oleh Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi. Rafa Televisi hanya mempunyai channel youtube dan
tidak tayang di stasiun televisi manapun. Rafa Televisi mempunyai program acara berita.
Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian yaitu 1) Bagaimana strategi pencarian berita di
lapangan oleh Reporter Rafa News di Rafa Televisi? 2) Bagaimana strategi penyampaian berita
on screen/live report (siaran secara langsung) oleh Reporter Rafa News di Rafa Televisi ? 3)
Apa saja jenis program acara yang ada di Rafa Televisi?. Dengan metodologi penelitian
kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adanya observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil
penelitian 1) Penyampaian berita secara on screen/live report (menyampaikan berita secara
langsung) yang dilakukan oleh reporter Rafa News yang ditayangkan di channel youtube Rafa
Televisi sangat membantu dalam hal menambah viewers dan subscriber youtube, 2)
keberadaan media massa sangat strategis, efisien, dan efektif sebagai media informasi yang
dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang yang mempunyai
peran di media kampus yaitu Rafa Televisi, begitupun juga dengan masyarakat luas.3) program
yang berkualitas, Rafa Televisi menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan tampilan siaran, yaitu
dengan menerapkan metode reporter on screen/live report (menyampaikan berita secara
langsung).

Bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari Public Relations RAFA TELEVISI, mengetahui pengaruh kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh Public Relations RAFA TELEVISI terhadap performa team kerja serta untuk mengetahui kinerja Public Relations yang paling besar mempengaruhi performa team kerja RAFA TELEVISI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian historis dan pendekatan penelitian data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah crew aktif RAFA TELEVISI dari generasi 1 sampai 4 sebagai sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder didapat menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dengan cara menguraikan hasil yang telah disebar kepada 27 responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sedangkan data sekunder untuk menambahkan referensi dari deskripsi wilayah penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian, diambil kesimpulan bahwa kinerja public relations officer RAFA TELEVISI dalam kategori baik. Besar pengaruh kinerja public relations RAFA TELEVISI terhadap performa team kerja sebesar 24,5% dan kinerja Public Relations yang paling besar mempengaruhi performa team kerja adalah sikap public relations RAFA TELEVISI yang bertugas dengan penuh pengabdian dan untuk memastikan perkembangan kelompok pekerja terlaksana dengan baik, public relations RAFA TELEVISI ikut mendampingi dalam aktivitas harian yang dilakukan oleh crew baik liputan, syuting, rapat dan agenda khusus lainnya
