Auernheimer wirft Radtke eine verzerrte und verkürzte Wiedergabe von Positionen vor, die für eine interkulturelle Erziehung eintreten bzw. Phänomene wie Fremdenfeindlichkeit und Rassismus zu erklären versuchen (Adorno, Memmi).
