    Temubual ini melibatkan seorang tokoh catan air iaitu, Encik Ismail Bin Kadir dan dua orang pelajar iaitu Aisyah Radhiah Binti Mohamad Azri dan Nur Ratihah binti Ramzi. Temubual ini adalah untuk memenuhi tugasan bagi subjek IMR604 iaitu pendokumentasian sejarah lisan. Encik Ismail Bin Kadir merupakan tokoh dalam bidang seni lukisan terutamanya medium cat air. Kajian ini menceritakan tentang latar belakang dan sejarah hidup seorang tokoh seni lukisan yang juga merupakan Yang Dipertua Persatuan Pelukis Kelantan (PESENJ) iaitu Encik Ismail Bin Kadir. Beliau juga telah berkecimpung dalam bidang seni lukisan ini selama 39 tahun. Oleh itu, kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan kisah hidup dan pengalaman seorang tokoh seni lukisan. Selain itu, tujuan kajian ini dijalankan juga adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada generasi muda tentang jasa dan sumbangan Encik Ismail Bin Kadir dalam seni lukisan ini. Akhir sekali, kajian ini juga mengenai perkongsian pendapat serta harapan kepada anak-anak muda yang berminat untuk menceburi diri dalam bidang seni lukisan ini supaya menjadi pemangkin semangat kepada mereka

Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: a. Bagaimana kemampuan guru kelas I dalam mengelola kelas di MI Darul Huda Kuin Selatan Banjarmasin. b. Faktor-Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kemampuan guru kelas I dalam mengelola kelas di MI Darul Huda Kuin Selatan Banjarmasin. Dalam mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi adalah kegiatan pengamatan langsung terhadap guru dan peserta didik di kelas I selama proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan wawancara kepada guru dilakukan saat pembelajaran telah selesai. Data-data ini berbentuk kualitatif sehingga hasil analisisnya pun berupa pembahasan secara kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam mengelola kelas yang terlihat dari mampunya guru dalam menciptakan dan memelihara kondisi atau suasana kelas

    This practical training report is about the process and method that involved for the construction of the RC shear wall . I have made this practical training report based on my experience for 4 months on the site. This practical training report have some parts, it is divided with the company background and my case study background. Based on the my experience and observation at the site ,the construction of shear wall is complicated to be construct. There are many methods and process to construct a shear wall. In this report, it contained the summary of the construction of the RC shear wall, the material, equipment, components and machinery that use for the construction of the shear wall. Besides, in this practical training report also, I have included with the method on how to construct the RC shear wall. Hence, it is started from the BRC of the shear wall, the installation of the steel formwork , the ready mix concrete and dismantling of formwork. When the construction process of the RC shear wall being hold, there have several problems arise and I can identified the problems. This practical training report has been include with the several comments and recommendation from my opinion that can solve the problems that arise. In conclusion, from this practical training report that I has done, I can explain with detailed to all the reader about the construction of the RC shear wall

    ABSTRACT RAJA RADHIAH, (2024): THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TWO STAY TWO STRAY LEARNING MODEL IN STUDENT LEARNING ACTIVITY AT SMPN 2 TEBING The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of the two stay two stray learning model in student learning activities in English Language Education lessons at SMPN 2 Tebing. Data regarding the application of two stay two stray learning model was obtained by using observation sheet. The subject of this research is all English Education teachers at SMPN 2 Tebing, while the object of research is the application of two stay two stray learning model in students' learning activities at SMPN 2 Tebing. The population of this research was all 4 English Education teachers at SMPN 2 Tebing. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique, which is sampling done because there are certain criteria in the population. Data collection was done through observation and documentation. The result of this research shows that the application of two stay two stray learning model in students' learning activities at SMPN 2 Tebing is categorized as good with a percentage of 76, 78%

    The relationship between service quality towards customer satisfaction at Parkson Grand Mahkota Parade / Siti Radhiah Ismail

    In the present retail outlet scenario, service quality is a vital competitive policy to keep customer support and build great base. Retail outlets nowadays are trying to win customer satisfaction by providing enhanced quality services. This research paper attempts to identify the relationship between service quality towards customer satisfaction at Parkson Grand Mahkota Parade. To achieve the objective, the researcher collected primary data and secondary data. The researcher used descriptive analysis and SPSS version 20 tools. A total of 50 surveys were administrated to customers who were shopping at Parkson Grand Mahkota Parade. The customers were selected using purposive sampling and simple random technique. The result shows that dimensions of service quality such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy significantly predict customer satisfaction. Specifically, among the dimensions of retail service quality, the most significant predictor of customer satisfaction is tangible. This research paper implies that Parkson Grand Mahkota Parade should also come forward and try their best to present better retail service quality to win back their customers’ satisfaction. The research findings shows that retail service quality at Parkson Grand Mahkota Parade are generally good. So that, it can be concluded that the relationship between service quality towards customers’ satisfaction were exists. It is recommended that employee motivation and employee training should be increased to improve retail service quality and it will be increased the customer satisfaction also

    Smart control of traffic light system using image processing / Mutmainnah Radhiah Mohamad Jeffery

    Nowadays, with the growing number of vehicles in Malaysia, traffic congestion at junctions has become a serious issue among motorists. The density of vehicles is increasing day by day, thus, there is a need of adaptive traffic signals which are able to do real time monitoring of traffic density instead of depending on sensors and hardwired at the time of installation. This study describes a system which make used of image processing in controlling the traffic in an effective manner by taking images of each lane at a junction. Basically, more time is allocated for the vehicles on the densest road to pass compared to other less dense road. A step by step of image acquisition and image processing with several methods used in MATLAB is explained in this study. Basically, the processed image is matched with the template image by using feature based image matching technique and the priorities of having green signal is given to the densest lane while the other lanes are given their green signal based on their decreasing priorities. In doing so, the complete flow of image acquisition, image processing, image matching and the allocation of green signal by using four sample of images (lane 1, lane 2, lane 3 and lane 4) with different traffic density is discussed with proper schematics. The Arduino is used as a microcontroller which responsible in controlling the changes of each signal as well as the duration of the traffic lights signal based on the traffic density at each particular lane. The outcome of this study shows that the smart traffic light control system could improve traffic congestion at junction and avoid the time of green light being wasted on an empty road. This could benefit the motorists from wasting their time on the road waiting for their green signal

    This research project was carried out to determine the adhesion lacquer on sanded surface of timber. Kelempayan timber was used for this purpose. 3 types of grit of sand paper had been use. Timber prepared to moisture content 12%. Cross cut test were applied based ASTM D3359 09'2. Result show that 80 grit size gave better result. It is significant different. It can be concluded rough surface better adhesion

    This research explores syntactic complexity differences of L2 writing in the Longitudinal Corpus of Languaculturer Narrative Texts (Chau, 2015). This research aims to study syntactic complexity development in L2 writing based on the idea that learner language should be described in its own right. This study uses the L2 Complexity Analyzer (Lu, 2010) to process the written English sample by the participants and provides 14 indices as a measure of syntactic complexity. The scores from L2 Syntactic Complexity Analyzer were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA, establishing statistical differences of 14 indices between the four different points in time

    Nowadays, it is typical for students to fill in the examination's attendance slip. The invigilators need go to each student in order to check the student who attends the exam is the same person with name on student card. The limited number of invigilator assigned for managing the large number of student in the examination hall, will increase the invigilator's workload. Therefore RFID for student examination attendance(R-SEAT) is being developed to ease the process of student examination registration. This project is being developed by using the RFID component and web page technology which use the VB.net and ASP.Net as tools and SQL server as the application database. The main use of web page in this system is to produce the report and print the student examination's attendance. The webpage will display the number of students who already register for the examination on that day. Only, the student who has touched their RFID tags on the RFID reader is considered attends if their data found in the database. The webpage will help the invigilator to easily print the attendance by scope the detail of the exam into Venue, Session, Group and Course. These days the students at college or university need to fill in the student examination registration slip before answering the examination question paper. While the invigilators need to pass one student in examination hall and make the student id checking process to ensure that only the exact students are sitting at the right place for answering the right examination question paper. With limited number of invigilator assigned for conducting and managing large number of student sitting for the examination session make the invigilator's workload increasing and consuming a lot of their time. Therefore RFID for student examination attendance(R-SEAT) is developing to automate the process of student examination registration. This project is developing by using the RFID component and web page technology which is using the VB.net tool and SQL server as the application database. SQL database server is using for storing all data regarding the examination. It will count and store the student examination attendance in the database if the student data is exists in the current examination's session database when the student touch their RFID tags on the RFID reader. This project will help to reduce the invigilator workload during examination and help them on more focusing for conducting and managing the examination
