No full textThe main objective of this work is to reflect
about the critical dimension of Mário Cláudio s
writing from the study of his novel, Gémeos. For
such, some structural procedures will be taken into
consideration, such as: the strategy of deception
elaborated by means of the narrative voices and the
composition of these, as well as the one of the
characters, as a specular disposal through which also
weaves the dialogue between the word and the
image, or either, between Mário Cláudio s writing
and Goya s painting. In the same way, it will be
analyzed how some aesthetic procedures used by the
author, such as the spalling, the citation, the
perversion and the distortion of speeches are
combined, thus the novel may be placed among the
objects of art that are considered as neo-baroque. All
the analysis will be developed in order to
demonstrate that Gémeos discloses itself as a space
where reflections about aesthetic activity are
developed.Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo
desenvolver algumas reflexões sobre a dimensão
crítica da escrita do autor português Mário Cláudio a
partir do estudo do romance Gémeos. Para tal, serão
levados em conta alguns procedimentos estruturais
da narrativa como a estratégia de despistamento
elaborada por meio das vozes narrativas e a
composição das mesmas segundo um jogo especular,
bem como a organização das personagens segundo
este mesmo jogo através do qual também se tece o
diálogo entre a palavra e a imagem, ou seja, entre o
texto de Mário Cláudio e a pintura de Goya. Da
mesma forma, analisar-se-á a maneira pela qual
determinados procedimentos estéticos empregados
pelo autor, como a fragmentação, a citação, a
perversão e a distorção de discursos coadunam-se de
forma que se possa inserir o romance entre os
objetos de arte considerados neobarrocos. Todo o
trabalho de análise desenvolver-se-á no sentido de
demonstrar que, antes de tudo, Gémeos se oferece
como um espaço de reflexão sobre o fazer estético

No full textEducation of the scientific worldview within the context of national and international regulatory documents is discussed. Based on the study of theoretical concepts and practical experience, the author argues that public libraries contribute to educating and developing scientific worldview in the young people. The need for organizational instruments to build science literacy essential due to conceptual, political, economical, educational transformations in the social life, is substantiated. The author suggests to introduce modern formats, e. g. lectures, master classes, visual presentations, conferences and workshops in technics, the natural and engineering sciences. The libraries, museums, academic and educational institutions have to partner to excite young population's interest toward scientific knowledge to make them taking informed decision when choosing a profession.Рассмотрена проблема формирования научного мировоззрения молодого поколения в контексте нормативных документов национального и международного уровня. На основе изучения теоретических и практических взглядов на проблему в статье проведена мысль о том, что публичные библиотеки могут внести большой вклад в формирование и укрепление научного мировоззрения молодёжи. В связи с этим также подчёркнута необходимость создания организационных механизмов, способствующих формированию научной грамотности, важность которой обусловлена мировоззренческими, политическими, экономическими, образовательными трансформациями в социальной жизни. Предложены современные форматы приобщения молодёжи к научному знанию. Рассмотрены такие форматы, как лекции, мастер-классы, кинолектории, конференции и семинары, освещающие тематику естественных, технических и технологических наук. Отмечено, что библиотекам, музеям, научно-просветительским организациям на основе партнёрства предстоит многое сделать для того, чтобы молодёжь приобрела интерес к научному знанию и в дальнейшем смогла принимать осознанное решение о применении своих талантов и способностей в научной деятельности. Сделан вывод о том, что в условиях динамичного развития информационных технологий системная работа по поляризации науки и научных знаний превращает библиотеку в важнейший центр интеллектуальной жизни общества

No full textThe article discusses the issues of popularization of scientific knowledge on the basis of public libraries. The author substantiates the importance of library and information institutions in the process of spreading scientific knowledge among wider population. The article considers the problematic aspects and tasks of libraries in the direction of improving the scientific literacy of users.The author characterizes the project “Information-Communication Platform for the popularization of Science”, developed by specialists of the Mikhail Lermontov Interdistrict Centralized Library System (St. Petersburg), which covers a wide range of scientific areas providing a general overview of topics and more specific information for those who wish to obtain in-depth sight into a particular subject area. Special attention is paid to the organizational issues of the implementation of platform: the purpose of creation, the target audience, the basic principles, the main objectives of the project. The article considers the forms of mutually beneficial cooperation in the popularization of scientific knowledge within the framework of the project with partner organizations. The author describes the requirements for the operation of interface. The platform contains three major types of information resources: documentary full-text data bases, bibliographic resources and media resources. The platform anticipates interactive communication of library users — students and representatives of pedagogical community — with well-known scientists for discussing technical developments and achievements of humankind with particular attention to subjects of current interest: pandemic, coronavirus, vaccination. The information-communication platform allows monitoring the interest of young people in various scientific areas. Participation in the project motivates young people to scientific activity, which is one of the basic factors of reproduction of scientific personnel potential.Рассматриваются вопросы популяризации научного знания на базе публичных библиотек. Обосновывается значимость библиотечно-информационных учреждений в процессе распространения научных знаний среди широких слоев населения. Анализируются проблемные аспекты и задачи библиотек в направлении повышения научной грамотности пользователей.Проект «Информационно-коммуникационная платформа популяризации науки» разработан специалистами Межрайонной централизованной библиотечной системы им. М.Ю. Лермонтова (Санкт-Петербург). Он охватывает многие научные направления и обеспечивает информацией общего и специального характера пользователей, желающих получить более глубокое представление об определенных отраслях знания. Особое внимание уделяется организационным вопросам внедрения платформы: цель создания, целевая аудитория, базовые принципы, основные задачи реализации проекта. Рассматриваются формы взаимовыгодного сотрудничества в популяризации научных знаний в рамках проекта с партнерскими организациями. Описаны требования к функционированию интерфейса. На платформе размещены три основных вида информационных ресурсов: документальные полнотекстовые ресурсы, библиографические ресурсы и медиаресурсы. В рамках платформы возможно общение пользователей-студентов и представителей педагогического сообщества с известными учеными для обсуждения технологических инноваций и достижений в области естественных наук с приоритетным вниманием к темам текущей повестки: пандемия, коронавирус, вакцинация. Информационно-коммуникационная платформа позволяет проводить мониторинг интереса молодежи к разным наукам. Участие в проекте мотивирует молодежь к научной деятельности, что является одним из базовых факторов воспроизводства научного кадрового потенциала
