    Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui yang ada hubungan antara work family conflicts dengan kepuasan kerja di PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) Palembang. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan antara work family conflict dengan kepuasan bekerja pada wanita polisi di PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero). Subyek yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah 150 polisi wanita di PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) dengan menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa r = 0.378 dan p = 0,000 mana p≤0,01 itu berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik keluarga pekerjaan dengan kepuasan kerja pada wanita di PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero). Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh work family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja pada wanita di PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) adalah sebanyak 0,145 atau 14,5

    This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and competence of employees managerial. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between achievement motivation and competence of employees managerial.Population and samples in this study were 738 employees, which is obtained through proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Measuring instruments used in this study is the scale of achievement motivation and competence scale. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 18.0.Based on the analysis of research data, it is known (r) of 0741 with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.549 and p = 0, 0000 p <(0.01).     PERILAKU CYBERLOAFING TERHADAP KONTROL DIRI PADA PEGAWAI

    This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in  staff. Subjects in this study amounted to 170 administrative employees in Palembang  Hospital. The sample technique used in this study is simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the scale of self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. The analysis technique used is simple regression using SPSS version 20.0 The results of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.515 with the score obtained is (R-square) = 0.265 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05 and p <0.01) which means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in administrative staff in Palembang  Hospital. The variable contribution of self-control with cyberloafing behavior variable is 26.5%

    This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city. Research subjects numbered 220 people using random sampling methods. Data was collected using a 60 item problematic internet use scale and a 60 item loneliness. Realibility is generated on scale of problematic internet use of 0,955 and loneliness of 0,946.Hypothesis testing uses product moment correlation analysis techniques. Hypothesis test results showed a positive relationshif between loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city r= 0,684 with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Loneliness in this study made an effective contribution of 46,8% to problematic internet use which can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r²) that is equel to 0,468

    The application of the contract employee system so far has had several problems, one of which is due to the employment relationship which is always in the form of non-permanent or contractual ones. Make workers feel insecure because of status uncertainty that can interfere with work motivation. Researchers are interested in conducting research to find out the relationship between job insecurity and work motivation in employees with work agreements for a certain time in a city of Palembang. The research sample used a purposive random sampling technique with a total sample of 111 people. Data collection uses a job insecurity scale and a motivation scale. Data processing techniques using simple regretion analysis techniques. The results of the analysis of the research data show that the general correlation coefficient is r = 0.748 with an R square = 0.560 and p = 0.000 where p≤ 0.01. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku cyberloafing pada Pegawai Negeri Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 400 pegawai Negeri Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan uji analisis regersi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, usia, masa kerja, individu, organisasi dan situasi terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.000 atau P < 0.05. Adapun R-square dari semua variabel yang telah diuji sebesar 0.962 atau 96.2%. Artinya proporsi varians dari perilaku cyberloafing yang dijelaskan oleh semua independen variabel sebesar 96.2%. Dari  keenam independen variabel yang diujikan semuanya mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada Pegawai Negeri Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dengan nilai sig dibawah 0.05. Dan masing-masing independen variabel memberikan sumbangan antara lain jenis kelamin sebesar 1.0%, usia sebesar 10%, masa kerja 21%, individu sebesar 59,3%, organisasi sebesar 82.4% dan situasi sebesar 36.6% terhadap perilaku cyberloafing
