In this thesis, firstly the life of Molla Gürânî, one of the great scholars of the Ottoman period, was discussed in detail. The places where the author went from the beginning of his scientific journey, the difficulties he faced, the historical personalities he benefited, the reason for coming to the Ottoman land, the value he brought to scientific life in Anatolia and his deep influence on Fatih Sultan Mehmed were mentioned. At that time, the scientific and political situation in Anatolia, Molla Gürânî's foundations in Anatolia, the works that he copyrighted, the scientists raised and the state administration activities were also mentioned.Afterwards, “Ref'ul-Hitam ‘an Vakfi Hamza and Hişâm were printed and published in three different manuscripts in Süleymaniye/ Lâleli no.57/ 2, Süleymaniye/ Bağdatlı Vehbi no.27 and Bayezid Umumi no.145. an attempt was made to verify. It is well-known by the competent that the most difficult issues in the field of Quran recitation is the subject of the foundation on the words of the cross. This includes issues such as the presence or absence of the hemze in the words, the official line according to the movement before or after the hemze and the different aspects of the Quran which will emerge as a foundation. The author undertook a serious effort to contribute to this important issue, which he himself had difficulty understanding and presenting. The reason why Hamza and Hisham are handled in the work is the fact that these two imams have the most different Quranic verses in the form of foundations in the words of the same. The author, Veliyyullah eş-Shatibiyye's 'şatıbiyye' has found fame with the name of verse and immortal work, Hamza and Hisham of the imam of the verse and the immortal work of Hamza and Hisham emerged in the form of words in the verse of the verse from the 234th couplet until the 254th and the verse as a commentary. The verse has brought this verse as an annotation to the relevant part of the work.In explaining the couplets he proceeded to explain and brought witnesses from Arab language scholars such as Ca’beri, Sibeveyh, Yunus and Abu El-iz al-Vasiti. In explaining each couplet, he took the words of the verses that could be an example for that matter and did not give the verses in whole. In this sense, he made many samples. However, there are places where he rejects and criticizes the scholars whose names are mentioned. We also see that he brought his most severe criticism to Muhammad b. Cezire who is accepted authority by the alliance. While criticizing, the author not only rejects the matter but also reveals his evidence. The fact that he supported his critics with evidence is exactly what is expected of the scholars and is important in terms of demonstrating his knowledge of the issue he is addressing. It also reveals the great value that our ancient scholars have given to this area. While doing this study, we set out to present this writing, which has a very valuable place in the issue of foundation, which is a difficult issue, to the benefit of the scientific world

al-Misbāh fī al-Nahw By Nāsir al-Dīn al-Mutarrizī al-Nahwī (d. 610/1213) A Critical Edition of the Text with the Life History of the Author

Nāsir al-Dīn al-Mutarrizī al-Nahwī (d.610/1213) was one of the most renowned figures in the field of Arabic Grammar. He has left an indelible mark on the world of Arabic language and literature. He is also known as the successor of al-Zamakhsharī. He wrote a number of books but his al-Misbāh fī al-Nahw gained prominence at a level that no other book in this field could claim to achieve. For this reason, a great number of commentaries have been written in every age, of which the most famous are al-Daw and Khulāsat al-I‘rāb written by Tāj al-Dīn al-Isfrā’īnī and ‘Abd al- Karīm al-Tūsī (better known as Hājjī Bābā) respectively. Moreover, its translation into other languages also demonstrates its value as a useful book. Although al-Misbāh has been edited on more than one occasion, the published editions do not fulfil the needs and requirements of modern academic research criteria. The basic aim of this thesis is to present this book with a current modern research style so that the students, teachers and ordinary readers of Arabic language and literature may benefit from this work. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the life history of the author and his other works. A brief note of the environment under which he grew up (generally referred to as the ‘Seljuk’ period) is also included in this part. The second part consists of a text edition that deals with the derivation (Takhrīj) of syntactical issues together with the differing opinions of grammarians on syntactical/grammatical issues. This part also proffers the idiomatic English translation of al-Misbāh

When the operating system was introduced to the world, many functions of it were also introduced that included process management, file management, memory management, networking. As the operating system tends to interact with different operations at the runtime so keeping that in mind we can say that the process management is most essential in an operating system because it allows the operating system to interact with different operations more efficiently and it also improves the timing of the operating systems to interact between the processes. In order to manage between processes many algorithms were introduced by different people and different minds and today we find this as an opportunity develop something new by keeping the previous algorithms in mind and compare them and find a best possible result

Analytical solutions of nonlinear time fractional evaluation equations via unified method with different derivatives and their comparison

    No full text
This paper is devoted to addressings the fairly interesting soliton solutions for the time fractional combined Korteweg-de Vries-modified Korteweg-de Vries equation (KdV–mKdV equation) and modified Burgers-KdV equation. The unified method along with conformable, Beta and local M-derivative are used to construct the general structure of solitary wave soliton solutions. The method allows us to find solutions in both polynomial and rational forms. Further, the comparison of solutions are given out through 3D and 2D-plots to expose the impact of fractional parameter on the obtained solutions. The reported solutions are novel and have not been discussed in the literature

Sectarian influences within Islam in Britain with special reference to community

    No full text
Although much is heard from the Media of the Muslim `community' in Britain, the latter is in fact far from presenting a united front. There are divisions between generations and ethnic origins, and a diversity of religious practice and doctrine. There are many different religious groups at work that originate from the subcontinent, and reflect this wide range. Organisations like Young Muslims UK, Tabligh-i Jamaat, and schools of thought represented by the Deobandis and Barehvis, to name but four, play a vital role in the life of many Muslims. They both link them back to their roots in the subcontinent and influence the direction that Islam will take in Britain. The Muslim population in Britain is approaching two million. It is involved in a process of redefining itself as a minority in an alien culture. For the older generation the conflict has been cultural, their own ethnicity being under seige from the values of the receiving culture. Islam becomes an important ally of ethnic identity. For many Muslims born in Britain, however, the process is more complex. Their parents' values can seem as strange, or even stranger, than the values of the receiving culture. For this increasing percentage of the population, their religion can offer an identity. Stimulated by Islam's global revival and the West's reaction to it, some Muslims are attempting to discover a faith stripped of cultural accretions which are considered to be unlslamic. In the process they hope to find the universal Islam which can be practised in any environment. They feel that this is the key to establishing a successful British Islamic community. The ideal of ammah has always been central in Islam, but now becomes an important concept in the development of Islam in Britain. There are several questions to be considered: To what degree does an unmrah exist? What is its form? How is it likely to change? What effect will it have on the development of Muslims seeking a more localised identity in Britain? Within this context, what will be the effect of the various organisations and schools of thought at work amongst Muslims? To what degree will they shape the development of Islam in Britain? Are they free from 'cultural accretion' or are they firmly rooted in idiosyncratic local expressions of the faith? Will Islam in Britain be moderate, or strongly revivalist in nature under their influence? Are they unifying or divisive forces? Can they hope to resolve traditional differences and work together in the new environment of Britain? In spite of the increasing interest in the Muslim presence in Britain, very few major works have looked at the influence of these various groups in the context of these questions. I know for myself that I could have used this kind of study when working for my M. A. in Religious Studies, and I know of many students in the same position. I feel that this study will therefore contribute not only to the study of Islam but also to the study of the various minority faiths found in Britain

Comprehensive Review: Integration of ICT in Madrassa Education - Addressing Institutional Needs and Challenges

    No full text
The educational system of the Madrassa throughout the Muslim dominated nations has an important role in the religious education and development of the character. Nevertheless, these institutions have serious problems related to the development of curriculum, teaching approach, and the further employment of the graduates. This review discusses how there is a pressing necessity to have a systematic implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Madrassa education, how this bridges gaps in the institutions, enhance teaching learning outcomes, and equip graduates with modern job markets. Based on empirical evidence and institutional case studies, the paper enumerates general obstacles to ICT adoption, suggests sustainable implementation models and recommends frameworks of harmonizing old Islamic pedagogy with new technological applications.
