Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital, Siak Regency. The variable of this research is the implementation of policy implementation which consists of four indicators of policy implementation, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population and sample in this study are. government apparatus in charge of implementing the Siak Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2018 concerning Non-Smoking Areas and also the public/visitors at the Tengku Rafian Regional General Hospital, Siak Regency. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital, Siak Regency is in the Good Enough category. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital, Siak Regency has not been carried out properly because the KTR enforcement task force that has been formed has not carried out its duties in supervising, fostering and taking action against visitors and people who carry out activities. smoking in the hospital area continuously. Strict sanctions have not been applied to any violations of the KTR policy that occur in the hospital environment. The management of the Tengku Rafian Regional General Hospital has not implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the implementation of activities. And the implementation of cross-sectoral cooperation in an effort to implement the No Smoking Area policy at the Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital. For this reason, it is hoped that all apparatus in charge of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital Service will always improve their understanding of the dangers of smoking for health and discipline in carrying out the No-Smoking Area policy that has been determined by the Regional Government. The management of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital, Siak Regency should further enhance the role of the KTR enforcement task force so that it carries out its duties continuously in supervising, fostering and taking action against any violation of rules and establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the implementation of KTR policies and endeavors to increase cross-sectoral cooperation between the Technical Implementation Unit of the Tengku Rafian Regional Hospital with other relevant agencies in implementing policies
HUBUNGAN MUTU PELAYANAN PESERTA BPJS DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD TENGKU RAFIAN
Get PDFMutu pelayanan dalam sebuah rumah sakit sangat dipengaruhi oleh pelayanan bidang keperawatan. Hal ini menjadi perhatian pihak manajemen dalam menjaga kualitas dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu indicator mutu pelayanan rumah sakit adalah kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan yang dirasakan pasien merupakan bentuk cerminan dari baik dan buruknya pelayanan keperawatan yang telah diberikan. Kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan dapat dipengaruhi oleh jaminan kesehatan seperti BPJS kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan peserta BPJS dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Tengku Rafian. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Tengku Rafian dengan populasi sebanyak 910 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 100 orang dengan kriteria inklusi: pasien rawat inap selain ICU dan Perinatologi yang menggunakan jaminan kesehatan BPJS, pasien yang telah menjalani hari rawatan minimal 3 hari. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan Chi-square test. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Tengku Rafian (p-value = 0,000). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara mutu pelayanan peserta BPJS dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Tengku Rafian

ABSTRAK
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Tengku Rafian Kabupaten Siak merupakan salah satu
instansi pelayanan kesehatan terbesar di kabupaten siak. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD)
Tengku Rafian memiliki jumlah fasilitas yang cukup besar sehingga berpotensi terjadinya
pemborosan energi listrik. Penggunaan energi pada gedung rumah sakit terbesar salah satunya
yaitu sistem pendingin (AC) dan pencahayaan. Strategi menentukan cara mengurangi penggunaan
energi agar menjadi lebih efisien yaitu menggunakan metode perhitungan Intensitas Konsumsi
Energi (IKE) dan Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Perhitungan IKE pada gedung ruang
rawat inap yang merupakan fokus tempat penelitian ini dilakukan, termasuk kedalam kategori
boros dengan nilai IKE sebesar 386,22 kWh/m
2
/Tahun. Selanjutnya, untuk menentukan pemilihan
alternatif penghematan energi di gedung rawat inap dipilih dan digunakan dengan metode AHP
sehingga hasil dari perhitungan AHP diperoleh tiga alternatif penghematan energi yaitu dengan
budaya pemakaian listrik dengan bertanggung jawab dengan nilai bobot 0,376, pemahaman
pengunaan teknologi yang sesuai dengan nilai bobot 0,313 dan penggunaan teknologi hemat
energi dengan bobot 0,299.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
