Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
PENGARUH LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) DAN PERCIEVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (POS) TERHADAP KOMITMEN AFEKTIF (Studi pada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Mekar Sari Bekasi)
This research is aim to analyze the influence of member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) against affective commitment through employee of Mekarsari Hospital in Bekasi. The utilization of Affective Commitment can be an excuse for the hospital in improving the quality of health services that provided .
The population used in this research is the imployees of Mekarsari Hospital in bekasi according to the characteristics specified. This research method is using multiple regression analysis technique by taking samples with total sampling method which the samples used were 120 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire that were distributed directly to employess then processed and analyzed using SPSS program.
The results showed that the independent variables in this study, Leader- Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant impact on Affective Commitment with the value of Standardization Coefficient in the amount of β 0, 404. Furthermore, the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant impact on affective commitment employees with a value of Standardized Coefficients in the amount of β 0, 263
ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR GENDER DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Program S1 Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro)
This study aims to analyze the influence of Gender and Family Environment toward college student‟s entrepreneurial interest. This study was conducted towards student of S1 Management Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University. The number of samples in this study is 91college students of S1 FEB management UNDIP the force from 2012 to 2015. The technique to testing data is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the gender variable has no significant effect on the college student‟s entrepreneurial interest. While the family environment positively and significantly affect the college student‟s entrepreneurial interest. Gender and family environment variables simultaneously influence college student entrepreneurial interest by 10.5% and 89.5% were influenced by other factors

A concern regarding Human Resources within an organization is really
critical to reach maximum employees’ performance. Employees’ performance is
influenced by several factors such as job stress and job satisfaction. This research
will analyze how job stress and job satisfaction affect the level of nurses’
performance. Job stress is defined as a tense condition which impacts to emotion
of thinking process and the employees’ condition himself. Job stress potentially
disrupt employee to carry out job tasks and eventually prevent him reaching his
maximum level. Job satisfaction is described as the attitude of employee
concerning aspects surrounding the job.
The population of this research is all nurses working at Sultan Agung
Islamic hospital. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling
technique. With total of 72 persons, data are collected by questionnaire method.
The collected data is analyzed using regression analysis to examine the effect of
job stress and job satisfaction toward nurses’ performance.
The result shows that job stress significant impact in negative way toward
nurses’ performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction affect positively and
significant toward nurses’ performance
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT PADA PELAYANAN BADAN PELAYANAN PERIJINAN TERPADU KOTA SEMARANG
This research analysed the influence of service as a factor affecting people's satisfaction. According to Kepmen PAN No. 25 in 2004 on the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), there are 14 matters relating to the performance and services carried out by employees of service, including service procedures, compliance requirements, clarity of employees, employee discipline, employee responsibilities, capabilities of staff, speed of service, justice services, staff courtesy, fairness of costs, certainty of cost, schedule certainty, comfort environments, and security services. This research was conducted to analyze the value of these variables, and effect on community satisfaction. Through IKM counting, could be learnt the value of the index was 3.180 and the IKM value after being converted of 79.6. Was based on this IKM value, could be concluded by the quality of the Badan Pelayanan perijinan Terpadu (BPPT) of Semarang city entered the good criterion (B). Through factor analysis, 14 indicators of service has been reduced to 8 indicators are then grouped into two factors, namely the quality factor and services procedures factor. Through the analysis of regression, could be known that the quality factor of the service and the influential factor of the service procedure significant towards the people's satisfaction
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. This study aimed to analyze the students motivation and the motivation factor to influence on entrepreneurial intention. The data of this research were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 77 students of the Faculty Economics and Business. Mechanical testing of the data used in this research include the instrument test (validity, and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysisr, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS application.
The result of this research shows that self efficacy and background of parents influence positively and significantly to the entrepreneurial intention. Menawhile risk tolerance influence and significantly to the entrepreneurial intention. Value of determination coefficient is 0.340 which means entrepreneurial intention is affected by risk tolerance, self efficacy and background of parents amounted to 34 %. research method using a technique of sampling purposive with sample as man

This Research aims to examine and analyze the influence of non physical work environment and job characteristic on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng dan DIY.
The sampling method used on this research is proportionate stratified random sampling. Data was collected through questionnares to 75 respondents who are employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng dan DIY. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes the test of reliability, validiy, classical assumptions, and multiple regression.
The results of this research indicate that non physical work environment and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
