It involves using digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing to create a unique identity and promote it to a target audience. The article aims to examine the influence of personal digital marketing on successful marketing campaign. This study uses a descriptive and quantitative approach to test the effect of independent variables (digital personal marketing elements) on the degree of success in personal marketing campaign. The data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to 300 marketers, owners, and young entrepreneurs. A regression analysis was applied to test the study hypothesis. The results showed that personal marketing elements: branding, content creation, networking, social media management, personal website and personal development, directly affect the degree of success in personal marketing campaign
A Study on the Perceptual Relationship between Overtime and Output: Case Study of Knowledge University
The overtime is an extra effort to ensure that the job or duty is completed. In private universities, overtime is needed to cover all hours of the courses and this may affect in a good or bad way on the lecture "depending on the number of extra hours". This research highlights the importance of overtime and how it affects the performance of private universities. The (SPSS) program has been used to analyze the data. 34 questionnaire papers were obtained out of 40 have been distributed on employees at Knowledge University. The study found that there is a strong relationship between employees' Productivity and factors (Wages, Environment and Health, Job content and IT skill). Moreover, there is a weak relationship between Employees' Productivity and factors (Work Arrangement, Stress–Satisfaction)
The Relationship between the Elements of Marketing Mix and Consumer Behavior during Environmental Uncertainty: The Case of the COVID-19 Pandemic
Many companies are facing difficulties such as sales reduction due to the changing of consuming behavior during the period of crises. However, this research aims to understand consumer behavior, and identify influences on consumer behavior during environmental uncertainty, as well as, providing a conclusion for companies to handle the issues related to consumer needs during environmental uncertainty and crisis like COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, managers are getting confused during the process of making marketing decisions. In addition, COVID-19 as a result of being a global pandemic, the global economy greatly affected and led to a financial crisis caused by the occurred lockdown, where the impact is not due to the disparity between supply and demand as the previous financial crisis. The researchers distributed questionnaires electronically during COVID-19 lockdown to analyze the consumer behavior in two cities of Iraq by using SPSS software, Cronbach’s Alpha, and Person Correlation were used to test the four hypotheses of research. The researchers concluded that environmental uncertainty clearly effects on the principles of consumer behavior. Moreover, during crises and pandemics such as COVID-19, the behavior of consumers is going to be changed. Additionally, the main findings were the positive relation of consumers' behavior with the price, quality, and the availability of product. While, there is a negative relation with advertisements
Analyzing Social Media Sentiment: Twitter as a Case Study
This study examines the problem of Twitter sentimental analysis, which categorizes Tweets as positive or negative. Many applications require analyzing public mood, including organizations attempting to determine the market response to their products, political election forecasting, and macroeconomic phenomena such as stock exchange forecasting. Twitter is a social networking microblogging and digital platform that allows users to update their status in a maximum of 140 characters. It is a rapidly expanding platform with over 200 million registered users, 100 million active users, and half of the people log on every day, tweeting out over 250 million tweets. Public opinion analysis is critical for applications, including firms looking to understand market responses to their products, predict political choices, and forecast socio-economic phenomena like bonds. Through the deep learning methodologies, a recurrent neural network with convolutional neural network models was constructed to do Twitter sentiment analysis to predict if a tweet is positive or negative using a dataset of tweets. The applied methods were trained using a publicly available dataset of 1,600,000 tweets. Several model architectures were trained, with the best one achieving a (93.91%) success rate in recognizing the tweets' matching sentiment. The model's high success rate makes it a valuable advisor and a technique that might be improved to enable an integrated sentiment analyzer system that can work in real-world situations for political marketing

The Factors that Influence Knowledge Sharing in Educational Institutions: An Empirical Study Using PLS-SEM Approach
The objective of the study is to identify the elements which have an impact on sharing of knowledge at Cihan University in Erbil. Although previous studies have identified a range of elements affecting knowledge sharing, further research is needed to understand the factors driving knowledge sharing, particularly among higher educational institutions in Iraq. Since there are few studies about the sharing of knowledge among Iraqi higher education institutions' staff and there is no current model that has all of the elements required to examine the sharing of knowledge, the researchers investigated the effects of organizational, individual, and technological variables on academics' knowledge sharing behavior. Cihan University staff in Iraq's Kurdistan Region completed a total of 78 validated questionnaires. The data were evaluated with the use of a structural equation model (PLS-SEM). According to the findings of the study, organizational and technological factors are important indicators of knowledge sharing in educational institutions
