Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh- pengaruh kapasitas sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pengendalian internal akuntansi terhadap nilai informasi pelaporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Jenis sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling kriteria responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala dan staf sub bagian akuntansi/ penatausahaan keuangan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kapasitas kapasitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap keterandalan nilai informasi. Kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan pengendalian internal akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap ketepatwaktuan nilai informasi. Abstract
The author analyzes the adoption of criteria for the definition of rare books in libraries, studying the criteria adopted by book collectors and many public institutions. After that, we studied the main cataloging codes for rare books, including texts recently in the Internet. Finally, some texts, found in catalogues of rare books of the Brazilian libraries are studied more at great length, as well as the criteria adopted in the Mário de Andrade Public Library of São Paulo.

Análise dos roteiros de Flores Raras: percurso criativo de um filme sobre Elizabeth Bishop
No full textLiterature and cinema, as forms of language and artistic expression, have been dialoguing in
an ever closer way. When thinking about the adaptation of the starting text, a novel by
Carmem Lucia Oliveira adapted into a film directed by Bruno Barreto, we can assume that
this re-creation in the target culture offers multiple interpretative possibilities and presents
traces of the starting text. It is under this perspective that the present thesis aims to show the
film Flores raras as an adaptation of the novel Flores raras e banalíssimas. With the purpose
of identifying paths that led to the creation of the cinematic work under consideration and
taking into account scripts made available by LC Barreto Production, we reflect on the
genesis of such adaptation based on the referred creative process documents. For the proposed
analysis, principles and criteria of genetic criticism, besides studies of adaptation and
intermediality have proven to be of relevance. We proposed to reflect on the creation of the
film through the analysis of the manuscripts left by the screenwriters, as we understand that
the genetic analysis of the transposition from a novel to a film reveals that the relationship
between both works, book/film, is not that of opposition, but rather a supplementary relation,
reaffirming that every text is complete in itself and each text presents certain characteristics
that are relevant to the author that proposes to re-signify it.A literatura e o cinema, como formas de linguagem e expressão artística, têm dialogado cada
vez de maneira mais próxima. Pensando na adaptação do texto do romance de Carmem Lúcia
Oliveira para o filme de Bruno Barreto, podemos considerar que essa recriação na cultura alvo
se apresenta com múltiplas possibilidades interpretativas, trazendo traços do texto que lhe
antecedeu. É sob esse prisma que o presente trabalho visa mostrar o filme Flores raras como
uma adaptação do romance Flores raras e banalíssimas. Para conhecer os caminhos que
levaram à criação da obra cinemática, com base nos roteiros disponibilizados pela Produtora
LC Barreto, refletimos sobre a gênese da referida obra através da análise dos documentos de
seu processo de criação, utilizando princípios e critérios da crítica genética, além dos estudos
de adaptação e intermidialidade. Nos propusemos a fazer uma reflexão sobre a criação do
filme através da análise dos manuscritos deixados pelos roteiristas, entendendo que esse
processo de análise da transposição de um texto literário para um texto fílmico revela que a
tão debatida oposição livro/filme tende a se transformar cada vez mais numa relação
suplementar, reafirmando que todo texto em si é completo, mas há nele certas características
relevantes para serem tratadas pelo autor que se propõe a ressignificá-lo

que constantemente as obras raras estejam diretamente relacionadas à idade do material,
em certas ocasiões aspectos mais sutis como uma anotação feita pelo autor na obra pode
tornar uma obra rara. Ainda existe o valor institucional da obra o qual é de extrema
importância para a instituição. Essa pesquisa buscou levantar conceitos com o objetivo
de propor os critérios de raridade bibliográfica para a Coleção de obras raras da
Biblioteca do Superior Tribunal Militar. Centrada em revisão de literatura e na
observação das coleções da Biblioteca, esta pesquisa configura-se como contribuição
para Biblioteconomia Militar, especialmente, no que se refere às obras de memória
militar. Discorre sobre a formação e desenvolvimento das coleções raras. Compila
critérios de raridade bibliográfica, a partir de estudos realizados nas coleções de outras
instituições jurídicas e apoiada nos conceitos de raridade de vários autores da
biblioteconomia e analisa critérios não formais, mas, observados na Coleção. A
proposição é enriquecida por imagens de itens da Coleção de Obras Raras do STM.
Conclui, ponderando sobre o impacto esperado dos critérios propostos na coleção
especial da instituição em questão.Defining what can be considered a rare work is not a simple task. Although rare works
are constantly directly related to the age of the material, on some occasions more
subtle aspects such as an annotation made by the author in the work can make a rare
work. There is still the institutional value of the work, which is extremely important
for the institution. This research sought to raise concepts with the objective of
proposing the criteria of bibliographic rarity for the Collection of rare works of the
Library of the Superior Military Court. Centered on literature review and the
observation of the Library's collections, this research is a contribution to Military
Librarianship, especially as regards military memory works. Discusses the formation
and development of rare collections. It compiles criteria of bibliographic rarity, based
on studies carried out in the collections of other legal institutions and supported by the
rarity concepts of several authors of librarianship and analyzes non-formal criteria,
but, observed in the Collection. The proposition is enriched by images of items from
the Rare Works Collection of the STM. It concludes by weighing the expected impact

No full textIntroduction: A library needs to keep a space with relevant works for the improvement of knowledge, which will be organized and preserved for posterity through a specific and effective conservation criteria methodology. This is the intention of the Organization Streamlining Project and Technical Treatment of Rare Books Collection Library Federal Regional Court of the 2nd Region (TRF2). Objective: To focus the importance of maintaining the Rare Books Collection TRF2 from procedures required by the Project. Methodology: Descriptive and bibliographic study based on bibliographic research to theoretical basis in searches on the Internet of the Judiciary libraries that hold collections of rare books and study and analysis of the Project. Results: Cultural heritage profile of the rare book is in the author\u27s action as an agent of history and memory. Most of the judicial branch libraries have collections of rare books, which reinforces the implementation of the Project. Conclusions: The Project enabled the development of guiding criteria bibliographic rarity, the establishment of an appropriate cataloging policy to the description of rare books and placed the need to maintain a space for the perpetuation of the Law of memory by legal production represented in Rare Books collection.Introducción: Una biblioteca necesita mantener un espacio con obras relevantes para la mejora del conocimiento, el cual será organizado y preservado para la posteridad a través de una metodología específica y efectiva criterios de conservación. Esta es la intención del Proyecto de Racionalización de Organización y Tratamiento Técnico de Colección de Libros Raros Biblioteca Tribunal Regional Federal de la 2ª Región (TRF2). Proposito: Para enfocar la importancia de mantener la Colección de Libros Raros TRF2 de los procedimientos requeridos por el Proyecto. Metodología: Estudio descriptivo y bibliográfico basado en una investigación bibliográfica de base teórica en búsquedas en Internet de las bibliotecas judiciales que mantienen colecciones de libros raros y estudio y análisis del Proyecto. Resultados: El perfil del patrimonio cultural del libro raro es en la acción del autor como un agente de la Historia y la Memoria. La mayoría de las bibliotecas sucursales judiciales tienen colecciones de libros raros, lo que refuerza la implementación del Proyecto. Through this thesis, the author wanted to find out how does a popular movie in a modern era still displaying patriarchal value through their product. One of them is from the popular HBO TV series, Game of Thrones which were based on the novel by George R.R Martin. There has been a lot of debates regarding Game of Thrones TV series, some said it is empowering women while other said that it is sexualizing women. The purpose of this study itself was to find out what kind of image of women being represented by Game of Thrones. The author collected the data by taking screenshots from the original DVDs. The author then analyzes the data by using Laura Mulvey theory of ‘Male Gaze’. Through this thesis, the author wish to prove that the TV series Game of Thrones from HBO is representing women as a sexual object
