owner by interview questionnaire. This questionnaire includes family background, daily family routine and electrical appliances that were used for the every day or week. Electrical bills for a few months were recorded for comparison with the calculation. After interview, data for the houses were collected for example, house description, number of room, area and color of houses and the photo was captured for each space in the houses. To complete the data, the owner agree give the all missing data in the next meeting. Data were process in the 'Microsoft excel' to calculate the energy consumption in the house. The energy in the house was divided b cooling (aircond and fan), general lighting, and electrical appliances. The results show electrical appliances is the higher usage, followed by cooling and general lighting that were used in double story residential buildings in Shah Alam. From this project, load apportioning for each energy usage in the house can identify. Besides that, the users better information about the energy saving measures

Full text linkThe employees’ motivation is important in organization because it can leads to the employees’ performance. Employees’ performance is can be motivate by various factors such as promotion, job security, family support, leaderships and fairness of treatments. This study examines the factors contribute to the employees’ performance in Manjung Land and District Officer, Perak. There are four motivational factors that lead to the employees’ performance such as employees’ recognition, career development opportunity, working environment and interpersonal relationship with supervisor. Besides that, the sampling technique use in this study is census sampling technique. A sample of 103 respondents from 140 of employees was identified to answer the questionnaire. The nine units that involve in this study are Administration and Finance Unit, Legal Unit, Information Technology Unit, Physical Development Unit, Community Development Unit, Disposal Unit, Land Development Unit, Revenue Unit, Registration Unit and Technical and Enforcement Unit

No full textThe presence of Indonesian women writers with the dominant discourse of the power of body, presenting the pros and cons that would not go over. Female body is the language of women that can be poured through the writing of literary works. Helene Cixous brought the spirit of "writing the body" to motivate women authors to express himself through written discourse, which so far has been dominated by men. Cixous spirit is also promoted by Dinar Rahayu appear in the novel Ode untuk Leopold Von Sacher-Masoch. Dinar Rahayu voicing complexity of urban women's voices in this novel through several migration symbolic of the power of the female body. Migration is enriched by the presence of symbolic power in a sound body of Greek and Scandinavian mythology and Leopold voices in his work Venus in Furs. Through in-depth reading on the symbolic migration brought to the Ode untuk Leopold Von Sacher-Masoch through the voices of the characters and the particularities of naration techniques can be seen that this novel (as well as other sexist novels) is not merely a commodity that exploit sexuality pornography but rather an attempt to author urban female voices will be the "body power". This study uses content analysis method that begins with the reading of literature, heuristic and hermeneutic, and take advantage of intertextuality approach

Full text linkPijat bayi sejak lama telah diketahui bermanfaat dalam membantu tumbuh kembang bayi dan merupakan tradisi turun temurun. Manfaat pijat bayi telah ditunjukkan dalam berbagai penelitian, namun kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang cara memijat bayi yang benar turut mendorong para ibu mencari layanan pijat bayi baik ke dukun maupun baby spa. Faktor – faktor tersebut memungkinkan RSU Bhakti Rahayu untuk mengembangkan layanan Baby Care pada tahun 2020 sebagai wujud kontinuitas layanan yang diberikan kepada ibu pasca bersalin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran layanan Baby Care RSU Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar tahun 2020. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan segmentation, targeting, dan positioning dari layanan Baby Care, dilanjutkan menentukan bauran pemasaran 4P (Product, Price, Place, dan Promotion). Layanan Baby Care memiliki delapan produk dengan harga yang terjangkau dan kompetitif, serta kegiatan yang dilakukan di rumah akan mempermudah ibu dalam mendapatkan layanan. Promosi layanan Baby Care perlu diperluas dan evaluasi lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan sehingga dapat diketahui mengenai pemanfaatan layanan Baby Care di RSU Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar
