Ontwerp structuurvisie CID Den Haag: balanceren tussen idealen en risico’s
No full textHet is natuurlijk maar een visie, een stip op de horizon voor de komende 10 tot 20 jaar die wordt voorgelegd aan de burgers van Den Haag. Toen men werkte aan deze visie, was er nog niets bekend over het coronavirus met gevolgen voor economie en maatschappij. Misschien is het goed om eerst de schade van de coronapandemie op te nemen en de ambities van de structuurvisie voor het Central Innovation District (CID) daarop aan te passen. En misschien is het raadzaam om de ontwikkeling van Den Haag Zuidwest te koppelen aan het CID. De onderbouwing van de onlangs gepresenteerde Structuurvisie CID in Den Haag rust nu toch teveel op vooronderstellingen.
