Main engine at MT. Fortune glory XLI is a Diesel engine 2 tak with 6 cylinder. When sea voyage from Tg. Uban to Cilacap the exhaust gas of main engine has a high temperature increase. A high exhaust gas is visible on the thermometer contained in cylinders 2 and 3 which is normally between 300 – 400 0C reach over 5000C. Seen also on the monitor that the compression pressure cylinders 2 and 3 decreased from normally between 30 until 40 Kg/Cm2 to be less than 30 Kg/Cm2. In this case, author use SWOT analysis method, this methode use to solve thr problem based on some factor analysis, Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats by using strategies that determined correspondence by result of SWOT analysis method sistematically. That goals to solve the problem based on strategy and critical succes factor on SWOT method. There are many causes of the effect of low compression pressure so the combustion on the cylinder not optimal, some of the causes of these causes include was broken piston rings, worn piston, worn cylinder liner, Etc. From several factors analyzed to derive a major factor of low compression pressure at MT. Fortune Glory XLI. After the analysis turned out low compression pressure caused a broken piston rings caused lubrication that is not optimally at cylinder liner. Because lack of lubrication causes direct friction between ring piston and cylinder liner and causing piston rings to wear out even cracked or broken. So the compression pressure become low and affects the performance of the main engine.

In the process if the movement entered a narrow shipping channel in the
river, it takes a special skill and attention more than sailing on the high seas. Even
in the IMO's rules Colreg’s give special attention to Rule 9 of the narrow shipping
channel. Besides the issue of groove width and depth of the river, busy traffic can
also cause danger to the ship, such as the danger of collision and ran aground.
Also in manouvering at musi river , we must know everything that must be
considered in manouvering at musi river and how the risk assessment process if
the manouver at musi river.
In writing this essay, the author describes the theory of the implementation
of the navigation entry Musi river channel in a research report and as a foundation
for solving the existing problems. The method used in this study is a qualitative
method that produces descriptive data in the form of written words of the object
under study. In this case the approach to collect data in the form of an object
through interviews with experienced resources, metode through literature, and the
data associated with the entry process if the motion Musi River channel on MT.
SULTAN MAHMUD BADARUDDIN II. Based on the results of research by the
author during a practice display at MT. SULTAN MAHMUD BADARUDDIN II,
there is a risk of the occurrence of such a problem finding aground, collision, and
other hazards on the ship motion exercise in Musi river channel. To the authors
wanted to find the cause of such a thing happened. To the authors will identify the
cause of it happening by using SHEL, this method consists of Software,
Hardware, Environment, and Live ware. Software is part of a non-physical
systems, including procedures and rules, Hardware is the equipment used
includes, Environment is the place where the activity takes place, and Live ware is
referring to every human component of the system in a relational aspects,
management, control and communication.
Having identified the causes of risk when ship motion exercise in Musi
River channel, can we then do a safety assessment to look for things that have a
risk that cannot be tolerated during the navigation process. With this assessment's
salvation, then each crew will be more careful in every action taken and make
every decision in motion exercise safely, effectively, and eficient. By knowing the
things that cannot be tolerated, it can be done mitagasi risk, which is to reduce or
even completely eliminate the risk that may occur during the process if the
motion. So the purpose of navigating a safe, fast, and right can be realized.

It also brings a major breakthrough to ground or publish the hadits of the Prophet, as well as showing the meaning of jihad from a different perspective. Following the progress of time, Islam also demanded that the teaching creative entry to the young people in an appropriate manner but still on track justified.Comic novel (nomic) seen from the title might be a lot to think if nomic's more appropriate for small children, but not if you look at the contents of nomic. Where the values contained in this comic is not merely as entertainment, but of delivering the universal message of the Prophet through his word. This paper examines the comic novel (nomic) as a medium for the propagation of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan on novel and comic book lovers community. Today, Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan it should be taught new ways to fit the spirit of the present generation. One of them through comic novel.Comic novel can be said to contain a spiritual message, if it contains material that educates human spiritual. So as to bring the reader to the direction in accordance with the purpose of propaganda of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan. Instead novels and comics can be categorized useless, if it does not contain messages that educate the reader, even contain messages that are contrary to the noble message of humanity.It thus becomes clear that in the literature there is a process of communication (messaging), the author of the society as a reader. Research Trends and Applications of Gamification in Higher Education: A Bibliometric Analysis Spanning 2013–2022
No full textGamification plays an essential role in supporting educational goals. Existing literature confirmed that gamification has been widely used to elevate student achievement in many fields. This study examines the current status and research trends of gamification applications in higher education by conducting a comprehensive bibliometric analysis during the period 2013-2022. This study focuses on publication language, growth rates, most frequent author keywords, most cited papers, most prolific authors, most impactful journals, most productive institutions, and most active countries. For bibliometric mapping analysis, a total of 819 peer-reviewed journal articles were retrieved from the Scopus database. The results showed that: (1) the majority of the manuscripts are written in English, (2) the peak of publication is 2021 with 216 papers, (3) gamification, higher education, and motivation have been the most used keywords, (4) the works of Domínguez et al., de-Marcos et al., and Buckley and Doyle have been the most frequently cited documents, (5) de-Marcos, Boyle, and Pérez-López have been the most important authors, (6) Sustainability, International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning, and Journal of Chemical Education have been among the top journals, (7) Universidad de Granada, Universidad de Sevilla, and Tecnologico de Monterrey have been the top institutions, and (8) Spain, the US, and the UK have been the most important countries in this area. This study offers a useful contribution in the area and provides a comprehensive overview, scientific landscape, and future direction of the field

No full textPelatihan aplikasi Canva sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif bagi guru MA Muhammadiyah 7 Ponorogo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan bahan ajar yang kreatif dan menarik. Canva dipilih sebagai alat utama karena kemudahan penggunaannya serta fitur-fitur yang lengkap untuk mendesain presentasi, infografis, dan media pembelajaran lainnya. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi workshop, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan, sehingga guru dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan canva dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan visual, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga mendorong guru untuk lebih inovatif dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan Canva tidak hanya memperkaya keterampilan teknis guru, tetapi juga mendukung terciptanya lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis dan efektif di MA Muhammadiyah 7 Ponorogo. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan lamanya dari bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan Juni 2024, dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu; 1) tahap pertemuan menyepakati kerja sama kegiatan pengabdian dengan mitra, 2) tahap membuat proposal ke LPPM Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dan perencanaan program pengabdian, 3) merealisasikan kegiatan Pendampingan di MA Muhammadiyah 7 Ponorog

No full textThe aim of this study is 1) Present the structure of novel Acek Botak, 2) to describe the values of nationalism in the novel Acek Botak and 3) implement the values of nationalism in the novel Acek Botak as a instructional materials in the school. The method used in this research is descritive qualitative. The author carefully analyzes the data that has been collected and then concluded. The techniques of collecty data that used in this research is content analysis, in depth interview, and questionnaire. The data validity uses triangulation. The technique of analysis data is uses interaktif and dialetikal technique. The results of the research is 1) Structureal analysis in the novel includes themes (residential search), figure, progressive or progressive grooves, bakgrounds that include a place background (Medan, deli Tua, Tapanuli), time setting, and socio-cultural background, 2) There is nationalism values in novel Acek Botak, ie, There is a sense of love for a common ground, race, nation, or culture; a mystical service to a vague social organism called a nation; the desire for political independence, salvation, and prestige of the nation; and the dogma that teaches that the individual lives only for the nation and tche nation itself; and 3) Suitability of study as literary materials in high school class XII based on indentification of literary works with characteristics of learners and curricullum 2013 on basic competence 3.3 ie, identifying information, which includes orientation, series of interrelated events, complications and resolutions, in oral or written history stories
