PERANCANGAN LUGGAGE TAG WISATA GUNUNG BROMO BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI AUGMENTED REALITY SEBAGAI MEDIA OPTIMALISASI FASILITAS WISATAWAN MANCANEGARA

Gunung Bromo merupaka salah satu destinasi wisata yang sudah dikenal oleh dunia sejak lama, gunung berketinggian 2.239 meter di atas permukaan laut ini menyimpan banyak sekali keindahan, baik alam maupun budaya, tak heran jika setiap harinya ada 1500 wisatawan yang datang ke sini dan 10% nya adalah wisatawan mancanegara. Untuk mengunjungi wisata Gunung Bromo ini, wisatawan dikenakan tiket masuk sebesar Rp.30.000 untuk wisatawan lokal dan Rp.300.000 untuk wisatawan mancanegara. Hal ini sangat disayangkan apabila fasilitas yang diberikan adalah sama. Dengan demikian maka harus diberikan fasilitas tambahan yang lebih untuk wisatawan mancanegara dan juga sebagai media promosi ke luar negeri. Untuk itu diberikan sebuah Luggage Tag yang bisa menjadi tour guide secara virtual dengan bahasa-bahasa internasional yang berbasis Augmented Reality. Dalam pembuatan media ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan diantaranya adalah identifikasi dengan melakukan observasi baik di lapangan maupun di Balai Besar Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru, tahap selanjutnya adalah data lapangan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang telah didapat dari observasi sebelumnya, selanjutnya dilakukan analisa yang menemukan sebuah permasalahan dan peneyelesaianya. Hingga pada akhirnya dilakukan perancangan yang menghasilkan sebuah protoype Luggage Tag wisata Gunung Bromo yang berbasis Augmented Reality. Dengan adanya media ini, maka wisatawan asing tetap mendapatkan prioritas dibalik selisih harga tiket tersebut berupa fasilitas guide tour secara virtual. Tidak hanya itu, fungsi lain dari media ini adalah sebagai Merchandise berupa penanda tas yang tetap bisa menampilkan AR meskipun meninggalkan lokasi Gunung Bromo, sehingga bisa menjadi media promosi dari wisatawan tersebut dan mengundang lebih banyak lagi wisatawan asing ke Gunung Bromo. To visit Mount Bromo tourism, tourists are charged an entrance ticket of Rp. 30.000 for local tourists and Rp. 300.000 for foreign tourists. This is very unfortunate if the facilities provided are the same. Thus, additional facilities must be provided for foreign tourists and also as a media for promotion abroad. For this reason, a Luggage Tag is provided which can be a virtual tour guide with international languages based on Augmented Reality. In making this media, several stages are carried out including identification by conducting observations both in the field and at the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, the next stage is field data by collecting data that has been obtained from previous observations, then analyzing the finding problems and solutions. Until finally production was carried out which resulted in a protoype of the Mount Bromo Luggage Tag tour based on Augmented Reality. With this media, foreign tourists still get priority behind the difference in ticket prices in the form of a virtual tour guide facility. Not only that, another function of this media is as merchandise in the form of suitecase tags that can still display AR even if they leave the location of Mount Bromo, so that it can become a promotional medium for tourists and invite more foreign tourists to Mount Bromo
Design of Tourism Mountain Travel Luggage Based on Augmented Reality Technology As a Media Optimization of Tourism Facilities
Mount Bromo is a famous tourist destination. 2.239 meters above sea level, this site brings around 1,500 tourists each day, of which 10% are foreign, drawn by the combination of natural and cultural beauties. Tourists are charged an entrance ticket of Rp.30.000 for local tourists and Rp. 300.000 for foreign tourists. Yet, the facilities provided are the same, and foreign tourists can feel cheated. To avert this, this study suggests that additional facilities must be provided for foreign tourists and also as a method for promotion abroad. For this reason, a Luggage Tag is provided which can be a virtual tour guide with international languages based on Augmented Reality (AR). In making this product, several stages are carried out including market research conducted at the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. With this product, the higher ticket price for foreign tourists is explained in the form of a virtual tour guide facility. In addition, this product can be sold as merchandise - a suitcase tag that can still display AR even if taken away from Mount Bromo. This functions as a marketing tool, attracting further foreign tourists to Mount Bromo in the future.
